Information processing device outputting preceding operation command to printer before starting transmitting print execution data
In an information processing device, a support program supports a printer, and a printing program is built in an operating system. The support program causes the information processing device to perform: in a case that a print instruction to execute printing by using the built-in printing program is issued, at least one of a command outputting process and an outputting instruction process. The command outputting process outputs a preceding operation command to the printer before starting transmitting print execution data to the printer. The preceding operation command commands the printer to execute a preceding operation prior to starting printing. The printer having a function to execute the preceding operation specified in the preceding operation command. The outputting instruction process instructs a command transmission program to output the preceding operation command while the outputting instruction process designates the printer as an outputting destination.
Printing apparatus for displaying predetermined display screen for requesting printing to the printing apparatus and control method thereof, and non-transitory computer-readable medium
A job management server, which is connected to a Web application server and a job processing apparatus via a network, comprises: a registration unit which registers, when a job received from the Web application server is added with information indicating that a request source of the job is the job processing apparatus, the job in a first job queue, and to register, when the job is not added with the information, the job in a second job queue having a lower priority than the first job queue; and a transmission unit which transmits the job registered in the first job queue in response to a request from the job processing apparatus while a user utilizes a Web application via the job processing apparatus.
Fluid actuator registers
Examples include a fluidic die. The fluidic die may comprise an array of fluid actuators, an actuation data register, a mask register, and actuation logic. The actuation data register may store actuation data that indicates fluid ejectors to actuate for a set of actuation events. The mask register may store mask data that indicates a set of fluid actuators enabled for actuation for a respective actuation event of the set of actuation events. The actuation logic may electrically actuate a subset of the fluid actuators based at least in part on the actuation data register and the mask register for the respective actuation event.
Printing apparatus and control method therefor
A printing apparatus comprises a conveyance control unit which controls conveyance of printing sheets so that a trailing edge of a preceding sheet as a printing sheet precedingly fed from the stacking unit and a leading edge of a succeeding sheet as a printing sheet succeedingly fed from the stacking unit overlap each other; and a skew correction unit which performs skew correction of the succeeding sheet while the succeeding sheet overlaps the preceding sheet by the conveyance control unit. The skew correction unit makes the leading edge of the succeeding sheet abut against the conveyance roller during a time from an end of a last line feed operation by the conveyance roller for printing on the preceding sheet by the printing unit to start of a next conveyance operation.
PRINTING APPARATUS FOR DISPLAYING PREDETERMINED DISPLAY SCREEN FOR REQUESTING PRINTING TO THE PRINTING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE MEDIUM

PRINT HEAD AND LIQUID DISCHARGE APPARATUS
A liquid discharge apparatus includes a print head discharging a liquid and a control circuit controlling an operation of the print head. the print head includes a connector having a first terminal, a second terminal, a third terminal, and a fourth terminal, a first integrated circuit, a circuit substrate on which the connector and the first integrated circuit are provided and which has first wiring, second wiring, third wiring, fourth wiring, fifth wiring, and sixth wiring, and a first wiring substrate, in which the first wiring electrically couples the first terminal and the first integrated circuit to each other, the fifth wiring electrically couples the first terminal and the first integrated circuit to each other, and the sixth wiring electrically couples the first integrated circuit and the first wiring substrate to each other.
Printing control apparatus, control method for the printing control apparatus, and printing system for shifting a printing apparatus from a first power state to a second power state
A printing control apparatus connected to a printing apparatus operated in a standby state and a power saving state includes a reception unit that receives a printing request for causing the printing apparatus to execute printing, a generation unit that generates printing data in accordance with the printing request received by the reception unit, a determination unit that determines whether or not the printing apparatus is in the power saving state, and a transmission unit that transmits return data for returning the printing apparatus from the power saving state to the standby state before the printing data generated by the generation unit is transmitted in a case where the determination unit determines that the printing apparatus is in the power saving state, and does not transmit the return data in a case where the determination unit determines that the printing apparatus is not in the power saving state.
PRINTING APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREFOR
