Systems and methods for inter-financial institution deposits at an ATM
Systems, methods, and apparatuses using a financial institution computing system associated with a first financial institution includes a processing circuit including a processor and memory, the memory structured to store instructions that are executable by the processor and cause the processing circuit to receive a user identification associated with a user. The user holds a first account at the first financial institution and a second account at a second financial institution, where the first financial institution is different than the second financial institution. The processing circuit is further configured to authenticate the user using the user identification compared to a stored user profile in an accounts database held at the first financial institution, receive, from an ATM associated with the first financial institution, a selection option indicating the user is depositing an amount of funds into the second account at the second financial institution, receive, from the ATM, an indication that a payment source for the amount of funds was received at the ATM, and initiate a transfer of the amount of funds from the first financial institution to the second account at the second financial institution.
AGE VERIFICATION SYSTEM, METHOD AND APPARATUS
The system and techniques disclosed herein perform advanced and automatic age verification. The age verification system (AVS) is designed for automated and accurate age-restricted access control and age verification for the sale of age-controlled products. For example, the AVS can be employed to perform age-verification to permit the legal sale/purchase of age-controlled products such as alcohol, tobacco, cannabis, and the like, and Also, the AVS can be used to control legal access to age-restricted areas such as casinos, movie theaters, bars, and the like. The AVS can include a scanner for scanning a barcode printed on an identification (ID) card, an application, and a computer unit having output devices for generating visual, audible, and electronic signals to view, alert, and control age-restricted entry and control the sale of age-controlled products. The AVS can include automatic door lock functionality that supports age-restricted access control.
SELF-SERVICE TERMINAL (SST) ITEM RETURN ANTI-FRAUD PROCESSING
An item return transaction for an item is identified at a transaction terminal. The item is authenticated using multiple factors at least some of which are independent of item code identification for the item. A fraud score is calculated based on the multiple factors, item code identification, and data that is specific to a customer associated with the transaction, specific to the item, specific to a store associated with the transaction terminal, and specific to a retailer associated with the store. The fraud score and a customer-return grade for the customer are processed to determine whether the transaction can complete at the terminal without assistance or whether the transaction is to be held in abeyance for an audit (onsite audit or remote network-based audit). In an embodiment, the t terminal is a Self-Service Terminal (SST) and the transaction is a self-item return transaction conducted by a customer at the terminal.
SYSTEMS, APPARATUSES, INTERFACES, AND APPLICATIONS OF PERSON SPECIFIC FUNDING INSTRUMENTS ON SPECIFIED CELEBRATION DAYS AND METHODS FOR IMPLEMENTING AND USING SAME
Systems, apparatuses, interfaces, and applications and method implementing them configured to setup a parent and child information, select specific child funding instruments and select specific celebration days so that relatives and friends may contribute funds to the selected child funding instruments on one or more of the selected celebration days.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR REMOTELY GENERATING, AUTHENTICATING, AND VALIDATING DUAL VALIDATION DATA OBJECTS
Various embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a dual validation authentication system that is configured to more efficiently manage the processing of dual validation data objects. In particular, in some embodiments, the dual validation authentication system is configured to authorize loss authentication data objects received from client devices. In other embodiments, the dual validation authentication system is configured to provide secondary validation of dual validation data objects and generate dual validation work objects to initiate an electronic fund disbursement.
DIGITAL ASSET PAYMENT NETWORK PAYMENT MODES
A user computing device of a digital asset payment network includes a display, one or more scanning devices, memory, and a digital asset management unit coupled to the display and the memory. The digital asset management unit includes: a digital wallet, and a scanning interface, where one or more of the digital wallet and the scanning interface are operable to connect to a user digital asset payment interface. The user digital asset payment interface is associated with a digital asset payment computing entity of the digital asset payment network, where the digital asset payment computing entity facilitates a real-time digital asset-based payment from the user computing device paying with a digital asset to a merchant computing entity accepting a desired digital asset. The user digital asset payment interface includes: a scannable code module operable to: interact with a scannable code generated by the digital asset payment computing entity, where the scannable code is representative of digital asset-based payment authorization information.
SHOW TO PAY PAYMENT MODE OF A DIGITAL ASSET PAYMENT NETWORK
A method includes initiating, by a user computing device, a digital asset-based payment to a merchant computing entity and sending, by the user computing device, user computing device real-time payment information to a digital asset payment computing entity. The method further includes locking, by the digital asset payment computing entity, an amount of network digital assets, generating a user authorization scannable code, and sending the user authorization scannable code to the user computing device. The method further includes providing, by the user computing device, the user authorization scannable code to the merchant computing entity. When the merchant computing entity scans the user authorization scannable code, the method further includes sending, by the merchant computing entity, merchant computing entity real-time payment information to the digital asset payment computing entity, and providing, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a confirmation to the merchant computing entity.
SCAN TO PAY PAYMENT MODE OF A DIGITAL ASSET PAYMENT NETWORK
A method includes initiating, by a merchant computing entity, a digital asset-based payment from a user computing device and sending merchant real-time payment information to a digital asset payment computing entity. The method further includes generating, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a scannable charge code and sending the scannable charge code to the merchant computing entity. The method further includes providing, by the merchant computing entity, the scannable charge code to the user computing device. When the scannable charge code is scanned by the user computing device, the method further includes sending, by the user computing device, user computing device real-time payment information to the digital asset payment computing entity, locking, by the digital asset payment computing entity, an amount of network digital assets, and providing, by the digital asset payment computing entity, a confirmation to the merchant computing entity.
FRAUD PREVENTION SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SELECTIVELY GENERATING VIRTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBERS
Disclosed embodiments may include a method that includes receiving first identifying information associated with a first user from a computing device; determining a score based on the first identifying information; determining whether the score is less than a threshold; pseudo-randomly generate and transmit a one-time use number to the computing device when the score is less than the threshold. When the score is greater than or equal to the threshold, the method may include transmitting, to the computing device, second instructions prompting the first user to provide second identifying information. Responsive to receiving the second identifying information of the first user, the method may include determining that the second identifying information matches stored second identifying information. Responsive to the second identifying information matching stored second identifying information, the method may include pseudo-randomly generate and transmit the one-time use number to the computing device.
SYSTEM FOR ELECTRONIC COMPLETION OF A RESOURCE TRANSFER USING A TEMPORARY RESOURCE PATCH
Embodiments of the invention are directed to a system, method, and computer program product for completion of a resource transfer using a temporary resource patch. The system receives a request for a resource transaction associated with a temporary resource patch. The system determines whether the temporary resource patch can complete the resource transaction. The system executes the transaction if the temporary resource patch can complete the resource transaction.
