ELECTRONIC DEVICE, SERVER, AND DIGITAL CONTENT PURCHASE METHOD
An electronic apparatus purchasing digital content separately from use or consumption is disclosed. The electronic apparatus includes a display, a communication interface configured to communicate with a server, a user input interface configured to receive a user input, and a processor configured to: based on a user input requesting a purchase of the digital content via a logged-in first user account, receive information on purchasable digital content from the server; control the display to, based on the received information on the purchasable digital content, display a user interface (UI) indicating the information on the purchasable digital content and information on an external apparatus and a second user account of the external apparatus, which are capable of using the digital content, and based on the user input using the UI, transmit information on a digital content selected to be purchased and information on selected external apparatus and second user account to the server.
DETERMINATION OF GEOGRAPHIC COORDINATES USING MACHINE LEARNING TECHNIQUES
Techniques are disclosed relating to machine learning techniques for determining geographic coordinates for an address. In some embodiments, a computer system may access address information for an address that includes one or more address elements. Based on this address information, the computer system, in some embodiments, may use a machine learning model to geographic coordinates for the address. For example, a tokenization layer of the machine learning model may generate token values based on the address elements in the address, and an embedding layer of the model may create corresponding word-embedding values based on these token values. Based on the word-embedding values, an encoder layer may generate comparative vectors that may then be decoded by a decoder layer into first and second decoded values. The first and second decoded values may then be converted into geographic coordinates for the address by an output layer of the machine learning model.
SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PAYMENTS ON AN IN-VEHICLE COMPUTER SYSTEMS
A computer-implemented method for utilizing vehicle connectivity to facilitate payment account transactions, the method comprising one or more wireless transceivers in communication with a remote server and mobile device, a processor in communication with the wireless transceiver and transceiver, wherein the processor is programmed to identify a transaction option utilizing data sent to the vehicle computer system, wherein the data is associated with a point of interest (POI), in response to identifying the transaction option, outputting a prompt on a vehicle display, the prompt including the transaction option, and sending information regarding the transaction option to the remote server.
Cryptocurrency Commerce User Interface Systems
A method of effecting a purchase order includes accessing from one or more memory devices computer-readable instructions, wherein the computer-readable instructions are executable by one or more processors of a computing device to detect a purchase trigger event. The method also includes recalling a delivery address specification in response to the detecting of the purchase trigger event, forming a cryptocurrency transaction, the cryptocurrency transaction incorporating the recalled delivery address specification therein, and transmitting the cryptocurrency transaction into a peer to peer cryptocurrency network.
BLOCKCHAIN ARCHITECTURE, SYSTEM, METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FACILITATING SECURE MEDICAL TESTING, DATA COLLECTION AND CONTROLLED DISTRIBUTION USING A DECENTRALIZED HEALTH INFORMATION PLATFORM AND TOKEN ECOSYSTEM
A distributed transaction and data storage platform including a distributed notary ledger or blockchain and one or more individual user micro-identifier chains that together enable the secure effectuation and recordation of one or more transactions, and/or storage of data in an automated, real-time, zero-trust, globally data law and privacy law centric manner while maintaining transaction party confidentiality and preventing chain poisoning.
Authenticated transfer of an article using verification tokens
Aspects of the invention provide a system and method for effecting a transfer of goods in a transaction. Mobile communication devices held by parties to a transaction deliver geographic location information to a server, which coordinates data, including verification token data broadcast by one of said devices, so as to authenticate the identities of the parties to the transfer once the parties or devices are within a specified short-range to conduct said transfer.
Using Augmented Reality Data as Part of a Fraud Detection Process
A fraud detection system may identify a suspected fraudulent transaction based on one or more criteria. The transaction may be associated with a user. Based on identifying a suspected fraudulent transaction, the fraud detection system may receive augmented reality data from an augmented reality device of the user. The fraud detection system may determine, based on the augmented reality data, whether the transaction is fraudulent, and may take an action based on the determination.
SECURITY DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR DYNAMIC TRANSACTION CARDS
A dynamic transaction card including: one or more light emitting elements; a transceiver; and an embedded microprocessor configured to: receive, from a transaction terminal, a location information corresponding to a current location of the transaction terminal; wirelessly transmit, via the transceiver and to a mobile device, the location information; receive an indication that a location-specific security concern exists; and in response to receiving the indication, control the one or more light emitting elements to display a visual indication corresponding to the location-specific security concern.
RECOMMENDATION ENGINE FOR BILL SPLITTING
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for providing recommendations for splitting bills. The approaches disclosed include the ability to obtain information about a bill to be split (such as a photo of the bill), and then use several machine learning models to determine the ‘who,’ ‘what,’ and ‘where’ of the underlying transaction. In particular, machine learning models described herein are used to perform facial recognition of a ‘selfie’ taken when a transaction was made against social media accounts to determine participants of the transaction. The machine learning models may also identify expected pricing from data about a merchant associated with the transaction, and expected amounts for each participant based on the expected pricing.
RAPID APPROVAL OF BLOCKCHAIN-BASED TRANSACTIONS
The present disclosure involves systems, software, and computer implemented methods for providing rapid approval of blockchain-based transactions. This includes approval of transactions prior to the transaction being written to the blockchain. A transaction system can register with a transaction manager, such as a cloud-based or cloud transaction manager, which can maintain a queue of pending transactions and provide approval for transactions in real-time or near real-time, while later verifying the pending transactions are written into the blockchain as expected. This allows the transaction system to securely confirm the transaction is approved prior to the transaction being written in the blockchain, based on a real-time or near real-time analysis of each customer's corresponding account and transactions.
