Systems and methods for screenshot linking
A system for analyzing screenshots can include a computing device including a processor coupled to a memory and a display screen configured to display content. The system can include an application stored on the memory and executable by the processor. The application can include a screenshot receiver configured to access, from storage to which a screenshot of the content displayed on the display screen captured using a screenshot function of the computing device is stored, the screenshot including an image and a predetermined marker. The application can include a marker detector configured to detect the predetermined marker included in the screenshot. The application can include a link identifier configured to identify, using the predetermined marker, a link to a resource mapped to the image included in the screenshot, the resource accessible by the computing device via the link.
Retrieval of content using link-based search
Described herein are techniques and systems for retrieval of content using link-based searches. Embodiments herein include receiving, by a server, a request including a hyperlink directed to a source content. The server may determine whether a database associated with the server comprises the hyperlink. The database stores information of multiple entities each corresponding to one or more hyperlinks. In response to a determination that the database includes the hyperlink, the server may identify an entity corresponding to the hyperlink and provide information of the entity to the computing device. In some embodiments, in response to a determination that the database does not include the hyperlink, the server may identify related web content and return results to user.
Guided information viewing and storage features within web browsers
The present disclosure relates to non-transitory computer readable mediums (CRMs) for guided-viewing of annotations and the process or organizing and connecting annotations of web documents within web browsers. The rationale for creating and using such computer readable medium is discussed in detail within this disclosure. Throughout the course of this explanation, various steps are dissected and explained in detail in the context of exemplary embodiments to elaborate on the relevant data structures and the architectures, messaging patterns, and use cases that provide the context for these data structures.
USING ON-DEMAND APPLICATIONS TO PROCESS ENCRYPTED DATA FROM A CONTACTLESS CARD
A device may receive a uniform resource locator (URL) and encrypted data. The device may download a first application from an application server based on the URL. The device may download and execute the first application. The first application may receive the encrypted data.
System and method for interactive email
A system and method are disclosed for providing an enhanced email client having interactive content capabilities. The system includes a recipient email server for receiving emails from a sender email server and for receiving dynamic interactive content from a third party content service provider when it is determined that the email includes capabilities for displaying interactive content. The method includes steps of sanitizing a received email at a user's computing system, checking the sanitized email to determine if it contains interactive content, and retrieving the interactive content in the sanitized email without requiring the user to click out to a separate window or browser instance.
TRUSTED SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING CUSTOMIZED CONTENT TO INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER SUBSCRIBERS
A method includes receiving, by a processing system of a user endpoint device, a network cookie directly from an internet service provider who provides a subscriber who is associated with the user endpoint device with connectivity to the internet, storing, by the processing system, the network cookie in a local memory of the user endpoint device, generating, by the processing system, a request to send to the Internet service provider, wherein the request comprises a request for an internet protocol address associated with a uniform resource locator of an internet content provider, attaching, by the processing system, the network cookie to the request, and sending, by the processing system, the request including the network cookie to the Internet service provider.
AUTONOMOUS WEBPAGE CONTENT SUMMATION
A computer-implemented method includes: receiving, by a computing device, text extracted from a webpage in a browser and a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of a linked webpage associated with the text; generating, by the computing device, questions based on the text; retrieving, by the computing device, content of the linked webpage using the URL; generating, by the computing device, answers to the questions using the retrieved content; and returning, by the computing device, the questions and the answers to the browser such that the browser displays the questions and the answers in the webpage.
AUTOMATED SHIFTING OF WEB PAGES BETWEEN DIFFERENT USER DEVICES
An apparatus in an illustrative embodiment comprises at least one processing device that includes a processor coupled to a memory, with the at least one processing device being configured to obtain at least a portion of a uniform resource locator (URL) presented in a browser, to determine at least one of a domain and one or more cookies associated with the URL, to generate a file comprising information characterizing the at least one of the domain and the one or more cookies associated with the URL, to generate a multi-dimensional code based at least in part on the generated file, and to present the multi-dimensional code via the browser for scanning. The multi-dimensional code in some embodiments is presented for scanning by a mobile application of a mobile device of a user.
Unobtrusive systems and methods for collecting, processing and securing information transmitted over a network
The present disclosure relates to systems for “cookieless” tracking across a wide range of websites and mobile applications. The systems do not involve the use of tracking pixels or code on individual webs pages and associated web or other servers and may be achieved through use of a single URL for tracking a user across multiple websites while a browser session is initiated. Methods of enhanced tracking of user activity without requiring cookies or tracking pixels are also described herein.
CALL CENTER WEB-BASED AUTHENTICATION USING A CONTACTLESS CARD
Systems, methods, articles of manufacture, and computer-readable media. A server may receive a phone call and generate a uniform resource locator (URL) comprising a session identifier for an account. The server may transmit the URL to a client device. The server may receive, from a web browser, a request comprising the URL. The server may determine that the session identifier in the URL of the request matches the session identifier for the account, and transmit, to the web browser, a web page at the URL. The server may receive, from the web browser, a cryptogram read by the web page via a card reader of the client device and decrypt the cryptogram. The server may authenticate the identity of the caller for the call based on decrypting the cryptogram and the session identifier of the URL matching the session identifier of the account.
