SYSTEM, METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIA RELATED TO TRANSACTIONS USING A MOBILE DEVICE
A system comprising one or more processors and one or more non-transitory computer-readable media storing computing instructions that, when executed on the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform: wirelessly transmitting a signal to a user device; storing, in a database, a user account associated with a user, the user account comprising a method of payment and a first authorization code; receiving a user device identification code from the user device in response to the user device receiving the signal; transmitting the user device identification code and the retail environment code to process sales; associating the user device with the retail environment in response to receiving the user device identification code and the retail environment code; receiving an order from the user device; and authorizing payment for the order utilizing a method of payment stored in the user account. Other embodiments are disclosed.
REGISTRATION DEVICE, METHOD CARRIED OUT BY REGISTRATION DEVICE, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
A registration device includes a shelf including a sensor and on which a commodity is placed, a camera configured to capture an image of a first area and a second area outside the first area, and a processor configured to start tracking of a customer who has entered the second area from outside based on the image captured by the camera, determine whether the commodity is taken from the shelf based on changes in weight measured by the sensor, upon determining that the commodity has been taken, determine whether the tracked customer performs a particular action within the first area, upon determining that the tracked customer has performed the particular action, determine whether the customer has entered the second area, and upon determining that the customer has entered the second area, register the taken commodity as a commodity being purchased by the customer.
Platform for Management of User Data
A system, method, device, and platform for managing data. Data associated with a user is automatically retrieved from one of a number of sources. The data is automatically confirmed as applicable to a user. The data is added to a data set associated with the user. A determination is made whether the data set is complete after adding the data to the data set. One or more tokens are created based on the data set of the user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TRANSACTION SCORING USING DELIVERY RECEIPT HISTORY
Embodiments of the disclosure enable one or more financial transactions to be processed based on a transaction score generated based at least in part on a delivery receipt history. A financial transaction processing computing device receives a request for authorization for a present financial transaction associated with a cardholder account, identifies a reference delivery receipt corresponding to a prior financial transaction associated with the cardholder account, analyzes the reference delivery receipt to generate a confidence metric indicative of a confidence in a legitimacy of the prior financial transaction, and generates a transaction score for the present financial transaction that is indicative of an expected risk associated with approving the request for authorization. Aspects of the disclosure provide for authorizing one or more financial transactions based on an authentication of a recipient associated with a prior financial transaction.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR IDENTITY VERIFICATION AT SELF-SERVICE MACHINES
Methods and systems are presented for verifying the identity, or aspects of the identity, of a consumer at a self-service machine, such as a vending machine. The consumer provides the vending machine with a mobile device identifier with which the consumer is associated in order for the verification process to take place. The self-service machine communicates with an aggregator system, which, in turn, communicates with a carrier system. The aggregator system determines whether the mobile device associated with the mobile device identifier is in possession of the consumer, whether the consumer is the actual person associated with the mobile device, and whether the mobile device is within a proximate vicinity of the self-service machine.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTHENTICATING A TRANSACTION
Provided are a system and method for authenticating a transaction. The authentication method may be performed by a user computing device, and may include providing, to a merchant device, account information for payment of a transaction, receiving, from the merchant device, a request to authenticate the transaction using payment software of the user device, and executing the payment software in a virtual environment. The executed payment software may authenticate, with an external server, that the account is paired with the payment software of the user device, and transmit a result of the authenticating to a payment network.
Booking method and system
The invention relates to a method and system for booking reservations in a booking system and synchronizing bookings among several booking systems. The system comprises at least one booking system; at least one service provider; a mediator service; a client, and at least one client terminal device that can be a mobile device and that includes a dialogue. The client uses the dialogue to enter information into the system and the mediator receives inquiries and answers from the at least one booking system, the at least one service provider, and the at least one client. The mediator transfers and adapts information between them. The method and system are particularly suited for use with mobile phone users by Small Message Service messages.
CHECKOUT-PAYMENT DEVICE AND CHECKOUT-PAYMENT SYSTEM
A checkout-payment device includes a controller configured to recognize items to be purchased by a user from an image captured by a camera, make checkout and payment for the recognized items, and perform face recognition to identify the user based on an image of the user’s face captured by a second camera, wherein, upon recognition of an age-restricted item, after identifying a user, the controller performs age verification based on information on the age of the identified user to determine whether the user is subject to the age restrictions. The device also includes a touch screen display configured to display results of operations for item recognition, checkout and payment, and face recognition.
STORE SYSTEM, INFORMATION PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
A first server (100) includes: a store-entry management unit (102) that, when acquiring first individual determination information about a customer who enters a store, generates second individual determination information for a second system separated from a first system for managing customer information, and stores the acquired first individual determination information and the generated second individual determination information in association with each other in a storage unit; a transmission unit (104) that transmits the second individual determination information to the second system; an acquisition unit (106) that acquires, from the second system, the second individual determination information and purchase product information being information about a product to be purchased by the customer; and an output unit (108) that determines the first individual determination information associated with the acquired second individual determination information, and outputs the first individual determination information and the purchase product information to a payment unit.
Linking Channel-Specific Systems with a User Authentication Hub to Provide Omni-Channel User Authentication
Aspects of the disclosure relate to linking channel-specific systems with a user authentication hub. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive, from a mobile device, an authentication request for a user account and may generate one or more authentication prompts. Subsequently, the computing platform may provide the one or more authentication prompts and may validate responses to the authentication prompts. Based on validating the responses to the authentication prompts, the computing platform may generate one or more security questions based on historical information associated with the user account. Subsequently, the computing platform may provide the one or more security questions and may validate one or more responses to the one or more security questions. Based on validating the one or more responses to the one or more security questions, the computing platform may provide user account information associated with the user account to the mobile device.
