Systems and methods for process design and analysis
Systems and methods for process design and analysis of processes that result in products or analytical information are provided. A hypergraph data store is maintained and comprises versions of each process. A version comprises a hypergraph with nodes, for stages of the process, and edges. Stages have parameterized resource inputs associated with stage input properties, and input specification limits. Stages have resource outputs with output properties and output specification limits. Edges link the outputs of nodes to the inputs of other nodes. A run data store is maintained with a plurality of process runs, each run identifying a process version, values for the inputs of nodes in the corresponding hypergraph, their input properties, resource outputs of the nodes, and obtained values of output properties of the resource outputs.
Server and control method thereof
A server and a control method thereof are provided. The server includes a communicator configured to communicate with an external apparatus; and a processor configured to: receive an image from the external apparatus via the communicator, process the received image by applying a plurality of image analysis models of which an analysis type for the image is different from each other, to the received image, and generate analysis result information about the image respectively corresponding to a plurality of analysis types according to the processing of the received image. With this, more various types of image analysis information may be provided with respect to one image. At least a portion of the analysis of the image, the processing and the generation may be carried out using at least one of a machine learning, a nerve network or a deep learning algorithm as a rule based or artificial intelligence algorithm.
Systems and methods for performing a search based on selection of on-screen entities and real-world entities
A search is performed based on a voice input combined with user selection of entities displayed on a display screen as well as real-world entities. A voice input is received from the user by a media device, as well as a selection of a first entity being displayed on the media device. A gesture made by the user is also identified, and a second, real-world entity corresponding to the gesture is determined. A search query is constructed based on a search operator in the voice input, the first entity, and the second entity. The search query is transmitted to a database and, in response, the media device receives at least one identifier of a least one content item. The at least one identifier is then generated for display to the user.
TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS DEVICE AND TRAJECTORY ANALYSIS METHOD
A trajectory analysis device that displays relevant information on a trajectory of a moving object, comprising: a display interface to display the relevant information; a storage to store trajectory data indicating a plurality of trajectories and the relevant information; an input interface to receive input by a user operation; and a controller to control the display interface based on the relevant information and the user operation input on the input interface, wherein the controller causes the display interface to display one or more staying locations where trajectories stay, based on the trajectory data, receives an input result by a user operation selecting at least one of the staying locations, receives an input result by a user operation designating a designated location different from the selected staying location, and extracts the relevant information to be displayed on the display interface, based on the selected staying location and the designated location.
Elastic cloud video editing and multimedia search
Technologies for cloud-based media search and editing include a video editor configured to build a media query and associate the media query with a dynamic content slot of a media program. When generating video output based on the media program, the video editor transmits the media query to a cloud analytics server and receives 5 search results identifying one or more media clips produced by a number of mobile computing devices. The video editor may display a list of clips for selection by the user or may automatically include one of the clips in the output. The cloud analytics server transmits an acceptance policy defining criteria for acceptable media, based on the media query, to the mobile computing devices. The mobile computing devices configure 10 capture settings according to the acceptance policy and may display a user interface to assist the user in capturing acceptable media. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
Video fingerprinting
A query fingerprint of a set of frames of video content captured at a client device may be generated. Multiple patches of the set of frames of video content may be selected and a value calculated for each of the selected multiple patches. The value for each patch may be indicated as a single bit along with an additional 1-bit value to indicate whether the patch value is weak. A database of known reference fingerprints may be queried using the generated query fingerprint. Matches between the query fingerprint and the reference fingerprints may be identified. Weak bits may be given reduced weight in identifying the match of fingerprints. Based on the matches, an identifier for the video content may be returned to the client device. The client device may use the received identifier to access the supplemental content.

When a query identifies one or more inputs and/or outputs present in the run data store, they are formatted for analysis.

On-demand visual analysis focalized on salient events
The disclosure includes a system and method for providing visual analysis focalized on a salient event. A video processing application receives a data stream from a capture device, determines an area of interest over an imaging area of the capture device, detects a salient event from the data stream, determines whether a location of the detected salient event is within the area of interest, and in response to the location of the salient event being within the area of interest, identifies a portion of the data stream, based on the salient event, on which to perform an action.
Search around visual queries
A method and apparatus for a data analysis system for analyzing data object collections is provided. The data analysis system includes one or more graphical user interfaces comprising various interface elements that enable users to create visual queries. A visual query is constructed as a graph representing a pattern of interest in a collection of data objects. A visual query may include one or more graph elements and property information associated with the specified graph elements. After a user has constructed a visual query, the system may transform the visual query into a query template. A query engine may then execute the query template to search a data object collection for data object results corresponding to the specified pattern. The search for instances of a specified pattern in a collection of data objects is referred herein to as a “search around.”
