An interactive user interface for displaying projects comprising a collection of links specifying data to be displayed from a plurality of different applications and/or data sources. When loading a project for display, links are automatically parsed to identify the application and/or data source they are associated with. Retrieved data associated with the links is displayed in a format based upon that of their native application. The data may be displayed in an interactive format, allowing the user to change or manipulate the data in a manner that would be possible in the data's native application. A project may be expressed as a “project link,” comprising a text string, wherein the links of the assets associated with the project are included or embedded within the text string, and which may be shared between different users, and may function as a snapshot of the project.

A method for sharing media between a first device and a second device may include: scanning a quick-response (QR) code with the first device; extracting, by the first device, a uniform resource locator (URL) encoded in the QR code; recording, by the first device, media; associating, by the first device, the URL with the media; communicating, from the first device to a server, the media and the URL; scanning, with a second device, the QR code; extracting, by the second device, the URL encoded in the QR code; communicating, from the second device to the server, the URL; receiving, by the second device, in response to communicating the URL to the server, the media from the server; and playing, by the second device, the media on at least one of a display and a speaker.

Techniques are described herein for performing authentication, and also “eager” or “lazy” fetch of data, for restricted webpages based on the restricted webpages being associated with an authentication tier in an AASD registry. Inclusion of a restricted webpage in the AASD registry enables AASD-based authentication for the webpage. According to embodiments, information for a restricted webpage included in the AASD registry includes one or more of the following for the webpage: an identifier, an authentication level, allowed fields, eager fetch fields, one or more sources for one or more fields, etc. When information for a webpage is included in the AASD registry, that information is used to perform eager fetch for one or more fields of the webpage that are not associated with authentication requirements indicated in the AASD registry information, or whose authentication requirements are already fulfilled by the requesting client.

Disclosed herein are systems and methods capable of establishing a communication session between a user and an analyst. The contents of the communication session are analyzed to make recommendations of goods and services to the user. Otherwise, the communication session may be redirected from one channel, for example, chatting to another channel, for example, voice call, to another analyst. The user's information and the communication session details are retained, and provided to another analyst before the user is redirected. Such systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products use real-time machine learning scoring algorithm to determine which analyst the users should be transferred to, and thereby saving a lot of time for both the analysts and the users, and significantly reduce misroutes by eliminating human errors.

An embodiment comprises methods of managing and systems for processing media projects. The project processing system comprises a memory circuit and a hardware processor configured to execute computer-executable instructions. The hardware processor executes the computer-executable instructions to: receive a request from a first user to submit a first media project, determine that a first user is permitted to submit the first media project, create a first data block representing the requested submission of the first media project, the first data block including a time stamp, broadcast the first data block to a distributed network for validation, and append the first data block to a first dynamic structure based on the distributed network validating the submission. The hardware processor also further executes the computer-executable instructions to store a copy of the first dynamic structure as and generate an image indicating proof of originality associated with the first data block.

Upon sensing a failure of a fetching action, the action is repeated using the same or different parameters or attributes, such as by using different intermediate devices, selected based on different parameters or attributes, such as different countries. The repetitions are limited to a pre-defined maximum number or attempts. The fetching attempts may be performed by the client device, by an intermediate device in a non-direct fetching scheme, or a combination thereof. Various fetching schemes may be used sequentially until the content is retrieved.
