MOOD-ALTERING MUSIC RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM BASED ON EMOTIONAL REACTIONS TO ENTERTAINMENT
20230259551 · 2023-08-17 ·

A system and its corresponding method are provided for recommending media based on emotion-related feedback from a user. In one example of the system and its corresponding method, songs are assigned to a queue according to objective criteria for achieving desired emotions with the user. Songs may also be assigned to the queue based on documented similarities between various user personality profiles.

Multi-user authentication on a device

In some implementations, processor(s) can receive an utterance from a speaker, and determine whether the speaker is a known user of a user device or not a known user of the user device. The user device can be shared by a plurality of known users. Further, the processor(s) can determine whether the utterance corresponds to a personal request or non-personal request. Moreover, and in response to determining that the speaker is not a known user of the user device and in response to determining that the utterance corresponds to a non-personal request, the processor(s) can cause a response to the utterance to be provided for presentation to the speaker at the user device response to the utterance, or can cause an action to be performed by the user device responsive to the utterance.

Social media music streaming
11316911 · 2022-04-26 · ·

Systems and methods for social media music streaming may include (1) providing a music service within a social media platform, (2) presenting, via the music service, a music consumption interface that displays a collection of personal music stations, each of which is dedicated to music content associated with a different user of the social media platform and each of which is selected based on a user's listening behavior identified while the user is listening to music via the music service of the social media platform in a broadcasting mode, and (4) in response to receiving the user input, playing music content from the selected personal music station. Various other methods, systems, and computer-readable media are also disclosed.

IN-EAR LIVENESS DETECTION FOR VOICE USER INTERFACES
20230306971 · 2023-09-28 ·

Introduced here are approaches to authenticating the identity of speakers based on the “liveness” of the input. To prevent spoofing, an authentication platform may establish the likelihood that a voice sample represents a recording of word(s) uttered by a speaker whose identity is to be authenticated and then, based on the likelihood, determine whether to authenticate the speaker.

MEDIA PLATFORM FOR EXERCISE SYSTEMS AND METHODS
20220023739 · 2022-01-27 ·

Systems and methods for delivering exercise content to a user of an exercise apparatus include a database storing exercise content, data associated with a content provider and data associated with an application provider, and a platform server operable to facilitate delivery of the exercise content to the exercise apparatus. The platform server delivers for display on the exercise apparatus archived exercise classes for selection by the user, receives from the exercise apparatus a selection, transmits data representing content of the selected archived exercise class, receives performance data from the exercise apparatus based on activity by the user, and generates archived performance data representing archived user performance parameters for a plurality of other users over at least the portion of the selected archived exercise class. Data is synchronized and updated for display by the exercise apparatus to simulate the user competing with at least some of the other users.

SYSTEM TO CONFIRM IDENTITY OF CANDIDATES

Systems and methods of the present invention provide for at least one processor executing program code instructions on a server computer coupled to a network. The program code instructions cause the server computer to receive from a user client an assessment audio file. The instructions also cause the computer to extract a plurality of audio features from the assessment audio file using a voice profile module. In addition, the instructions cause the computer to store the assessment audio file and extracted features in a database. Further, the instructions cause the computer to calculate a candidate confidence score indicating the probability that the assessment audio file is from a common speaker as a previously stored audio file within the database. Lastly, the instructions cause the computer to generate a based on the candidate confidence score.

Methods and systems for a voice ID verification database and service in social networking and commercial business transactions

Devices and methods to track contact between persons using acoustic voiceprint identification from stored audio signals are presented herein.

MULTI-USER AUTHENTICATION ON A DEVICE
20210343276 · 2021-11-04 ·

In some implementations, an utterance is determined to include a particular user speaking a hotword based at least on a first set of samples of the particular user speaking the hotword. In response to determining that an utterance includes a particular user speaking a hotword based at least on a first set of samples of the particular user speaking the hotword, at least a portion of the utterance is stored as a new sample. A second set of samples of the particular user speaking the utterance is obtained, where the second set of samples includes the new sample and less than all the samples in the first set of samples. A second utterance is determined to include the particular user speaking the hotword based at least on the second set of samples of the user speaking the hotword.

Environmental and aggregate acoustic dosimetry
11215500 · 2022-01-04 · ·

A digital signal processing method for ambient sound acoustic dosimetry. Strength of a microphone signal generated by a watch worn by a user is determined and converted into a sound sample having units for sound noise exposure. This is repeated multiple times to produce a time sequence of sound samples that is written to a secure database access to which is authorized by the user. Other aspects are also described and claimed.

SYSTEM AND A PROCESSING METHOD FOR CUSTOMIZING AUDIO EXPERIENCE

The present disclosure relates to a system and a processing method in association with the system for customizing audio experience. Customization of audio experience can be based on derivation of at least one customized audio response characteristic which can be applied to an audio device used by a person. The customized audio response characteristic(s) can be unique to the person.
