RESOURCE FAIRNESS ENFORCEMENT IN SHARED IO INTERFACES
Described are platforms, systems, and methods for resource fairness enforcement. In one aspect, a programmable input output (IO) device comprises a memory unit, the memory unit having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the programmable IO device, cause the programmable IO device to perform operations comprising: receiving an input from a logical interface (LIF); determining, by at least one meter, a metric regarding at least one resource used during a processing of the input through a programmable pipeline; and regulating additional input received from the LIF based on the metric and a threshold for the at least one resource.

Content monitoring and host compliance evaluation
A content hosting service provides an interface for enabling content owners to upload controlled video and specify conditions for monitoring and hosting it on the hosting service. Plural fingerprints are extracted from the controlled video and used to detect use of the controlled video on pages of the hosting service. The fingerprint extraction and evaluation enables extent of copying to be determined. The interface also allows owners to specify context in which controlled video may be used. Results of monitoring are provided in a graphical user interface that depicts matches of the controlled video and extent of copying of the controlled video in matching monitored video.

CLOCK SUSTAIN IN THE ABSENCE OF A REFERENCE CLOCK IN A COMMUNICATION SYSTEM
Disclosed herein are systems and methods for clock sustain in a two-wire communication systems and applications thereof. In some embodiments, in a clock sustain state, slave nodes with processors and digital to analog converters (DACs) may be powered down efficiently in the event of lost bus communication. For example, when the bus loses communication and a reliable clock cannot be recovered by the slave node, the slave node may enter the sustain state and, if enabled, signals this event to a general purpose input/output (GPIO) pin. In the clock sustain state, the slave node phase lock loop (PLL) may continue to run for a predetermined number of SYNC periods, while attenuating the inter-integrated circuit transmit (I2S DTXn) data from its current value to 0. After the predetermined number of SYNC periods, the slave node may reset and reenter a power-up state.
Interconnect address based QoS regulation
In various implementations, provided are systems and methods for an integrated circuit including a completer device, a requester device, and an interconnect fabric. The requester device is configured to generate transactions to the completer device, where each transaction includes a request packet that includes an attribute associated with the completer device; and the interconnect fabric is coupled to the requester device and the completer device. The integrated circuit can also include a QoS regulator configured to identify, based on a first attribute associated with the completer device, a first QoS value establishing a first priority level for a first request packet generated by the requester device, and modify the first request packet to include the first QoS value.
Memory access device, image processing device and imaging device
A memory access device includes: a data processor configured to output an access request requesting access to a memory connected to a data bus, perform a data processing on data in the accessed memory, and provide notification of a progress status of the data processing; a priority switching control part configured to determine an urgency of the data processing by the data processor according to the progress status of the data processing notified from the data processor, and output a priority switching signal notifying switching of a priority of the data processor; and a bus arbiter connected to the data bus, configured to change the priority of the data processor according to the priority switching signal to arbitrate the access request output from the data processor, and control access to the memory according to the access request that has been arbitrated.
