Operating device, display control method, and recording medium recording display control program
An operating device according to the present invention includes a posture setter that sets a posture of the operating device with respect to a user to a first posture, a display processor that causes a predetermined object to be displayed toward a first direction in the display area of the operating device set to the first posture, a posture detector that detects a posture change of the operating device when the user changes the posture of the operating device, and a display changer that causes at least a part of object information included in the object to be displayed toward the first direction in the display area when the operating device changes the posture from the first posture to a second posture.
Generating space models from map files
A map file includes two-dimensional or three-dimensional geometric data items collectively representing layout of a building. The map file is parsed and the geometric data items are analyzed to identify building elements including rooms, floors, and objects of the building, and to identify containment relationships between the elements. A space model having a space graph is constructed. The space graph includes nodes that correspond to the respective building elements and links forming relationships between nodes that correspond to the identified containment relationships. Each node may include node metadata, rules or code that operate on the metadata, and a node type that corresponds to a type of physical space. Some nodes may include user representations or device representations that represent physical sensors associated therewith. The representations may receive data from the respectively represented sensors, and the sensor data becomes available via the space model.
Content size adjustment
One embodiment provides a method, including: receiving, at an information handling device, an indication to display content at a first size on a display screen, wherein only a portion of the content is viewable at the first size on the display screen; detecting, at the information handling device, a resize gesture; and adjusting, responsive to the resize gesture, a size of the content from the first size to a second size, wherein more than the portion of the content is viewable at the second size on the display screen. Other aspects are described and claimed.

DISPLAY METHOD, APPARATUS AND COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
This disclosure relates to a display method, apparatus, and computer-readable storage medium, and relates to the field of computer technologies. The display method of this disclosure includes: in response to a user selecting an object to be displayed, acquiring data of the object to be displayed; and according to the data of the object to be displayed, displaying the object to be displayed through a page newly added in an application, and simultaneously displaying an original page of the application in a perspective manner, wherein at least one of the newly added page or the original page is configured to be in a corresponding preset transparency, so that the object to be displayed and the original page are displayed simultaneously.
APPARATUS FOR ENLARGING AND DISPLAYING SCREEN AND RELAYING SAME IN REAL TIME, AND OPERATION METHOD THEREFOR
An apparatus for enlarging and displaying the screen and relaying the enlarged screen in real time include a reception unit that receives the entire screen of a provider from a relay server, a display unit that displays the received entire screen, a recognition unit that detects a user input on the displayed entire screen, and a controller that detects a change in input state of the user input and zooms in on a region corresponding to the user input, on the entire screen based on the change in input state. According to an embodiment, the apparatus has an effect capable of simultaneously receiving screen enlargement and a real-time relay service at the same time by means of only a simple operation using the portable electronic device. Furthermore, the apparatus has an effect capable of simply providing a screen enlargement real-time relay service for blind people with low vision.

Systems for leveraging device orientation to modify visual characteristics of edits
Device orientation techniques and systems are described to modify visual characteristics of edits that support the ability of a computing device to modify visual characteristics of digital objects appearing in a user interface of a mobile device based on orientation of the computing device, itself. A user interaction, for instance, is detected in a user interface of a device. Responsive to the detected user interaction, a multiaxial orientation of the device is determined. In some examples, the orientation is translated into tilt data such as in the form of altitude and azimuth values. A relative amount is calculated based on the orientation. The relative amount is applied to a visual characteristic of an edit to a digital object. Once the relative amount is applied, the digital object having the relative amount applied is displayed in the user interface.
