Legal Claim Exchange with Price Time Priority Queues
Various implementations directed to a legal claim exchange with price time priority queues are described herein. In one implementation, a method may include receiving claim attribute data from users for legal claims, a legal claim corresponding to a compensation claim by a respective user and the claim attribute data comprising data corresponding to a legal claim type for the legal claim, a monetary value for the legal claim, or combinations thereof. The method may also include receiving device data for the legal claims from the users, wherein the device data for the legal claim comprises data corresponding to locations associated with the legal claim. The method may further include generating a legal claim exchange for legal claim units based on the claim attribute data and the device data, wherein a legal claim unit corresponds to a contractual right to the legal claim available for purchase by the users.
Donation Incented Real Time Payment
A donor incentivizes a payer to make a real time payment to a payee, as facilitated by operation of one RTPS Technology, by terms set by the donor to make an auditable donation to an affinity entity designated by the payer. To incent such real time payments within a predetermined geographic location, the donor's terms may limit its donation by a derivation of navigation time between the payer and payee, and/or by date and time of the real time payment from the payer to the payee. The payer can direct the donation by the donor to one of more affinity entities within the payer's own geographic community, and/or within a community where the real time payment was physically conducted. An payer can also make a donation to the affinity entity at the time of real time payment by the payer where the donation by the payer is paid by a payer financial institution that issued a payer account of the payer. Other participants in a real time payment system facilitated by operation of the one of the RTPS Technologies may also make donations to the affinity entity in order to incent real time payments, including the payer financial institution, a payee financial institution, a sponsor who funds a stored value account from which funds are withdrawn to make the real time payment from the payer to the payee.
FACILITATING LOCATION-BASED SALES VENUE TRANSACTION PAYMENTS USING NON-LOCATION-BASED IDENTITY TARGETS
A method of processing payments in a location-based sales venue such as a restaurant. Each customer location has a physical identity target attached in proximity thereto comprising a unique system-wide identifier readable by mobile customer devices. Targets might be visually readable, using QR codes or the like, or might be a short range radio beacon broadcasting the identifier (NFC, RFID etc.)—they do not contain human-readable location indication information. The identifiers associated with the targets do not contain location- or venue-specific information, and are recorded in relation to location records corresponding to individual customer locations in the venue in a location database held on a server. On reading of a target by a customer device and a related location transmission to the server, the server can associate the transmission with its related customer location in the venue-associated POS system, facilitate a payment transaction for the amount owing at the selected customer location through a transaction gateway, and provide a transaction completion indication to the POS system. The method allows for enhanced velocity in deployment and Maintenance of location targets, and enables mobile device-based payment in venues previously not offering same. Systems and software are also disclosed.
DATA VERIFICATION IN TRANSACTIONS IN DISTRIBUTED NETWORK
Systems and methods for verifying a financial transaction based on an account number, a mobile directory number associated with the financial transaction, a mobile directory number associated with the account number, an email address associated with the account number, internet protocol address data associated with the financial transaction, and internet protocol address data associated with accesses of the email address.
APPENDING LOCAL CONTEXTUAL INFORMATION TO A RECORD OF A REMOTELY GENERATED RECORD LOG
In some implementations, a device may receive, via an application, a record log associated with an account that is registered to the device. The device may determine that a user interface of the application is presenting the record log on a display of the device. The device may obtain record metadata that identifies a characteristic of a record of the record log. The device may analyze a local data structure of the device to identify image data associated with an event involving the record. The device may determine that the record is associated with the event based on the characteristic and image metadata associated with the image data, wherein the image metadata is stored in the local data structure in association with the image data. The device may cause the user interface to present, in association with the record, an image associated with the image data on the display.

Various embodiments of the present disclosure are generally directed to processing conversions of digital assets to fiat currency. An example method includes obtaining a conversion rate for a digital asset via an API, providing the conversion rate via a client device, receiving a digital asset conversion request and executing a digital asset conversion within a configurable time period. Executing the digital asset conversion includes causing digital asset units to be debited from the digital asset user account and causing fiat currency units to be credited to a fiat currency user account. The method further includes dynamically providing a notification of execution of the digital asset conversion via the client device, updating account balance data objects associated with the digital asset user account and the fiat currency user account, and subsequent to executing the digital asset conversion, executing a fiat currency transaction (e.g., a settlement) with a digital asset exchange system.
IMMUTABLE LEDGER DIGITAL PHYSICAL ASSET AUDIT PLATFORM
This computerized system can include a computer system in communication with an immutable storage; a first data capture device and a second data capture device can be in communications with the computer system; a set of computer readable instructions can be included in the computer system configured for receiving a first event record including a first location, a first time and a first set of metadata wherein the first set of metadata includes an original digital representation captured by the first data capture device of the physical object, receiving a subsequent event record from the second data capture device and, determining if the original digital representation is equivalent to the subsequent digital representation thereby providing for verification that the same physical object transitioned from an originating event to a subsequent event.
Methods and system for real-time fraud decisioning based upon user-defined valid activity location data
A computer-implemented method for real-time fraudulent activity verification, comprising: displaying, on a user device, a first notification which prompts entry of a user-selected geographic area, the user-selected geographic area defining a valid region for processing of transactions associated with a user; receiving, by the user device, user-defined geographic data, the user-defined geographic data specifying at least one user-selected geographic area and defining the valid region for processing of transactions; transmitting, by the user device, the user-defined geographic data along with user data, the user data identifying the user device or the user; receiving, the user device, a second notification, the second notification being an authentication request message received in response to a proposed transaction associated with a user identifier related to the user; displaying, by the user device, the second notification; receiving, by the user device, user-provided authentication data; and transmitting, by the user device, the user-provided authentication data.
Service data processing method, apparatus, and electronic device
One or more computing devices obtains service data of a user payment service. The one or more computing devices determines whether the service data of the user payment service falls within a service indicator range. In response to determining that the service data does not fall within the service indicator range, the one or more computing devices obtains location information of a target customer corresponding to the service data. The one or more computing devices obtains one or more local events corresponding to the location information. The one or more computing devices determines, based on the one or more local events, whether to output an alarm for the service data. In response to determining to output the alarm for the service data, the one or more computing devices outputs the alarm for the service data.
Patron service method utilizing near-field communication tag identifiers
A near-field communication (“NFC”) tag identifier (ID) associated with an establishment obtain by scanning an NFC tag at a location in the establishment using a wireless device of a patron is received. Login credentials associated with the patron and the wireless device are received. A location of the patron in the establishment is determined from the login credentials associated with the patron and the wireless device, and from the NFC tag ID. An available service of the establishment is communicated to the wireless device of the patron based on the login credentials associated with the patron and the wireless device, and from the NFC tag ID. The identified location is associated with exact order items so the service staff is able to keep track of an order made by the patron.
