USED SECONDARY BATTERY REUSE SYSTEM
A used secondary battery reuse system supports reuse of a used secondary battery and includes: a purchase request information reception unit configured to receive purchase request information for a used secondary battery; a trade-in request information reception unit configured to receive trade-in request information including information indicating a degradation state of a secondary battery; an extraction unit configured to extract the purchase request information including an intended use of the used secondary battery that matches the degradation state included in the trade-in request information; a sale price determination unit configured to determine a sale price of the secondary battery; a transportation cost estimation unit configured to estimate a transportation cost of the secondary battery from each trade-in facility to a delivery site; and a trade-in price determination unit configured to determine a trade-in price in each trade-in facility.
BIDDING PROCESS AND PRICE CALCULATION FORMULA IN METHOD OF REQUESTING WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES
A method of a pricing scheme and a bidding process for waste collection services comprising: providing a waste management service, determining a price for the waste collection services, providing a bidding process for a hauler to participate in the waste collection services, and selecting a hauler based on the bidding process.
System for cost efficient order fulfillment
A computer-implemented method for determining cost efficient order fulfillment system. A list of items is received in a purchase order for delivery. A quality score comprising a shipping history score, an inventory accuracy score, and a handling score is calculated for each retail location. The retail location with the lowest cost and the highest quality score is selected to ship the order.
Secure Shipping Interactions Using Blockchains
Technologies are shown for securing private information during shipping of an item storing shipping information at a blockchain address that includes a recipient geolocation address and generating a shipping label that includes a machine-readable pointer to the blockchain address. The label can be scanned to obtain the blockchain address and request the shipping information. In response to a request, the recipient geolocation address or a next intermediate shipper can be provided. The recipient can be notified to obtain authorization to release the recipient geolocation address or provide an alternative geolocation for delivery.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND STORAGE MEDIUM
An information acquisition unit of an information processing device acquires crop information of a crop shipped from a farmer. A route acquisition unit acquires information related to a distribution route from the farmer of the crop to a retail store. Next, an estimation unit estimates a transportation distance of the crop, and a determination unit determines whether the transportation distance exceeds a threshold value related to the crop. When the transportation distance exceeds the threshold value, a proposal unit proposes, to the farmer who produces the crop, a cropping plan such that the transportation distance of the crop is equal to or less than the threshold value.
Process of combining multiple carriers for international shipping
Disclosed is a method process of online rating for international import and export shipments. The rating combines multiple carriers together in order to provide one cohesive international service. The consumer can obtain a door to port or door to door rate when employing a pick up carrier, such as a trucking company, and an airline or ocean carrier as well as a destination delivery company. The method provide a real time monetary rate costs based upon the closest terminal and determines which terminal to terminal rate to use for the air or ocean portion as well as providing a pick up rate for that service. The process further estimates the multiple ocean and air rate costs from various vendors associated with a shipment and stores these rate costs through a database to be used at a later date for verification.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PRESENTING AUTONOMOUS DELIVERY MECHANISMS AND NON-AUTONOMOUS DELIVERY MECHANISMS
A system presents a plurality of objects on a delivery user interface. The system updates content of a memory resource as one or more objects are added to the memory resource. In response to determining that the content of the memory resource is finalized, the system determines a selection of a particular autonomous delivery mechanism and a particular non-autonomous delivery mechanism based on filtering conditions associated with the content of the memory resource. The system presents the selection of the particular autonomous delivery mechanism and the particular non-autonomous delivery mechanism on a delivery user interface. The system determines that a delivery mechanism is selected from the selection. The system receives one or more status updates associated with the selected delivery mechanism, and displays the one or more status updates on the delivery user interface.
PHYSICAL SPACE ASSIGNMENT BASED ON RESOURCE DATA AND MEMORY RESOURCE CONTENT
A system receives content of a memory resource. The system compares the content of the memory resource with a first resource data associated with a first physical space, and with a second resource data associated with a second physical space. The system determines which of the first physical space and the second physical space can fulfill more than a threshold percentage of objects in the memory resource based on the comparison between the content of the memory resource with the first and second resource data. The system determines that the first physical space can fulfill more than the threshold percentage of objects in the memory resource. The system assigns the first physical space to the memory resource for concluding an operation associated with the memory resource.
AUTOMATED REQUEST FULFILMENT PROCESSING
Methods and systems for automated request fulfilment processing. A computer system receives a plurality of requests for resources, each request being for a respective resource and having an associated latest time for fulfilment of the request and it periodically, for unfulfilled requests among the plurality of requests, determines, using a machine learning model, for each unfulfilled request, an predicted cost of fulfilment of the unfulfilled request at times between a current time and the associated latest time for the unfulfilled request. It then identifies, from among the unfulfilled requests, one or more unfulfilled requests for which its lowest predicted cost of fulfilment is at a time matching the current time, and transmits a request to a resource supplier of the respective resource to fulfil the identified one or more unfulfilled requests.
Multi-leg international shipping
Systems and methods which invoke multiple shipment legs to provide an international shipment architecture adapted for efficient and reliable international shipping of items and facilitating configuration of aspects of one or more of the multiple shipment legs for particular shipments, shippers, recipients, origination countries, and/or destination countries are described. According to embodiments, an item is transported from a shipper to an international processing provider or other origination country egress processing point in an ingestion leg of an international shipment. The item is provided international processing and international border passage by the international processing provider in a bridge leg of the international shipment. In delivery leg of the international shipment, the item is transported from the international processing provider or other ingress processing point in the destination country to the recipient. Embodiments utilize multiple shipping labels and/or a unified tracking number for an item shipped in a multiple leg international shipment.
