In some embodiments, an electronic appliance can receive a query for offers for an item, receive order information from a plurality of merchants about the item, and apply loyalty points to determine an offer for the item. Upon receiving confirmation the electronic appliance may transmit access credentials for ordering the item for delivery and updating the loyalty point information for the account utilized to purchase the item from the determined offer.

The method further includes when the release instruction from the network computing device is received, releasing the amount of the system cryptocurrency and when the consume instruction from the network computing device is received, transferring the amount of the system cryptocurrency to an account associated with the network computing device to cover the cryptocurrency-based payment.

The certificate authority: obtains a credential that includes a certificate for the user, where the certificate includes a user public key and a plurality of user attributes; receives a request for a signature on the message, where the request includes an indication of a subset of the plurality of user attributes to be revealed; accesses from the hardware security module a user secret key; and provides to the user at least the message signed by the user secret key and a zero-knowledge proof that establishes that the message is signed by the user secret key corresponding to the user public key in the credential without revealing the plurality of user attributes.

The intermediary party authenticates the identity of the actor to the transacting party if the received dynamic identifier matches the dynamic identifier which it previously issued.

An accounting value of carbon emission from energy consumption of an intra-regional energy network is generated by subtracting an electric energy consumption value from an intra-regional electric energy supply value, and intra-regional carbon emission is measured based on the accounting value of the carbon emission from the energy consumption of the intra-regional energy network. A problem that the carbon emission cannot be accurately traced back by an amount of consumed electric energy is resolved.
