Arrangements for payment and recommendation control are provided. In some aspects, an event trigger and contextual data may be received from, for instance, a user device. In response to the event trigger, one or more requests for external entity data may be generated and transmitted to one or more external entity computing systems. External entity response data may be received and analyzed, with the contextual data, using machine learning, to identify one or more recommended options for a user. The one or more recommended options may be transmitted to a user computing device. In some examples, user selection of a first option may be received and a communication session may be initiated with a first external entity computing system. A scheduling request may be transmitted to the first external entity computing system and a scheduling confirmation may be received from the first external entity computing system.

Methods and systems for electronic form identification and population

Computer-implemented systems and methods for the sale of consumer services. Predictions are made based on the behaviors, preferences, assets, identifying characteristics, and other attributes associated with customers and merchants. In one implementation, a prediction is made as to whether a customer is likely to request a service and whether a merchant is likely to be selected by the customer to provide the service. In another implementation, the calendars of a merchant and customer are automatically updated to account for the customer's late arrival to an appointment at the merchants location. In yet another implementation, a customer purchases an appointment for a service from another customer that has the appointment scheduled with a merchant providing the service.

Medical data governance

A medical data governance system records, secures, and provides appropriate access to all patient data. By concentrating all available relevant medical data into a single source, and providing a subset of data to each receiving subsystem with the correct source and time reference, the medical data governance system becomes the true source of data and guarantees the data consistency through the use of block chain signatures.

VIN scan recall notification

A system and method are disclosed for helping a user determine whether a vehicle is subject to a safety recall and assisting the user with addressing incomplete safety recalls. A vehicle identification number (VIN) may be extracted from an image of a vehicle captured by a user electronic device and used to request safety recall information from a remote information system, which may provide a list of recalls associated with the vehicle. A list of nearby service centers may be identified based on the physical location of the user electronic device, and service appointments to address any incomplete recalls may be scheduled, either automatically or in response to user input.

Personalized conversational recommendations by assistant systems

In one embodiment, a method includes receiving a user request from a client system associated with a user, generating a response to the user request which references one or more entities, generating a personalized recommendation based on the user request and the response, wherein the personalized recommendation references one or more of the entities of the response, and sending instructions for presenting the response and the personalized recommendation to the client system.

Electronic management of license data

A computer system including a processor in communication with a memory and a database may be provided. The processor may be programmed to: (i) execute a query on the database including a list of user identifiers associated with a plurality of users, (ii) receive license data associated with the user identifiers including a list of licenses and respective license renewal data associated with each user, (iii) determine, from the license data, that one or more licenses of a group of users is in a renewal period, (iv) notify each user of the group of users of the one or more licenses in the renewal period, (v) pre-populate a license renewal application for the one or more licenses in the renewal period the group of users, (vi) transmit the pre-populated application to be approved by the group of users, and (vii) receive the approved pre-populated application from the group of users.

INTELLIGENT PROCESSING AND PRESENTATION OF USER-CONNECTION DATA ON A COMPUTING DEVICE

Technology is disclosed for controlling the processing and presentation of user-connection data on computing devices to provide improved electronic communications applications and user computing experiences. User-connection data may be programmatically determined or inferred from the user data for a plurality of users. The user-connection data may be assembled into a graph data structure, which may be further processed to determine optimal paths connecting users and to derive information insights. Aspects of information insights may be presented to a user and/or consumed by a computing application or service to provide an improved user computing experience.

User availability in personal information management service

A computing device includes a processor and associated memory. The processor is configured to execute a personal information management service stored in memory to send a first calendar entry for display on a calendar interface for a user. The first calendar entry is for a first account of the user of a first domain. The processor sends a second calendar entry for display on the calendar interface. The second calendar entry is for a calendar of a second account of the user of a second domain. The processor receives a request for an availability of the user from a requesting user having a third account of the first domain. In response to the request, the processor sends to the requesting user the first calendar entry including first calendar entry details, and the second calendar entry without second calendar entry details.

Contextually aware schedule services

Technologies described herein offer a contextually aware schedule service technology. User-related activity is monitored to detect a future event related to the user. Information is extracted from the monitored user-related activity information. The extracted information about the future event can be evaluated to determine whether it is related to another future event associated with the user. When a particular future event for the user changes, a set of related events may be utilized to determine a related event is affected by the change. For example, a user may be notified to cancel or modify the future event. Additionally, service providers associated with the affected event(s) may be notified, or a personal assistant service may facilitate automatically rescheduling the affected events.
