Model Management System for Developing Machine Learning Models
Provided is a method for developing a geographic agnostic machine learning model. The method may include selecting transaction data associated with payment transactions conducted by a first plurality of users, wherein the transaction data includes first transaction data associated with payment transactions conducted by a first plurality of users in a first geographic area and second transaction data associated with payment transactions conducted by a second plurality of users in a second geographic area, formatting the first transaction data associated with payment transactions conducted by the first plurality of users in the first geographic area and the second transaction data associated with payment transactions conducted by the second plurality of users in the second geographic area to provide training data, and generating the geographic agnostic machine learning model using the training data. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.
Non-intrusive geo-location determination associated with transaction authorization
Embodiments of the invention are directed to systems, methods, and computer program products for non-intrusive geo-location determination associated with transaction authorization. The invention enables one or more transactions initiated by a user to be authenticated and/or validated based on, at least in part, determined locations of the user relative to the locations of the one or more transactions. The user location is determined by transmitting one or more queries to a user device. The system determines the validity of the one or more transactions based on at least comparing the transaction location to the user location, before enabling further processing of the one or more transactions. The present invention is advantageous since it enables authentication/authorization of one or more transactions associated with the user by utilizing the user location, while precluding any inadvertent privacy concerns.
Systems and methods for contactless and secure data transfer
In one embodiment, a method comprises receiving a unique identifier from an item and sending a communication to an electronic device requesting that a user confirm a pending transaction, receiving input from the electronic device associated, and sending the received input to an authentication system for completing a transaction. In another embodiment, a system comprises a sensor, an authentication system, and a transaction processing system. The sensor is configured to emit energy and receive at least one first identifier, send at least one communication to an electronic device requesting a second identifier, receive at least one second identifier, and send the at least one first identifier and the at least one second identifier to the authentication system. The authentication system is configured to receive the at least one first and second identifiers from the sensor, to choose, based on the at least one first identifier and the at least one second identifier, a transaction processing system, and send the at least one first and second identifiers to the chosen transaction processing system.
Network of trust
A user device may detect at least one external device in communication range of the device, receive at least one external device identifier from the at least one external device, generate a transaction request comprising data describing a transaction to be processed and the at least one external device identifier, and send the transaction request to a transaction service for fulfillment. The transaction service may receive the transaction request, analyze the at least one external device identifier to identify at least one security factor associated with the at least one external device identifier, adjust a security score for the transaction based on the at least one security factor, and determine whether to process the transaction based on the adjusted security score.
PROXIMITY DETECTION, VIRTUAL DETECTION, OR LOCATION BASED TRIGGERING OF THE EXCHANGE OF VALUE AND INFORMATION
A system, methods, and apparatuses are provided for valuation and exchange of stored value assets, information of value, and the transfer of value to or among individuals. The exchanged assets may be of a similar nature, e.g., music files exchanged for other music files, and exchange or trade of information such as rewards value or a restaurant coupon. The exchanged assets may also be other dissimilar assets exchanged between individuals and/or entities. The exchange may be initiated in numerous ways such as after completing a review, exchanging or trading a gift card, a prepaid card, a reward card, a coupon, a ticket, a pass, and/or the like when in proximity to a specific location or a location of some type or category, and/or exchanging or trading of other assets between individuals based on one or more constraints such as time, location, need, desire for the assets, and/or proximity.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR FRAUD PREVENTION VIA BLOCKCHAIN
A method for determining fraud for a transaction via blockchain includes: receiving blockchain data for a blockchain including a plurality of blocks, each block being comprised of a block header and data values, each data value corresponding to a declined payment transaction and including an account identifier, timestamp, and point of sale identifier; receiving payment credentials associated with a transaction account, the payment credentials including an account number; identifying one or more data values where the account identifier is the account number; determining a decline of a payment transaction involving the transaction account based on transaction data for the payment transaction and data included in the one or more data values; and transmitting a timestamp, the account number, and a device identifier to a node associated with the blockchain.
Ordering content by mobile phone to be played on consumer devices
A system, device and method are provided to purchase, download and obtain transferable rights to play content using a mobile telephone. In an alternative embodiment, the mobile telephone is used to purchase content, which then is downloaded using other channels, e.g., a broadband using other consumer devices and played by these other devices.
Systems and methods for payment management for supporting mobile payments
Systems and methods for managing mobile payments is provided. An account issuer provides an application that is loaded onto a mobile device, which enables a consumer to pay for transactions. The mobile payment application generates a unique code. The code is read by the point of sale terminal, which is then provided to the payment management system. The payment management system contracts the account issuer and authenticates the code, thereby receiving a primary account number. Account number and transaction information is used to authorize the transaction via payment systems. The payment system accepts or declines the transaction in a response. Tokens may be generated for the account number, and value added services may be generated based upon user behaviors.
SHARED AUTHENTICATION FOR LIMITED USE OF AN ASSOCIATED ACCOUNT BASED ON USER LOCATION AND CONNECTED DEVICES
There are provided systems and methods for shared authentication for limited use of an associated account based on user location and connected devices. A user may own a location where another user may visit or rent. The user may have a payment account that may be used with merchants to purchase items that are associated with the location or offered with use of the location. The user may set up the payment account to have a shared authentication mechanism with other users that utilize the location to allow the other users to pay for items using the payment account. The authentication mechanism may be a credential that may be pushed to a device of one or more of the other users when the other users are at or nearby the location or may be information of the other users that may be matched during transaction processing.
AUTOMATICALLY DISPLAYING PAYMENT PAGES BASED ON PROXIMITY TO A PAYMENT DEVICE
Techniques for displaying a payment page based on the proximity of a payment device to a client computing device are described. One example method includes receiving, at a client computing device, a signal when the client computing device is within a predetermined range of a source of the signal; determining, by the client computing device, that the signal is a predetermined characteristic signal sent by an electronic device of a payee; and in response to determining that the received signal is the predetermined characteristic signal, displaying, by the client computing device, a payment page configured to be read by the electronic device of the payee to perform an electronic payment.
