CAPTURING REFERENCED INFORMATION IN A REPORT TO RESOLVE A COMPUTER PROBLEM
Embodiments relate to capturing referenced information in a report to resolve a computer problem. A report for a problem is determined to contain at least one referenced document, the report being generated based on at least one log. Relevant content is determined in the at least one referenced document based at least in part on hint information associated with the at least one referenced document and a term in the report. An enhanced report is generated for the problem of the computer equipment by inserting the relevant content into the report. A problem experienced by computer equipment is resolved by causing execution of at least one operation identified in the enhanced report.
SOFTWARE VALIDATION FRAMEWORK
A method comprises receiving a request for validation of software comprising one or more applications, analyzing the request and generating one or more validation steps based at least in part on the analysis. In the method, a time to complete the one or more validation steps is predicted. The predicting is performed using one or more machine learning models, and is based at least in part on a type and a number of the one or more applications.
METHOD, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND COMPUTER PRODUCT FOR STORAGE MANAGEMENT
Techniques for storage management involve: obtaining information indicating an error of a storage device of a data storage system; if the number of occurrences of the error within a predetermined time period exceeds a predetermined threshold, stopping obtaining the information indicating the error; and generating an event indicating whether the number of occurrences of the error within the predetermined time period exceeds the predetermined threshold for further diagnosis of the error. As a result, errors from the storage device can be automatically managed, which helps to improve the data storage system's capacity to handle different types of errors of the storage device.
FABRIC CONNECTION ASSIST SYSTEM
A fabric connection assist system includes a networking device coupled to a fabric management system and a mobile device via a network. The networking device receives fabric connection information for its port from the fabric management system. When the mobile device subsequently identifies that port to the networking device, the networking device identifies fabric connection components to the mobile device that are indicated by the fabric connection information as being supported by its port. When the mobile device subsequently identifies a first of the fabric connection components to the networking device, and the networking device then detects that the first fabric connection component has been connected to its port, the networking device transmits a first fabric connection component confirmation communication to the mobile device that is configured to display a confirmation on the mobile device of the connection of the first fabric connection component to its port.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR VISUALIZING RESULTS OF CAUSE DIAGNOSIS OF EVENT THAT HAS OCCURRED OR MAY OCCUR IN EQUIPMENT
A system displays a fault tree of a generated event on the basis of input information including diagnosis result information representing results of diagnosis of the cause of the generated event. The input information includes information representing causal relationships between a plurality of elements, including the generated event, failure causes that may be a cause of the event, and check items associated with the failure causes. The diagnosis result information includes an occurrence probability of each failure cause. The system determines, as highlighting target edges, all edges belonging to a path from a node corresponding to the generated event to a node corresponding to a failure cause having an occurrence probability that satisfies predetermined probability conditions, and all or some edges coupling the node corresponding to the failure cause having an occurrence probability that satisfies the predetermined probability conditions to nodes corresponding to check items associated with the failure cause.
CLOUD MIGRATION
Disclosed herein is a system. The system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores processor executable instructions for a migration engine. The processor is coupled to the memory. The processor executes the migration engine to cause the system to implement an export operation for an on premises system to mine for data corresponding to automations or user specific arrangements. The processor, also, executes the migration engine to cause the system to implement an import operation of the data to a cloud environment to replicate the automations or user specific arrangements.

VISUALIZATION SYSTEM FOR DEBUG OR PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS OF SOC SYSTEMS
A selection associated with a desired set of visual information, associated with a system on chip (SOC) that includes a hardware functional module and a firmware functional module, is received. A template is selected from a plurality of available templates based at least in part on the selection associated with the desired set of visual information. The selected template is used by the SOC to generate reported information, including by configuring the hardware functional module, as prescribed by the selected template, to generate select hardware-reported information and configuring the firmware functional module, as prescribed by the selected template, to generate select firmware-reported information. The reported information is received and the desired set of visual information is displayed.
DEFECT TRACKING AND REMEDIATION USING CLIENT-SIDE SCREEN RECORDING
A computer system provides performs defect tracking and remediation. Video data is received, from a client computing device, corresponding to a recording of a graphical user interface of an application of the client computing device, wherein the video data is obtained in response to the application encountering an error. Feedback is obtained from a user of the client computing device by engaging the user via a natural language processing model. The video data and the feedback are analyzed to determine one or more operations to reproduce the error. One or more corrective actions, based on the determined one or more operations, are provided to remediate the error in the application. Embodiments of the present invention further include a method and program product for performing defect tracking and remediation in substantially the same manner described above.
