A control system includes a terminal device including a first communication unit configured to perform first Bluetooth communication and second Bluetooth communication, and a printing apparatus including a second communication unit that is connected by pairing to the terminal device to perform the second Bluetooth communication with the first communication unit, wherein the terminal device performs the first Bluetooth communication in a state where no pairing connection is made with the printing apparatus, and transmits a notification instruction command to the printing apparatus through the first communication unit, and wherein the printing apparatus performs a notification operation based on the notification instruction command when receiving the notification instruction command through the second communication unit based on the first Bluetooth communication.

A control unit is configured to perform second control for stopping operation in a predetermined mode based on a second time shorter than a first time, the second time having elapsed with connection setting not made since the operation in the predetermined mode by a communication apparatus was started in a case where the communication apparatus is operating in the predetermined mode and the predetermined processing is completed.

Systems and methods are provided though which a transaction, e.g., in a multi-tier, distributed application may be initiated from a portable or hand-held device, such as a smartphone. An appliance management system includes a plurality of appliances connected to a network and a portable terminal. Each of the appliances includes a sensor configured to detect an abnormality of the appliance, and a first near field wireless communication module configured to broadcast an identifier of the appliance when the sensor detects the abnormality. A method is provided to exert unbinding control on an image forming device. The method includes: obtaining an unbinding instruction; sending a first unbinding request to the server according to the unbinding instruction, where the unbinding request includes identification information of the image forming device; obtaining a reply message from the server in response to the unbinding request; and in response to a determination that the reply message indicates unbinding failure, automatically sending a second unbinding request to the server.

A communication system comprising an information processing apparatus and a mobile terminal, wherein when the mobile terminal receives a packet transmitted from the information processing apparatus, it determines whether or not a login condition for transmitting a login request is satisfied based on a received signal strength of the packet, and it transmits the login request to the information processing apparatus in a case where it determines that the login condition is satisfied, and does not transmit the login request to the information processing apparatus in a case where it is determines that the login condition is not satisfied.

Embodiments disclosed include systems and methods for computer automated print services control comprising authenticating a user credential input via a user device. The system and method includes generating, by a printer driver comprised in the user device, a user interface comprising features supported by a plurality of printing devices. Further, it includes receiving via the user device over the network, a print instruction comprising the features supported by the plurality of printing devices connected to the computer system over the network. And based on the print instruction, generating a print job in an embodiment. Further, based on the user authentication at one of the plurality of printing devices, converting via a gateway, the received print instruction into a format compatible with that printing device and releasing the generated print job for printing at that printing device, according to an embodiment.
