System and method for transaction handoff and completion employing indirect token
A method for transaction handoff includes: registering a payment instrument with a server, associating the payment instrument with indirect tokens, and storing a payment token that associates the indirect tokens with the payment instrument and a device identifier in a database record; via a device, receiving an indirect token from the server; via a point-of-sale (POS) terminal, entering the indirect token, and transmitting indirect token via the internet cloud to the server; via the server, using the payment token to access the device identifier and transmitting a push notification; upon acceptance of the push notification, executing an application on the device and simultaneously displaying transaction details on both the device and POS terminal; receiving completion data that is entered via the device and transmitting the completion data to the server; and completing the transaction at the server and notifying the POS terminal and the device that the transaction is complete.
METHOD THAT USES BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY TO MODERNIZE FUNERAL AND MEMORIAL SERVICE INDUSTRY
A method of using a digital platform that uses blockchain technology and smart contracts to connect end users of funeral and memorial services to body removal services and body storage services. The digital platform will allow body removal services, body storage services, and funeral home service providers to remain compliant with state regulations that are written to govern the funeral and memorial service industries. The method will allow end users to choose a specific funeral package and will allow them payment using a digital token, the digital token will be secured by smart contracts and the packages shall be deployed and memorialized on a blockchain.
Systems and Methods for Resilient Transaction Processing
To perform resilient transaction processing, a computing device in a first geographic region receives a transaction from a user. The transaction requires a series of predetermined steps to process the transaction. The computing device assigns an idempotent identifier to the transaction, and performs the series of predetermined steps to process the transaction by including the idempotent identifier in each communication related to each of the predetermined steps. When one of the predetermined steps has previously been performed, the computing device prevents duplication of the predetermined step by verifying completion of the step for the idempotent identifier and obtaining an indication that the step has previously been performed. After a threshold time period has expired since the transaction was received, the computing device determines whether the series of predetermined steps have been completed, and logs the transaction in a cryptographic ledger for the first geographic region.
MIXD CONTENT DEVICE INCLUDING NON-FUNGIBLE TOKENS (NFTs) AND SYSTEMS FOR PUBLICATION AND DISTRIBUTION
A computer-implemented method includes creating a digital media list or collection or digital media files; storing the created digital media list or collection or digital media files on a content device; assigning the content device a unique digital encrypted identification code and store in a database; receiving payment confirmation from a payment processing computing device that a consumer has purchased the content device with the created digital media list or collection or digital media files; and creating shipping information for the purchased content device.
FEDERATED CLOSED-LOOP SYSTEM
Systems, methods, and computer readable media are for providing a hand free interaction between a user and a dispenser device. A mobile communication device and a beacon device associated with the dispenser device (or the dispenser device operating as a beacon device) may perform mutual authentication with a federated platform. Once the entities are authenticated, the user is allowed to dispense the resource utilizing the dispenser device. Data associated with the interaction and related to the resource dispensed may be provided to the federated platform via the mobile communication device and the interaction data may be recorded. The federated platform may subsequently provide the interaction data to a resource provider to enable the resource provider to conduct a settlement process.
Point-of-sale terminal for transaction handoff and completion employing ephemeral token
A method for handoff includes: scanning an ephemeral token displayed on a guest device, where a guest has previously registered a payment instrument with a server, and associated the payment instrument with a plurality of ephemeral tokens, and the server has stored a payment token that associates the plurality of ephemeral tokens with the payment instrument in a database record along with a notification identifier, and where the guest device has received the ephemeral token; transmitting the ephemeral token to the server; simultaneously displaying details for a transaction, where the server has accessed the notification identifier to transmit a push notification to the guest device, and where the guest device is executing a proprietary application that allows for simultaneously displaying details for the transaction; and receiving notification from the server that the transaction is complete, where transaction completion data was entered via the guest device and transmitted to the server.
System and method for a decentralized portable information container supporting privacy protected digital information credentialing, remote administration, local validation, access control and remote instruction signaling utilizing blockchain distributed ledger and container wallet technologies
A mechanism for verifying digital information provenance and attestation using blockchain distributed ledger technology which reveals unauthorized tampering with credentialed information. Content modifications are detectable leveraging only local edge validation supported by the normative Bitcoin Core cryptographic libraries or equivalent blockchain implementations. The invention prevents unauthorized access, unregulated copy distribution, and orphaned ownership lacking issuer provenance and attestation. The preferred embodiment provides tamper detectable digital content containers supporting credentialing, remote administration, localized validation, distributed access control, and processing instruction signaling. Intermediary third-party services are not required to verify provenance and issuer attestation. Blockchain integrated cryptographic information containers and administrative transactions immutably record the binding between participating parties (e.g., issuer, administrator, requestor) and associated digital assets (e.g., insurance card, medical records, driver's license, passport, biometric, business contract, software application files, data).
IDENTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION FOR PROVISIONING MOBILE APPLICATION
Embodiments are directed to the generation of a token associated with a status. The status of the token may affect how the token is treated and the types of restrictions placed on the token. The status of the token may indicate that the token is generated based on verification of secure user data. Alternatively, the status of the token may indicate that the token is generated based on insufficient user data and, as such, restrictions may be imposed on the token. The token requestor may be a mobile application, such as a merchant mobile application provisioned on a user device. In response to a token request from the merchant, the token provider issues tokens with varying status based on a confidence level. The status of the token may be indicated in terms of token assurance level.
System, method, and apparatus for integrating multiple payment options on a merchant webpage
A system, method, and apparatus is provided for integrating multiple payment options on a merchant webpage. The method includes receiving, from a merchant system associated with a merchant webpage, a payment data capture request, generating, with at least one processor, web payment capture data based on the payment data capture request, the web payment capture data configured to adapt the merchant webpage to receive payment information input by a user, communicating, to the merchant system, the web payment capture data, receiving, directly from a client computer via at least one client-side script executed by the client computer based on the web payment capture data, the payment information input by the user, generating, with at least one processor, a transient payment token based on the payment information, and directly communicating the transient payment token to the client computer.
CONTACTLESS CARD PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM
A dual-factor PIN based authentication system and method uses a cryptogram provided by a contactless card associated with the client in association with a PIN stored by the contactless card to authenticate the client. In some embodiments, cryptogram authentication may be preconditioned upon a PIN match determination by the contactless card. In other embodiments, the cryptogram may be formed at least in part using the personal identification number (PIN) stored on the contactless card encoded using a dynamic key stored by the contactless card and uniquely associated with the client. Authentication may be achieved by comparing the cryptogram formed using the PIN against an expected cryptogram generated an expected PIN and an expected dynamic key.
