A control device includes a processor that controls a printing manufacturing process including printing processing and post-processing in plural types of printing manufacture, in which the processor is configured to: according to an occurrence of an event in which the printing processing has ended but printing manufacture to be performed again is required, acquire information about a type of a sheet from printing manufacture information about printing manufacture having a delivery date; predict a time required for each processing of the printing manufacturing process in the printing manufacture; calculate an end time of reprinting manufacture, in which the printing manufacture to be performed again is required, in a case where the reprinting manufacture is incorporated so as to be continuous with other printing manufacture in which the same sheet as the reprinting manufacture is used; and perform control to determine whether or not to incorporate the reprinting manufacture so that the reprinting manufacture is continuous with the other printing manufacture depending on whether or not the end time is in time for the delivery date.

A printing system includes: a conveyance controller configured to control a conveyor, the conveyor being configured to convey paper having a printing surface in which label portions are formed at predetermined intervals; a sensor configured to irradiate light on the paper conveyed by the conveyor to detect reflected light of the irradiated light; a detector configured to detect an output of the sensor; a moving average calculator configured to calculate moving averages of voltage values based on the output of the sensor detected by the detector; and a determiner configured to determine that a portion between an adjacent pair of the label portions has been detected based on the moving averages of the voltage values calculated by the moving average calculator, and the output of the sensor.

In addition, in a case where there is a bias in distributed jobs, the information processing apparatus decides a color correction target to be applied to a printer having a small number of distributed jobs and resulting in an unused state, applies the decided color correction target to the printer having a small number of jobs, to thereby decide a timing of performing color adjustment on the printer having a small number of jobs. The printer having a small number of jobs and resulting in an unused state is subjected to color adjustment at the decided timing.

An image printing method and printer is provided. The method comprises obtaining an original data file of an image to be printed from a database; dividing the original data file into a plurality of first data files and storing the first data files in a plurality of first memory blocks correspondingly; receiving an image printing request, the image printing request carrying first position information of the image to be printed; determining from its position information of the image to be printed second position information contained in the first position information, and filling a first data file corresponding to the second position information to a second memory block from the first memory block where the first data file is located through memory mapping mechanism to form a second data file to be printed; and printing and outputting the second data file in the second memory block.

Systems for providing efficient manufacturing of paper, sheet, and/or box products of varying size and structure, often with pre-applied print (“pre-print”), are provided herein. One or more controllers can be used to aggregate orders and information to prepare one or more control plans (e.g., reel maps, reel plans, etc.) for processing a roll of web product through the manufacturing process. The control plan may include a set of instructions for operating one or more systems within the manufacturing process to form the desired finished paper-based product. In such a regard, efficient manufacturing of various paper-based products, including corrugated boxes, folded carton, labels, flexible paper, industrial bags, plates, cups, décor, and many others, can be achieved. Further, efficient customer ordering/tracking, job aggregation, print imposition, corrugator planning, and tracking and adjustments throughout the manufacturing process are contemplated.

An image forming system of an aspect of the present invention includes: a first image forming portion; a second image forming portion connected in series to the first image forming portion; and an assignment determining portion that determines an assignment of image formation of print data to the first image forming portion and the second image forming portion in accordance with contents of the print data. The first image forming portion forms a first image on the continuous sheet on the basis of the assignment determined by the assignment determining portion, and the second image forming portion forms a second image on a region which is different from a region where the first image is formed on the continuous sheet and which overlaps a non-printable region that is a region where the first image forming portion cannot print, on the basis of the assignment determined by the assignment determining portion.

Advantageously the present invention relates to a joint free tile to make easy inventor management in ceramic industry and the final product looks aesthetically very superior.
