Enhanced space management via micro-location tracking
A system dynamically assigns spaces to users. The system acquires scheduling information for users and identified times when one of the spaces should be assigned to a group of the users (e.g., when a meeting is scheduled). The system may select the space based on the size of the group. The users wear smart identifier (ID) badges that transmit short-range communications signals. A detector detects the signals and may forward a notification to the system identifying the users' locations. The system dynamically re-assigns the space to different users if more than a threshold portion of the group members are, based on the determined locations, not expected to reach the reserved space at the scheduled time. The system assigns a different space to the group that is closer to the determined locations and/or more appropriately sized for the number of available group members.
Real meal with virtual networking
A system may include one or more processor and memory coupled with the one or more processors that effectuates operations. The operations may include generating an interface (e.g., graphical) for a second user for a second profile to order food associated with a first profile of a first user during a period, wherein the period is designated by the first user; receiving an indication of a first order of food associated the first profile during the period; sending instructions to prepare the first order of food; receiving an indication that the first order is paid by an account associated with the first profile; receiving an indication of an address to deliver the food and an indication not to expose the address to the first profile (e.g., keep private, such as do NOT display or send the address); and sending instructions to display the progress in delivering the food to the address.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AN ADMINISTRATOR VIEWER USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
A method for operating an administrator viewer on an administrator computing device. The method includes receiving first information pertaining to a service performed by a person for a user. The method further includes receiving an action instruction generated by an artificial intelligence engine of a cognitive intelligence platform based on a data structure associated with a user and a condition of the user, wherein the action instruction specifies that an administrator performs an action tailored for the user based on the first information. The method further includes presenting the first information and the action instruction in a screen of the administrator viewer.
ONLINE CONFERENCING WITH FOOD SERVICE
In one aspect, an example methodology implementing the disclosed techniques includes, responsive to a determination, by a computing device, of a scheduling of an online conference between a plurality of conference participants, the online conference including food service, determining a food service application that is appropriate for at least one conference participant in the online conference. The method also includes sending to the at least one conference participant a notification regarding the scheduling of the online conference that includes food service, wherein the notification includes a link to the food service application. The method may also include, responsive to a receipt of a bill for a food order placed with the food service application by the at least one conference participant, collecting an amount from a conference organizer to pay for the food order and making an appropriate payment to the food service application to pay for the food order.
Techniques for crowdsourcing and dynamically updating computer-aided schedules
In various embodiments, a scheduling application automatically determines the timing of linearly dependent events. In operation, the scheduling application detects that a first event included in an original scheduled sequence of events has not completed by a scheduled completion time based on a current time. The scheduling application then determines that a second event included in the original scheduled sequence of events has a dependency on the completion of the first event. Subsequently, the scheduling application updates one or more temporal properties associated with the second event based on the current time to generate a third event. The scheduling application then generates, via a processor, a modified scheduled sequence of events that includes the third event instead of the second event. Advantageously, automatically adjusting the timing of linear dependent events based on the current time reduces inefficiencies associated with conventional scheduling techniques.
System, method, and computer program for network experience optimization using a home network router
As described herein, a system, method, and computer program are provided for network experience optimization using a residential network router. In use, an electronic calendar is accessed by a residential network router. Additionally, the residential network router determines a plurality of events saved to the electronic calendar, wherein the plurality of events require, at least in part, simultaneous network resource (e.g. bandwidth) usage. Further, the plurality of events are prioritized, using the residential network router. Still yet, available network resources are assigned among the plurality of events, using the residential network router, based on the prioritization.
Conducting an automated virtual meeting without active participants
One example operation may include retrieving meeting participant profiles associated with meeting participants and meeting topics assigned to a scheduled meeting set to occur at a scheduled meeting time for a time duration, creating the meeting, at the scheduled meeting time, with a number of meeting intervals, collectively which comprise the time duration of the meeting, and each of the meeting intervals are assigned a respective different meeting topic among the meeting topics, assigning the participant profiles to one or more of the meeting intervals, automatically initiating a start to the meeting at the scheduled meeting time, without any of the meeting participants being connected to the meeting via their respective computing devices, and creating one or more of audio and video content based on one or more of the meeting topics and one or more meeting data files.
METHOD OF CREATING VIRTUAL OFFICE FOR REMOTE WORK
In a method of creating virtual office for remote work, a virtual office identification code that is permanently exclusive to a user is generated. It is convenient for the user to provide clients to communicate with the user without changing the virtual office identification code from time to time. The method can limit the number of invited clients who can enter the electronic conference when the clients participate in the same electronic conference. Besides, the method can also individually identify the invited clients that enter the electronic conference.
REAL-TIME CONTENT OF INTEREST DETECTION AND NOTIFICATION FOR MEETINGS
A meeting application server and a method for real-time content of interest detection and notification for a meeting are described herein. The meeting application server includes a processor and a computer-readable storage medium operatively coupled to the processor. The computer-readable storage medium includes computer-executable instructions that cause the processor to receive, via a remote computing system, content of interest data for a meeting. The computer-executable instructions also cause the processor to analyze the content of interest data to determine a theme of interest for the meeting, train a classification model for the theme of interest, and generate real-time meeting data for the meeting. The computer-executable instructions further cause the processor to determine the probability that the real-time meeting data relate to the theme of interest using the classification model and, if the probability exceeds a threshold value, transmit a content of interest alert to the remote computing system.
RESOURCE AVAILABILITY SYSTEM
Methods, apparatuses, and systems for contextual resource registration are described herein. A resource, such as a computer, may be registered for use by a user with a mobile device. The resource may be connected to a controller that has an amount of control over the resource. The controller may broadcast its identifying information, such as an Internet protocol (IP) address, to mobile devices in the vicinity. A mobile device may receive the broadcast message and establish a connection with the controller. The controller may determine whether the mobile device is already registered and also whether the corresponding resource is available for registration. The controller may cause the resource to display a digital signage to facilitate registration with the resource.
