System for routing of requests
Systems for processing queries may first determine correspondence between the parameters of the query and a set of existing data entries, a set of previous queries that have been received, or both the existing data entries and the previous queries. If the query parameters do not correspond to the data entries or pervious queries, correspondence is determined between the query parameters and group data that associates at least a subset the query parameters with a particular group that may generate a response to the query. The same group or the generated response may be used when similar queries are received. If the group transmits the query to a different group or if negative user feedback is received, the group data may be modified to indicate the different group or to remove the association with the initial group that received the query.
Masking sensitive information in records of filtered accesses to unstructured data
Unstructured data items are stored at an object storage service. A filtering requirement to be used to generate a result set for an access request is determined. Using a transformed representation of the filtering requirement, a target set of tokens of the filtering requirement which are to be obfuscated within a log record is identified. A log record that comprises substitute tokens for the target set of tokens is generated and stored.
Linear late-fusion semantic structural retrieval
Systems and methods for generating a fusion score between electronic documents. The method includes receiving a first electronic document by a document management system. The method further includes extracting a first set of features from the first electronic document including at least one feature type indicating the hierarchical structure of the first electronic document. The method also includes receiving a second electronic document by the document management server. The method further includes extracting a second set of features from the second electronic document including at least one feature type indicating the hierarchical structure of the second electronic document. The method further includes generating a fusion score based on a comparison of the first set of features and the second set of features.
Systems and methods for industry chain graph generation
A method for generating an industry chain graph is provided. The method may include acquiring a key word related to an industry field, and retrieving industry data corresponding to the industry field based on the key word related to the industry field from one or more information sources. The method may also include determining a plurality of components in an industry chain of the industry field based on the one or more information sources, and constructing one or more links between the plurality of components in the industry chain based on the industry data. The method may further include generating the industry chain graph related to the industry field based on the plurality of components and the one or more links.
Threshold-based determination of key performance indicator values
One or more processing devices derive values indicative of various aspects of how a particular service in an information technology (IT) environment is performing at a point in time or for a period of time. The values are derived by a search query over machine data associated with the one or more entities that provide the service. The one or more processing devices define and apply time varying static thresholds in respect to the values. A user (e.g., IT manager) may be enabled to manipulate or define multiple sets of KPI thresholds that vary over time.
Transforming a lexicon that describes an information asset
Systems, computer-implemented methods, and computer program products to transform a lexicon that describes an information asset are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a memory that stores computer executable components and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. The computer executable components can comprise a term validation component that can determine from a subject matter expert, a validated term that can indicate validation of a candidate term that describes an information asset. The computer executable components can further comprise a lexicon transforming component that, based on the validated term, can transform a lexicon that describes the information asset, by incorporating the validated term into the lexicon.
CONTEXTUAL VOICE SEARCH SUGGESTIONS
Methods, systems, and apparatus for receiving user input that invokes digital assistant functionality; obtaining screen data indicating content displayed on a screen of the computing device; determining a classification for an entity referenced in the content indicated by the screen data; determining a suggested request that refers to the entity based on the determined classification; and providing the suggested request in response to receiving the user input that invokes the digital assistant functionality.
RECOMMENDING DOCUMENTS SETS BASED ON A SIMILAR SET OF CORRELATED FEATURES
A method for recommending a plurality of alternate search keywords is provided. The method may include executing a first search query using a plurality of user-entered search text. The method may also include identifying a highest contribution keyword to a plurality of search results of the executed first search query. The method may further include identifying a highest correlation alternate keyword to the identified highest contribution keyword. The method may also include creating an alternate keyword group by replacing the identified highest contribution keyword with the identified highest correlation alternate keyword. The method may further include executing a second search query using the created alternate keyword group. The method may also include displaying the plurality of search results associated with the executed first search query with a plurality of statistics associated with the executed second search query.
SYSTEM, METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM FOR GEOLOCATION DATA DISCOVERY IN STREAMING TEXTS
A geolocation data discovery method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium, include a secure text mining circuit configured to mine a textual alert message of an event from secure source data for a geolocational indicator, a temporal indicator, and a type of alert, a geolocation and temporal embedding circuit configured to embed a geolocational tag location and a temporal tag time to the event based on the geolocational indicator and the temporal indicator mined from the textual alert message by the secure text mining circuit, and an event mapping circuit configured to map the event with an icon related to the type of alert at the geolocational tag location on a navigational map at a time associated with the temporal tag time of the event.
Record matching in a database system
A computer implemented method comprising processing the unstructured objects of each record of records of a database for identifying a set of one or more values of attributes in the unstructured objects of the each record. The sets of unstructured attribute values of two records of the database may be compared for determining a similarity level between the two sets. It may be determined whether the two records are representing a same entity based on the comparison result.
