Garment with compression panels
A garment includes an outer fabric of a first material and an inner panels of a second material. The inner panels are attached to the outer fabric in a way that allows them to be moved towards a front and a back of the garment. For example, the inner panels are movable related to each other and the outer fabric.
Body-enhancing garment and garment construction
Systems or methods for anatomy warping a garment are provided. Anatomy warping is any deliberate manipulation of a garment's seams, pockets, and/or other construction lines and/or details in order to change the perceived shape of a wearer of the garment toward a desired appearance. Additionally, the garments that result from use of these systems and methods for anatomy warping are also provided.
Clothing item
The present invention relates to a clothing item made of stretch fabric (6) comprising at least one insert (4) arranged on each side of the clothing item (1; 101; 201). The insert (4) comprises a layer of elastic mesh fabric with a knitted structure (5) internally coupled to a portion of stretch fabric (6) by means of a series of seams (7) passing through the layer of elastic mesh fabric with a knitted structure (5) and the stretch fabric (6). The seams (7) define a plurality of bands (8) formed by the layer of elastic mesh fabric with a knitted structure (5) coupled to the stretch fabric portion (6).
GARMENT FOR REDUCING HOT FLUSHES OR RELIEVING ASSOCIATED SYMPTOMS
A wearable device, such as a garment or containing garment portions, for managing and/or reducing the symptoms of a hot flash in a subject. The device comprises: a first set of components, each comprising a fabric comprising a cooling yarn; a second set of components, each comprising a quick-dry wicking fabric; and a third set of components, each comprising a phase change material fabric, wherein the first set of components are adapted to cover at least a neckline region and a peripheral region that extends adjacently around the armpit and the clavicle of the subject; the second set of components are adapted to cover at least the abdominal muscles and the lumbar regions of the subject; and the third set of components are adapted to cover at least the mammary and the dorsum regions of the subject.
Garment
The undergarment may include a multi-panel front construction in order to minimize the prominence of breast buds, nipples, and even mature breast tissue without sports bra-like compression. The garments are uniquely designed to maximize comfort with their super-soft external material and to maximize self-esteem with their unique inner front panel. The interior front panel is constructed from a different material than the external layers.
Integrated fabric system for apparel
An article of apparel including an integrated fabric system, with or without strategically-placed weighting and/or elastic resistant materials, which optimizes conditioning, strengthening, endurance, enhancement, training, performance, functional longevity, benefits of daily activity, movement therapy, and/or other diverse medical and/or therapeutic uses, and, all while reducing the possibility of injury. The article enables the user to receive medical and/or therapeutic benefits and to increase production of kinetic energy, through weighted and/or elastic resistance, as required by the user's particularized needs. The user may benefit from the medical/therapeutic properties during periods of activity or inactivity. Benefits are achieved through the integration of fabrics and strategically-placed weighting and/or elastic resistance materials into the article based upon the kinetic energy created, necessitated, and/or dissipated by a specific movement(s) and/or medical or therapeutic requirements.
Neck strap force distribution
A neck strap force distribution device includes a first surface disposed facing a back of a neck of a user and a second surface disposed opposite the first surface. It further includes a pair of entry holes from the first surface to the second surface disposed approximately one-third of a vertical length of the device from an upper edge of the device. At least one exit hole from the second surface to the first surface is disposed approximately one-third of the vertical length of the device from a lower edge of the device. The first surface comprises a pliable material that at least partially conforms to the back of the neck of the user, and the second surface resists movement of a garment string that passes from the first surface through one of the pair of entry holes over the second surface and through the exit hole.
Reinforced seamed outer garments with hidden support
A lower body outer garment, such as a pant or legging or skirt, is provided which has a construction and hidden support which helps to redefine the wearer's appearance. The support is provided in the form of internal mesh re-enforcing panels that lift the buttocks and flatten the tummy. The garment also includes external seaming that provides structure and has a visual effect to re-draw the wearer's outline.
Abdominal Harness for Workouts
The disclosed device is an abdominal, adjustable belt for use during exercises. The belt is preferably made from a nylon “plush” fabric for the outer surface and neoprene lining for the inner surface. The belt is to be worn directly on a wearer's skin or over a thin shirt, with the neoprene/nylon combination intended to generate profuse perspiration during workouts. The belt is preferably tightened around the waist using a combination of overlapping bands, with each band intending to sculpt a separate section of the waistline. The bands utilize the hook and loop clasp, which securely grips onto the plush surface. Since the outer shell is entirely plush, the 10 dimeter of the interlocking belts surrounding the user's waist are infinitely adjustable. The belt's bottom contour is pointed downward and is intended to cover and compress the lower abdomen. Both the outer and the inner surfaces of the belt are highly elastic and expand under stress.
Posture saver
The present invention relates generally to a garment for improving body posture that is lightweight, comfortable, discrete, adjustable, and easy to use, while requiring very little material with a low manufacturing cost. The present invention has scapular straps that are made of elastic fabric. One end of the scapular straps connect to a hook-and-loop panel near the waistline on the front of the garment, and the other end of the scapular straps connect to the back of the garment near the shoulder region. The invention has neither an elastic waist band, shoulder pads, nor straps that surround the shoulder and the arm. Since there are no straps surrounding the shoulder, the invention not only allows shorter straps to be used, but also prevents any seams from showing on the front of the garment. This allows the wearer to discreetly wear the posture correcting garment.
