VERIFICATION SYSTEMS FOR BLOCKCHAINS AND DISTRIBUTED LEDGERS
20220092587 · 2022-03-24 ·

Provided herein are exemplary systems and methods for creating a secure self-validating network of blockchain/distributed ledger participants. Some exemplary mechanisms support self-validation, mutual-validation, external-validation and privacy controls. Such mechanisms enable the deployment and continued operation of large scale blockchain and distributed ledger systems with a self-certifying security system. They create the ability for rules to be codified to control the rights, privileges and access of nodes depending on their self-certification and external-certification. Also provided is an audit trail of these certifications which can be used for liability claims, insurance, security analytics and forensics.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING PATENT TITLE INSURANCE WITH CENTRALIZED AND DISTRIBUTED DATA ARCHITECTURES

The present invention discloses a method by which a secure ledger network is deployed to provide assurance related to title of IP assets. Specifically, the invention seeks to improve the risk associated with IP based transactions and reduce the time related to researching color of title related to the same.

Systems and Methods to Optimize and Reconcile Data Transactions
20220101322 · 2022-03-31 ·

Systems and methods for retrieving data transactions with a transactional data reconciliation device. The device may be triggered to retrieve the data transactions from data files associated with various carriers and financial institutions and available for processing. The data transactions may be associated with any commission, carrier, and banking data transactions. The retrieved data transactions may be used to generate transactional data files particular to the respective carriers and financial institutions. The generated files may be utilized to reconcile received carrier commissions against expected carrier commissions and reconcile such commissions against deposited transactions from the financial institutions. Furthermore, the generated files may be utilized to reconcile any carrier data transactions against any transactions from stored records of the carriers. Finally, the generated files may also be utilized to reconcile any deposited amounts retrieved from the banking data transactions against any commission amounts retrieved from the commission data transactions.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND DEVICES FOR ASSIGNING A TRANSACTION RISK SCORE

Systems, methods, and devices for assigning a transaction risk score are disclosed. According to one embodiment, a method for generating a transaction risk score may include: (1) receiving, by a transaction scoring service computer program and from an electronic device, a merchant URL that is being accessed by an application or a browser executed on the electronic device; (2) retrieving, by the transaction scoring service computer program, a plurality of transactions involving the merchant URL; (3) generating, by the transaction scoring service computer program, a risk score for the merchant URL based on the plurality of transactions; (4) generating, by the transaction scoring service computer program, a warning in response to the risk score exceeding a predetermined threshold; and (5) communicating, by the transaction scoring service computer program, the warning to the application or the browser.

System and Method for Enhanced Transaction Authorization
20220101323 · 2022-03-31 ·

The present invention relates to system and method for authorizing a transaction using user data collected from third-party websites/applications/sources, such as social media networks. In operation, collected user data may be compared to a financial data or user data collected during a transaction to identify potential fraud and/or other discrepancies, confirming the identity of the user with a greater degree of accuracy and/or imposing purchase parameters.

RESOURCE CONFIGURATION METHODS, APPARATUSES, AND SYSTEMS

Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and media for automatically transferring resources in response to detecting a transfer-out. One of the methods comprises automatically generating a first request for acquiring a resource for a first resource space of a target application in response to detecting that a transfer-out from the first resource space has occurred, wherein the first resource space stores resources to be used by the target application; sending the first request to a managing device of the target application; receiving an allocation instruction from the managing device, wherein the allocation instruction is based on the first request, and wherein the allocation instruction comprises a first target resource; and transferring the first target resource to the first resource space of the target application according to the allocation instruction.

User interface for payments

The present disclosure relates to making payments with a mobile device. In one example process, the mobile device receives and stores information for one or more payment accounts on the mobile device. The mobile device is used to make payments using the payment accounts. In some examples, authorization to proceed with a payment is performed before each purchase made by the user. The authorization process can include receiving a verification of the user, such as a fingerprint scan or passcode. In some examples, a payment account is selected from among available payment accounts. In some examples, an indication is displayed of a digital item associated with a purchased item. In some examples, a payment transaction is initiated with participants of an ongoing communication. In some examples, an application of a retailer is invoked based on the availability of the application. In some examples, a purchase recommendation is provided.

Blockchain based account funding and distribution

The present methods and systems relate to using and accessing data stored in a blockchain, and in particular, interacting with the blockchain and users via smart contracts to handle account funding and distribution methods. The methods and systems include receiving a transaction from a participant, and verifying the transaction, such as by accessing a smart contract stored on the blockchain and checking a set of parameters against a set of conditions stored in the smart contract. Depending on whether the set of parameters satisfy the conditions, the results may be communicated to participants about the success or failure of the transaction.

There is disclosed a PIN entry device (PED) for electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) transactions. In addition to the usual PED functionality, the PED disclosed herein allows feedback from a user to be obtained in response to a question. The PED comprises an alphanumeric display for displaying text to a user, a numeric keypad and one or more function keys. The PED is configured to operate to display text to the user on the alphanumeric display to prompt a response from the user. The displayed text corresponds to approved text and unapproved text. The PED is configured to accept responses entered on the numeric keypad or one or more function keys in response to approved text, and to accept only a single key press response when prompted by a display of unapproved text. A corresponding method is also disclosed.

Systems and methods for executing ecommerce guest checkout transactions

Systems and methods are disclosed for executing an electronic transaction using a digital wallet. One method includes receiving a guest checkout request and electronic transaction data from an electronic transaction browser. Whether a user is enrolled in the digital wallet system may be determined by the digital wallet system. The digital wallet system may authorize an electronic transaction based on the electronic transaction data upon determining the user is not enrolled in the digital wallet system.
