CLUSTER BASED PHOTO NAVIGATION
The technology relates to navigating imagery that is organized into clusters based on common patterns exhibited when imagery is captured. For example, a set of captured images which satisfy a predetermined pattern may be determined. The images in the set of set of captured images may be grouped into one or more clusters according to the predetermined pattern. A request to display a first cluster of the one or more clusters may be received and, in response, a first captured image from the requested first cluster may be selected. The selected first captured image may then be displayed.

VIDEO PLAYING METHOD AND APPARATUS
Embodiments of this disclosure provide a method relating to video playing in mobile phone. The method includes: while displaying a first video in a first user interface of a first application, detecting an event for displaying a second user interface of a second application; if the second application has a higher display priority than the first application and playback of the first video is in active progress, replacing display of the first user interface of the first application with display of the second user interface of the second application on the display; generating a hover box to overlay a portion of the second user interface of the second application on the display; and continuing the playback of the first video in the hover box overlaid on the portion of the second user interface of the second application such that both the first application and the second application are performed simultaneously.

NAVIGATING LONG DISTANCES ON NAVIGABLE SURFACES
Aspects disclosed herein relate to the use of navigational control UI elements to aid in navigating large surfaces on a touchscreen device. The navigational control UI element may be operable to facilitate traversal of the navigable surface along the axis upon which the navigational control UI element is placed. In alternate examples, the navigational control element may be operable to provide functionality to traverse or adjust the navigable surface along both the horizontal vertical axes. In still further aspects, other types of navigational control UI elements may provide the ability to directly jump to a specific position on the navigable surface.
