The present invention relates to a scissors lift comprising a bottom frame, a top frame and a scissors mechanism arranged between said bottom frame and said top frame to displace said bottom frame and said top frame relative to each other by transfer of an actuation force. The scissors mechanism comprises a central hollow scissors arm delimited between opposite scissors arm surfaces, wherein said central hollow scissors arm has a bottom pivotal connection connecting it to said bottom frame and a top pivotal connection connecting it to said top frame. Further, the mechanism comprises two passive scissors arms being pivotally connected to said bottom frame and pivotally connected to said top frame. Each of said two passive scissors arms are pivotally connected to said central hollow scissors arm on said opposite scissors arm surfaces of said central hollow scissors arm. Further, the scissors lift comprises a motor providing said actuation force, said motor located between said opposite scissors arm surfaces of said central hollow scissors arm. Thereby, the motor may be protected and at least partially enclosed by the scissors lift and even by the central hollow scissors arm, allowing a safer and/or more easily maintained scissors lift.

Apparatuses, systems, and methods for providing mobility device lifting and positioning are provided. An apparatus for positioning a mobility device above a ground surface comprises at least one support structure and a platform. The at least one support structure includes a lower surface, a plurality of retractable wheels, and at least one lifting mechanism. The at least one support structure is support on the ground surface using one of the lower surface or the plurality of retractable wheels. The platform is coupled to the at least one lifting mechanism, the platform is configurable in at least one of a first configuration or a second configuration. The at least one support structure is supported on the ground surface by the plurality of retractable wheels in one of the first configuration or the second configuration.

Wheeled transport and support device

An invalid dog lift and support device employs a lever mounted on spread wheels supported by retractable legs with a tanslatable harness mount received on the lever. A telescoping handle is received in an end of the lever distal from the legs. The harness mount is rotatable to position a dog, supported in harnesses suspended form the harness mount, parallel to or transvers to the lever. The harness mount is translatable on the lever from a position proximate the legs to a position distal from the legs.

Lifting mechanism

A platform link mechanism may include a base with a first member rotatably coupled to the base. A second member may be coupled to the first member. The second member may be moveable with respect to the first member between a first position and a second position. A lifting link assembly may be rotatably coupled to each of the base and the second member. A platform mount may be coupled to the second member. The platform mount may be rotatable about a platform pivot with respect to the second member. The lifting link assembly may rotate relative to the first member, the second member, and the base as the second member moves relative to the first member. The first member may rotate relative to the base as the lifting link assembly rotates relative to the first member.

A mobility device lift system including an electric pallet jack having a handle, a pallet, a ramp, a vertical lifting mechanism, and a wheel assembly. The pallet is sized and functionally configured to support a mobility device thereon. The pallet is affixed to the vertical lifting mechanism, such that the pallet is able to move up and down vertically via hydraulics of the vertical lifting mechanism. The electric pallet jack is configured for transporting the mobility device from a loading bridge to a belt loader. The ramp of the device provides a connector between the loading bridge and the belt loader.
