In one aspect, a method includes receiving a first query for a first user session, determining that the first query refers to one or more tags in a first repository, the first repository associating respective identifiers to respective tags, each identifier representing a corresponding user session, determining one or more particular identifiers associated with the one or more tags in the first repository, retrieving particular contextual data associated with the determined particular identifiers in a second repository, the second repository associating respective identifiers to respective contextual data associated with corresponding user sessions represented by the respective identifiers, and performing an action responsive to the first query based on the retrieved particular contextual data.

Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for scanning a mobile computing device for applications produced by partnered entities and providing benefits when those applications are found. An exemplary system does this by accessing a list of applications and associating each application with a respective entity which has a rewards program linked to a specific entity. The system issues a request for application information of the applications which are installed on the mobile computing device, identifies applications that match the list of applications in the data record, and generates at least one notification based on the identified applications and the rewards program. The system then displays the at least one notification.

In an example method, a computer system receives a query from a mobile device, including an indication of a location of the mobile device, and an environmental measurement obtained by the mobile device at the location. A set of candidate points of interest in geographical proximity to the location is determined. For each of one or more candidate points of interest of the set, a location fingerprint of the candidate point of interest and contextual data regarding the candidate point of interest are obtained. A similarity between the environmental measurement and each location fingerprint is determined. A particular candidate point of interest is selected from among the set based on the similarity, and based on an assessment of the contextual data. An implementation includes acquiring a text containing POI information in a preset time period from the Internet; and identifying the text using a pre-trained POI-state identifying model to obtain a binary group in the text, the binary group including a POI name and the POI state information corresponding to the POI name; wherein the POI-state identifying model performs label prediction of the POI name and a POI state on a word sequence corresponding to the text, and label prediction results of the POI name and the POI state are aligned to obtain the binary group. With the present application, a human cost may be saved, and timeliness and accuracy may be improved.

Utilization of a selection ring to select icons is provided herein. The selection ring is presented in a first graphical user interface. In response to receiving a first selection of the selection ring by a user, a plurality of icons are presented in the first graphical user interface. User manipulation of a position of the selection ring within the first graphical user interface is received, where that manipulation occurs without altering a location of the plurality of icons being presented within the first graphical user interface. In response to receiving a second selection associated with the selection ring, an icon from the plurality of icons is selected based on the position of the selection ring within the first graphical user interface. A second graphical user interface is then presented to the user based on the selected icon.
