EMERGENCY COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WITH CONTEXTUAL SNIPPETS
Systems and methods for processing emergency communications are provided. A system may receive an emergency communication initiated by an emergency communicator. The system may detect a data field action in response to an emergency receiver entering a data input based on the emergency communication. The system may capture a timestamp of when the data field action occurred. The system may generate a communication snippet based on the action timestamp and a snippet length. The communication snippet may be configured to provide context from the emergency communication to the data input. The system may transmit the communication snippet and the data input to an emergency responder.
Dynamic Real-Time Audio-Visual Search Result Assembly
Systems and methods are disclosed to more efficiently and effectively search for videos. A video sharing system may receive a video from a user, may extract features from the received video and may store the extract features for the video. Moreover, based on a prespecified re-encoding scheme, the video sharing system re-encodes the received video. For example, the video re-encoding may be performed by generating a set of video segments from video data of the received video such that each video segment is independently playable by a media player. The video sharing platform then stores the re-encoded video including information for each video segment of the set of video segments generated during the re-encoding process of the received video. The re-encoded videos can then be used, in real-time, to dynamically generate search result videos that includes snipes from multiple videos that match a given search query.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD AND STORAGE MEDIUM
The information processing device 1X mainly includes a pair determination means 15X and a relevance degree calculation unit 16X. The pair determination means 15X is configured to determine a pair of data at least one member of which is a first digest candidate that is a candidate of a digest, the data including at least one of video data or audio data. The relevance degree calculation means 16X is configured to calculate a degree of relevance indicating a degree of probability that the pair determined by the pair determination means 15X is included in the digest at a time.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, CONTROL METHOD, AND RECORDING MEDIUM
An information processing device 1X mainly includes an inference means 15X, an input reception means 16X, and a digest candidate generation means 17X. The inference means 15X acquires an inference result for each inference engine to video material data by a plurality of inference engines which perform respective inferences concerning a degree of importance with respect to video data being input. The input reception means 16X receives an input indicating parameters concerning the inference result for each inference engine. The digest candidate generation means 17X generates a digest candidate which is a candidate of a digest of the video material data, based on the parameters and the inference result for each inference engine.
Generating labeled images
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for generating labeled images. One of the methods includes selecting a plurality of candidate videos from videos identified in a response to a search query derived from a label for an object category; selecting one or more initial frames from each of the candidate videos; detecting one or more initial images of objects in the object category in the initial frames; for each initial frame including an initial image of an object in the object category, tracking the object through surrounding frames to identify additional images of the object; and selecting one or more images from the one or more initial images and one or more additional images as database images of objects belonging to the object category.
Systems and methods for producing a flipbook
A system for producing a flipbook includes a processor that receives a video comprising a plurality of frames, selects a start frame and an end frame, and a plurality of frames therebetween. The processor can analyze the frames of the segment to determine an average rate of change of the plurality of frames and a threshold of relative image difference based on the average rate of change of the plurality of frames and a baseline frame rate. The processor can select, based on the results of its analysis, a plurality of selected frames, each of the selected frames being separated from two other selected frames by a sub-segment of the video, wherein each pair of adjacent frames comprises a relative image difference above the threshold and wherein each selected frame meets quality criteria not met by one or more local frames. The processor arranges the selected frames in temporal order, adds a protruding edge to each of the selected frames, and transmits data representing each of the selected frames to a printer for printing and binding a flipbook.
Method and device for viewing conference
A method and a device for viewing a conference are provided. In the method, after a wide-view video of a specific conference, related conference event data, and speech content of each participant are obtained, a highlight video of the specific conference is correspondingly generated. Accordingly, the efficiency of conference viewing is improved.
VIDEO GENERATION METHOD, ELECTRONIC DEVICE, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
Provided are a video generation method, an electronic device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium. The implementation scheme is as follows: a place path of at least two target events is planned in an electronic map according to occurrence places of the at least two target events and occurrence time of the at least two target events, where the at least two target events have a same theme; video sub-segments of the at least two target events are respectively determined to obtain at least two video sub-segments; and a target video is generated according to the at least two video sub-segments and the place path.
Server-Based Conversion of Autoplay Content to Click-to-Play Content
Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for generating and providing converted content. In one aspect, a system includes a content database that receives content from content providers and stores original content comprising animating content and converted content associated with the original content; a converter system that: receives the original content from the content database; generates the converted content, comprising: for a particular original content, identifying and extracting, from the particular original content, a static representation; overlaying the static representation with UI elements; and storing a particular converted content that comprises the static representation overlaid with the UI elements; and transmits the converted content to the content database; a content distribution system that: receives a request for content; identifies a first original content from the content database; receives a first converted content associated with the first original content; and provides the first converted content.
Media asset proxies
Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for creating and using media asset proxies. The media asset proxies represent a digital media asset and are created by filtering and modifying elements from the digital media asset. The media asset proxies can be queried in the same manner as their corresponding digital media asset.
