Image processing apparatus, image processing method, and non-transitory computer readable medium
An image processing apparatus includes a difference-information acquiring unit that acquires difference information indicating a correspondence relationship between a difference section and a page having the difference section in two electronic documents each having multiple pages; a difference-display-document acquiring unit that acquires a difference display document in which the difference section is indicated in contents of at least one of the two electronic documents; an electronic-bookmark adding unit that adds first electronic-bookmark information to a page having the difference section in the difference display document and that adds second electronic-bookmark information to a page not having the difference section in the difference display document based on the difference information; and a display controller that causes a display unit to display a first electronic bookmark corresponding to the first electronic-bookmark information and a second electronic bookmark corresponding to the second electronic-bookmark information in a distinguishable manner.
Creating optimized shortcuts
An approach for using shortcut input to access or group documents is provided. The input may be mapped to opening or grouping the documents based on user preferences, and the documents may be displayed once the computer system detects the input of the shortcut input.
DIRECTLY, AUTOMATICALLY EMBEDDING A CONTENT PORTION
A method, system, and apparatus—using conventional web browsers with no custom software installation—for enabling a user to share at least one portion of content is disclosed. The user selected portions of content, or references to them, are stored in a repository and are made available for subsequent viewing to a potentially larger universe of users. Neither group: the users selecting the portions of content, nor the users viewing the previously selected portions of content, need to install any special software to avail all these benefits. The invention discloses automatically creating and embedding a portion of content from an internet document into another document. Using the teachings from this invention publishers can share their content across the internet in a manner so as to get increased exposure, back links, branding, advertising, and virality—and a plethora of other benefits.
MOBILE TERMINAL
A mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a touch screen for displaying a plurality of web pages accessed through an Internet application (app), and a controller for, if a bookmark addition command on a first web page among the plurality of web pages is input, controlling the touch screen to display a list of one or more related pages related to the first web page among the plurality of previously accessed web pages.
SEARCHING FOR USER SELECTED PORTIONS OF CONTENT
A method, system, and program for searching for a portion content contained in a document is disclosed. Accordingly, a search engine, or some other application, analyzes a document with a user selected content portion to determine a match. The particular algorithm for determining the match will vary depending upon the particular implementation. Based on this analysis, one or more portions of the document are automatically highlighted in situ.
CUSTOM SHARE SHEET WITH SHORTCUT CONTROLS TO SHARE A CONTENT ITEM
Techniques are described herein to generate a custom share sheet. The custom share sheet comprises one or more shortcut controls to share a content item using one or more corresponding contact-avenue pairs. A contact-avenue pair includes a link sharing mechanism and contact information for one or more recipients within the application or application protocol that uses the link sharing mechanism. The contact-avenue pairs are generated based on the share history of the particular user sharing the content item. Shortcut controls to sharing a Content Item Are primarily generated based on local share history. These shortcut controls are ordered based on contact-avenue pairs that were most recently used to share a content item. Shortcut controls to sharing a Content Item Are secondarily generated based on cross-platform share history derived from content items stored in cloud storage. These shortcut controls are ordered based on contact-avenue pairs that were used to share the most content items.
Sharing network addresses
A network address assigned a shared designation by a first client computer is received, in a first data format, automatically, at a host computer from the first client computer. The network address is categorized and published. Publishing the network address includes converting the network address into a second data format, receiving, at the host computer, a subscription request from a second client computer, and sending the network address to the second client computer in response to receiving the subscription request.
Method and device for chinese concept embedding generation based on wikipedia link structure
A method and a device for Chinese concept embedding generation based on Wikipedia link structure includes: Step (1): According to the title concepts and/or link concepts in Chinese Wikipedia pages, a link information database is constructed; Step (2): For the title concepts, according to their link relationships with link concepts in the link information database, the positive and negative training instances are constructed respectively, which constitute the training dataset; Step (3): A concept embedding model is built, including an input layer, an embedding layer, a computational operation layer, and an output layer; Step (4): The concept embedding model is trained with the training dataset, then, the Chinese concept embedding is extracted/generated from the concept embedding model. The method can accurately distinguish different concepts and overcome the problem of polysemy that troubles the traditional embedding methods, which is beneficial to generate more accurate concept embedding representation.
Exposing fragment identifiers
In an approach for exposing fragment identifiers within an information resource, a processor receives a markup language document of an information resource. A processor identifies a fragment identifier within the markup language document and a location within the information resource corresponding to the fragment identifier. A processor presents the information resource and an indication of the location within the information resource corresponding to the fragment identifier.
Systems and Methods for Providing an Internet Browser Zoom Function
Methods are described to preload and display a plurality of webpages from a hyperlink list either previously saved or returned by one or more search engines, where said webpages are displayed in a web browser. The web browser has been augmented to display multiple webpages simultaneously and to allow changing the number of webpages displayed and their physical arrangement within the web browser display. Hyperlinks associated with any portion of this plurality of webpages can be saved as a list of hyperlinks (group bookmark) for later retrieval. Preloading may be dynamically altered to take advantage of network bandwidth availability and processor non-saturation. Descendant webpages of preloaded webpages may also be preloaded to further speed performance. The zoom factor for a displayed webpage may be altered by clicking on a zoom icon or alternately rotating a mouse wheel while the cursor is held over the zoom icon.
