The card tray includes an ejecting mechanism and a card carrying mechanism. The card carrying mechanism is provided with a sliding cavity. The ejecting mechanism includes a pull rod slidably arranged in the sliding cavity to form a card-rod separated structure that the ejecting mechanism is capable of pushing the card carrying mechanism into the base or pulling out the card carrying mechanism from the base and also capable of being ejected alone when the card carrying mechanism is clamped in the working position by the base.

A card connector assembly includes: an electrical connector including an insulative housing, a plurality of terminals secured to the insulative housing, a shell covering the insulative housing to form a receiving cavity, and an ejector having a pivot; and a card tray removably received in the receiving cavity, the card tray having a front surface, wherein the card tray has a protrusion at the front surface, and the pivot has an engaging portion for ejecting the card tray, the engaging portion having a recess for receiving the protrusion and an ejecting end for riding onto the protrusion.

Card connector

A card connector comprises a connector main and a tray. The connector main is configured to receive the tray along a front-rear direction. The connector main is provided with an ejection mechanism for ejecting the tray. The ejection mechanism has at least a push portion which pushes the tray upon ejection of the tray. The tray has a first card accommodation portion, a second card accommodation portion and a mechanism accommodation portion. The mechanism accommodation portion is positioned forward of the first card accommodation portion in the front-rear direction. The mechanism accommodation portion is provided with a pushed portion. The mechanism accommodation portion accommodates at least the push portion under a received state where the tray is received in the connector main. When the push portion pushes the pushed portion, the tray is ejected from the connector main.

Card holder and electronic device

A card holder is used for an electronic device having a housing, and is able to accommodate a data card and be inserted into the housing. The card holder includes a card tray and a card cover. The card tray is configured to accommodate the data card. The card cover is connected to the card tray, is rotatable relative to the card tray, and includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other and a first protrusion extending towards the card tray. When the card holder is in a state of being inserted into the housing and a pushing force is applied to the first end, the card cover is rotatable about the first protrusion such that the first end extends further into the housing and the second end extends out of the housing. An electronic device is also provided.

TRAY

A tray is insertable forward in a front-rear direction into a connector main of a card connector. The tray has a first card accommodation portion and a second card accommodation portion. The first card accommodation portion is positioned at a position different from a position of the second card accommodation portion in an up-down direction perpendicular to the front-rear direction. The first card accommodation portion has a first elastic beam portion, a first facing portion and a first bulge. The second card accommodation portion has a second elastic beam portion, a second facing portion, and a second bulge. The first elastic beam portion and the second elastic beam portion are positioned at positions different from each other in the front-rear direction. The first elastic beam portion and the second elastic beam portion are elastically deformable independently of each other.

CARD CONNECTOR

A card connector comprises a connector main and a tray. The connector main is configured to receive the tray along a front-rear direction. The connector main is provided with an ejection mechanism for ejecting the tray. The ejection mechanism has at least a push portion which pushes the tray upon ejection of the tray. The tray has a first card accommodation portion, a second card accommodation portion and a mechanism accommodation portion. The mechanism accommodation portion is positioned forward of the first card accommodation portion in the front-rear direction. The mechanism accommodation portion is provided with a pushed portion. The mechanism accommodation portion accommodates at least the push portion under a received state where the tray is received in the connector main. When the push portion pushes the pushed portion, the tray is ejected from the connector main.

The ejectable component assembly may include a tray that can be loaded with one or more removable modules, wafers coupled to circuit boards, cages and retaining plates to assist in retaining the tray within the assembly. The ejectable component assembly may include springs operative to engage detents in the tray to retain the tray in the assembly. The ejectable component assembly may include a tray ejector mechanism for ejecting the tray from the assembly.

A card holder includes a card tray, a card cover and a first connecting rod. The card tray is configured to accommodate a data card. The card cover is rotatably connected to the card tray, and includes opposite first and second ends and a first protrusion extending towards the card tray. The first connecting rod has an end connected to the card tray and another end rotatably connected to the card cover, and is configured to rotate relative to the card cover such that the card cover approaches to or is away from the card tray. When the card holder is inserted into a housing and a pushing force is applied to the first end, the card cover is rotatable about the first protrusion such that the first end extends further into the housing and the second end extends out of the housing. An electronic device is also provided.

The waterproof card holder further includes a sleeve integrated with and extending from an inner side of the cover plate and a through-hole penetrating through the sleeve and the cover plate, a waterproof mechanism is accommodated in the sleeve. The waterproof mechanism includes a main body, a first end portion located inside the sleeve, a second end portion protruding from the sleeve, and a waterproof ring located on a periphery of the main body and close to the first end portion. The waterproof ring and the sleeve form a sliding sealing structure therebetween.
