ASSIGNMENT OF CONDITIONAL ACCESS RIGHTS TO ASSIGNABLE TOKENS BASED ON AN INTERACTION

A method includes initiating, by a first computing device, an interaction with a second computing device. The first computing device includes a first digital asset unit and the second computing device includes a second digital asset unit. The first digital asset unit stores assignable tokens. The method further includes determining to assign conditional access rights to an amount of the assignable tokens to the second digital asset unit where the conditional access rights are in accordance with a set of conditions. The assignment of conditional access rights is a self-enforcing smart contract embedded in an assignable token distributed ledger technology. The method further includes locking the amount of the assignable tokens stored in the first digital asset unit and providing the conditional access rights to the amount of the assignable tokens to second digital asset unit. The second digital asset unit does not store the amount of the assignable tokens.

CRYPTOCURRENCY PAYMENT SYSTEM PAYMENTS BACKED BY ASSIGNABLE TOKENS

A method includes determining, by a digital asset custodial device, to assign conditional access rights to an amount of assignable tokens stored in a digital asset custodial device account of the digital asset custodial device to a network computing device of a cryptocurrency payment system to back certain interactions of the cryptocurrency payment system. The conditional access rights are in accordance with a set of conditions. The assignment of the conditional access rights is a self-enforcing smart contract embedded in an assignable token distributed ledger. The method further includes locking, by the digital asset custodial device and in accordance with the self-enforcing smart contract, the amount of the assignable tokens stored in the digital asset custodial device account and providing the conditional access rights to the amount of the assignable tokens to the network computing device. The network computing device does not store the amount of the assignable tokens.

BLOCKCHAIN ENABLED SMART COMPLIANCE

A node in a blockchain network may receive a digital asset transfer request for a digital asset transfer, create a path object containing one or more jurisdictional requirements for the digital asset transfer request, pass the path object to a blockchain network, verify the path object, and record the path object on a blockchain network.

PAYMENT CARD ENABLED DISTRIBUTED DIGITAL LEDGER SYSTEM TO HANDLE SECURITY OF BOTH CRYPTO AND NON-CRYPTO TRANSACTIONS

A method includes implementing a distributed digital ledger through a crypto-transactional platform, processing, via the crypto-transactional platform, a first crypto transaction through a payment card, and additionally processing, via the crypto-transactional platform, a second non-crypto transaction through the payment card. The distributed digital ledger is a growing set of records linked through cryptography. As part of processing the first crypto transaction and the second non-crypto transaction through the payment card via the crypto-transactional platform, the method also includes handling security of both the first crypto transaction and the second non-crypto transaction through the payment card via the distributed digital ledger.

SYSTEM FOR RESOURCE PRESENTMENT AND ALLOCATION BASED ON HISTORICAL DATA USAGE

Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, and computer program product for resource presentment and allocation based on historical data usage. The system first receives a resource allocation offer associated with a resource distribution transaction. The system determines, based on historical resource distribution data stored within a memory resource, a user of a plurality of users that would utilize the resource allocation offer. The system transmits, to a user device associated with the user, a communication that indicates the resource allocation offer.

Systems and methods for providing blockchain based paper checks (BC Checks) that may be redeemed without traditional coordination between financial institutions of participants.

LOCATION-BASED DIGITAL ASSET INTERACTION
20230394460 · 2023-12-07 ·

A computer-implemented method of interacting with a digital asset which is associated with a crypto-wallet stored at a server or server cloud. The server or server cloud permits a client device to interact with the digital asset conditional upon the client device's location being present in a list of one or more locations stored in correspondence with a private key, which secures the digital asset in the crypto-wallet. Interaction includes using the private key to claim ownership of the digital asset, or, using the public key to view the digital asset and/or digital property associated with the digital asset.

FACILITATING CRYPTOCURRENCY-BASED TRANSACTIONS WITH TIME CONSTRAINT
20230394471 · 2023-12-07 ·

Methods and systems are presented for providing a framework for facilitating time-sensitive cryptocurrency transactions for users. When a request for processing a time-sensitive cryptocurrency transaction using funds from a cryptocurrency wallet is received from a user, a transaction system first verifies whether the cryptocurrency wallet has a balance to cover the cryptocurrency transaction. The transaction system also verifies the ownership of the cryptocurrency wallet based on an asynchronous method. The user generates verification data without any input from the transaction system, and based on a private key associated with the cryptocurrency wallet, a generator function, and a user-generated value. Without knowing the user-generated value, the transaction system verifies the ownership of the cryptocurrency wallet based on the verification data, and processes the transaction for the user.

Stable Cryptocurrency Coinage

A multi-coin mechanism for maintaining a stable value of cryptographic coinage traded in a decentralized market exchange without requiring a reserve. Multiple, pegged cryptographic tokens are traded in the reserveless decentralized market exchange. Each of the multiple, pegged cryptographic tokens may be pegged to a different asset (such as different currencies and/or commodities). The multiple, pegged cryptographic tokens are value related based on cryptographic exchange rates. Whenever a market transaction is processed (such as a buy or sell order), at least one of a destruction operation and a creation operation are performed. The destruction operation destroys at least one of the pegged cryptographic tokens, while the creation operation creates new ones of the pegged cryptographic tokens n. The multi-coin mechanism thus implements a decentralized and algorithmic monetary policy that removes and/or deposits cryptographic tokens to/from the reserveless decentralized market exchange to alter supply and to maintain stable coinage values.
