TRANSACTION TOKEN ISSUING AUTHORITIES
Systems, methods, apparatus, processes, computer program code and means for conducting transactions are described which allow a first party to a transaction to identify a second party to a transaction.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE FOR PROVIDING ELECTRONIC PAYMENT FUNCTION AND METHOD FOR OPERATING THE ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device for providing electronic payment function and a method for operating the electronic device are provided. The method includes executing a payment application for electronic payment, authenticating a user in the executed payment application, and transmitting a payment signal including payment information corresponding to a user input and signature image data corresponding to the user input.
Method and system for defining consumer interactions for initiating execution of commands
Embodiments provide a computer-executed method, a computer system and computer program product for initiating a command. The method includes causing a consumer input definition interface to be displayed on a visual display of a computing device associated with a consumer, wherein the consumer input definition interface includes an indication of a command. The method also includes, while the consumer input definition interface is displayed, receiving input definition data defining a consumer interaction by the consumer. The method also includes generating a compound consumer input based on the input definition data, and associating the compound consumer input with the command and the consumer. The method further includes storing the association between the compound consumer input and the command on a non-transitory storage device so that receipt of the compound consumer input from the consumer automatically initiates the command.
System and method for identity verification across mobile applications
Embodiments are directed to methods, apparatuses, computer readable media and systems for authenticating a user on a user device across multiple mobile applications. The identity of the user is validated by encoding and subsequently validating cryptographically encrypted data in a shared data store accessible by the mobile applications tied to the same entity. Specifically, the application leverages the authentication process of a trusted mobile application (e.g. a banking mobile application) to authenticate the same user on a untrusted mobile application (e.g. a merchant mobile application).
Method, terminal, server and system for information registration
A method and associated terminal, server, and system for information registration, especially payment account registration processes involving payment transactions, are disclosed. By scanning tangible information carriers such as a driver license and credit cards, a client terminal such as a smart phone can generate an image that is sent to a registration server. The registration server can extract user identity information and payment account information from the image. After verifying that the user identity information is associated with a payment account, the registration server generates a registration code for the user and sends the registration code to the client terminal and a bank server. The bank server can then establish corresponding relationships between the registration code, a terminal identifier for the client terminal, and the payment account so that later payment requests from the client terminal can be processed more efficiently and securely.
Merchant-based token sharing
One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a system and associated processes for sharing cardholder data (CHD) between a merchant that utilizes tokenization and a second merchant that may or may not utilize tokenization. In one embodiment, the merchant, or an employee of the merchant, can use the system and associated processes to reacquire CHD from a tokenization provider system. In one embodiment, the merchant identifies to the tokenization provider system a desire to share CHD, which is associated with a token, with a second merchant. The merchant and/or the tokenization provider system can then invite the second merchant to register with the tokenization provider system. Once registered with the tokenization provider system, the second merchant can access any CHD that the merchant associated with the second merchant.
Offline payment method and device
The present application provides techniques for offline payments. The method includes: receiving an offline payment request for an offline payment through a target payment application, the offline payment being made by a user registered with the target payment application; receiving an identity authentication identifier (ID) of the user; determining that the identity authentication ID of the user matches a stored identity authentication ID previously stored for the user on the computing device; in response to determining that the identity authentication ID matches the stored identity authentication ID, receiving an offline payment certificate issued by the target payment application to the user and stored on the computing device; and providing the offline payment certificate to an offline payment service party of the target payment application, the offline payment service party configured to authorize the offline payment based on the offline payment certificate.
System and method for executing financial transactions
A system for implementing at least one cryptocurrency transaction at a point-of-sale by using a mobile terminal is provided. The system is operable to provide authentication for implementing the one or more cryptocurrency transactions, wherein the system is operable to send at least one authentication request for the at least one cryptocurrency transaction from a payment terminal to a payment service hosted via one or more virtual computing machines, wherein the payment service is operable to provide a request for a PIN code at the mobile terminal; to send the PIN code from the mobile terminal via a secure channel to open a vault in the one or more virtual machines, wherein the vault contains one or more private keys (PKI) which are useable for authenticating the at least one cryptocurrency transaction; and to confirm execution of the at least one cryptocurrency transaction to at least the payment terminal.
Method and system for blockchain-based gemstone ownership, identity, custody, supply-chain transfer, trading, and secure payments
A method of issuing blockchain-based digital certificates associated with a gemstone comprising receiving from a user a plurality of gemstone records, each record of the plurality of gemstone records comprising a characteristic indicator associated with a gemstone, receiving from the user meta-information related to the plurality of gemstone records, applying a hashing function to each record of the plurality of gemstone records, generating a plurality of fingerprints, generating a hash tree from the plurality of fingerprints, the hash tree comprising a root hash, recording to a digital certificate gemstone smart contract deployed at a digital certificate gemstone smart contract address on a first blockchain network the root hash and the received meta-information, and signing the digital certificate gemstone smart contract with an issuer signature.
MULTI-FACTOR MOBILE USER AUTHENTICATION
A system and method are disclosed herein leveraging financial networks standards with mobile device data and secure processing and storage environment knowledge to authenticate a device. For instance, a party to a transaction may utilize these elements of information, not traditionally associated with wireless transactions, to achieve a lower probability of fraud and/or a higher confidence associated with the transaction.
