Systems and methods are provided for verifying identities of users. One example computer-implemented method includes requesting a unique ID for a user, from a software development kit (SDK) in a mobile device, and issuing the unique ID for the user. The method also includes generating, by the SDK, a public/private key pair specific to the unique ID, prompting the user to capture an image of a government issued document, and capturing the image of the document. The method further includes validating, by the mobile device, the identity of the user based on the image of the document and, based on the validation, (i) converting the image via a one-way hash function, (ii) signing the hashed image with the private key of the public/private key pair, and (iii) transmitting the signed hashed image, the unique ID, and the public key of the public/private key pair to an identification provider.

Systems, methods, and apparatuses for implementing certificates of authenticity of digital twins transacted onto a blockchain using Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) in conjunction with a cloud based computing environment are described herein. For example, according to one embodiment there is a system which includes means for operating a first blockchain interface to a private blockchain on behalf of a product manufacturer, in which the product manufacturer has access permissions to the private blockchain; means for operating a second blockchain interface to a public blockchain on behalf of a plurality of tenants of the host organization including the product manufacturer; means for providing a plurality of templates for certificates of authenticity to the plurality of tenants; means for generating a digital twin for a finished goods product by the product manufacturer, the digital twin having embedded therein a new certificate of authenticity generated using one of the plurality of templates, the new certificate of authenticity uniquely identifying the finished goods product by a product identifier specified with the new certificate of authenticity; means for transacting the digital twin onto the private blockchain; means for transferring ownership of the digital twin from the product manufacturer to a purchaser; and means for writing a unique ID identifying the digital twin on the public blockchain into the asset on the private blockchain within which the digital twin is stored. Disclosed is a method, a device, and/or a system of ledger token transfer of a distributed ledger network through cryptographic binding to a transferrable possession token. In one embodiment, a method for rapid and secure ledger-less transfer of a ledger token includes generating a public-private key pair, securely storing the private key and utilizing the public key as a public address. The method verifies a ledger transaction on a distributed ledger network associated the asset with the public address. The method generates a possession token having a state indicated by a state indicator. The state evolves upon transfer between two computing devices. The method cryptographically associates the ledger token and the possession token through incorporation of the public address into data generating the state indicator. The possession token is transferred to a computing device over the network while retaining the private key in secure custody.

TRANSACTION VERIFICATION OF A TRANSACTION BASED ON A BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK

A transaction transmitted by a user node in a blockchain network and transaction verification information corresponding to the to-be-verified transaction are acquired. The transaction verification information includes a state read set, a state write set, an initial transaction execution result, and a block identifier of a target block. A first block header of the target block includes the block identifier. A second block header is determined from a block header chain of a light node in the blockchain network. The state read set and the state write set are checked based on a first state snapshot in the second block header. The transaction service is executed to obtain a target transaction execution result corresponding to the transaction service and to-be-written state data. Legitimacy of the to-be-verified transaction is checked based on the initial transaction execution result, the target transaction execution result, the state write set, and the to-be-written state data.
