A video kiosk inmate assistance system is disclosed herein. A kiosk management server receives, from an inmate agent device, a login request to a presence based service. Further, the kiosk management server authenticates the client device based on client credentials and sets a presence status of a client to available. In addition, the kiosk management server determines client information corresponding to the client, and transmits the client information to a kiosk device located in a booking facility based on the presence status. Additionally, the kiosk management server receives a selection of the client from the kiosk device, and initializes an out of band communication channel between the client device and the kiosk device.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REMOTE ATM ACCESS

A system includes a location identifier device and a computer system. The location identifier is configured to transmit an identifier to a user device when the user device is within a predetermined range of an area and receive location information from the user device associated with a user. The computer system is configured to receive the location information from the user device within the area via the location identifier device and receive a request for an ATM transaction from the user device. The request includes attribute information associated with the user. The computer system is configured to receive attribute information associated with the user comprising an indication of a license plate within the area and identify, based on a determination that the attribute information at least partially matches the attribute information from the request, the user associated with the request. The computer system is configured to transmit, based on the user device being within the area and the identification of the user, a transaction code to the user device.

An Electronic Device, Method and Computer Program Product for Instructing Performance of a Transaction which has been Requested at an Automated Teller Machine

An electronic device comprising circuitry configured to: receive a transaction request, requesting a transaction, in response to a user initiating a transaction at an automated teller machine. The transaction request conforming to a transaction request protocol and including at least a first field for the value of the transaction and a second field for identification of an account for which the transaction is requested. The circuitry retrieves from storage an electronic device identifier associated with the account for which the transaction is requested. It determines whether authentication of the user should be requested based at least on a property of the requested transaction. The circuitry transmits a request for authentication of the user to the electronic device identified by the electronic device identifier; and transmit a transaction instruction to the automated teller machine based on a condition of a response to the request for authentication of the user.

Transaction-enabled systems and methods for predicting a forward market price utilizing external data sources and resource utilization requirements

Transaction-enabling systems and methods are disclosed. A system may include a controller to interpret a resource utilization requirement for a task system and a plurality of external data sources. The system may further include an expert system to predict a forward market price for a resource in response to the resource utilization requirement and the plurality of external data sources. Then, in response to the predicted forward market price, the controller may execute a transaction on a resource market.

Systems and methods for improving resource utilization for a fleet of machines

Transaction-enabling systems and methods are disclosed. A system may include a fleet of machines each having a task resource requirement. A controller may include a resource requirement circuit to determine an amount of a resource required for each of the machines to service the task and a resource distribution circuit structured to adaptively improve a utilization of the resource for each of the fleet of machines.

Merchant location based display for a projectable transaction card

A device may determine information that identifies a location of a projectable transaction card that is capable of being used to conduct a transaction associated with a merchant. The device may determine that the location of the projectable transaction card matches a location associated with the merchant. The device may identify a virtual transaction number that is unique to the merchant, previously associated with the merchant, unique to an account associated with the projectable transaction card, and to be used in conducting the transaction. The device may provide the virtual transaction number for display on a display screen of the projectable transaction card. The virtual transaction number may not be displayed on the display screen of the projectable transaction card prior to a determination that the location of the projectable transaction card matches the location associated with the merchant.

Systems and methods for remote ATM access

A system includes a location identifier device configured to receive location information from a user device; a surveillance device configured to capture video surveillance; and a computer system. The computer system is configured to: receive the location information; receive a request for an ATM transaction that includes attribute information associated with the user; obtain, from the received video surveillance, captured attribute information associated with the user; determine that the captured attribute information at least partially matches the received attribute information; transmit a transaction code to the user device based on (i) the location information from the user device being within the area, (ii) the captured attribute information at least partially matching the attribute information, and (iii) the identification of the user associated with the request; and facilitate the ATM transaction based at least partially on the received transaction code.

System and method for authenticating a location of a payment acceptance device

A system and method for authenticating a location of a payment acceptance device is provided. The method comprises receiving a transaction request comprising merchant data, the merchant data identifying the payment acceptance device and location information identifying a location at which the transaction request is initiated; retrieving, from a database, a payment acceptance device identifier based on the merchant data, the payment acceptance device identifier identifying a location at which the payment acceptance device is registered; authenticating the location of the payment acceptance device by comparing the location information and the location identified by the payment acceptance device identifier.

Stage-specific pipeline view using prediction engine

Techniques for displaying a stage-specific pipeline view with a prediction engine are disclosed. A system displays a plurality of regions representing various stages of completion for a plurality of transactions. The system determines a stage of completion for each of the plurality of transactions at a first point-in-time, and generates and displays visualizations representing each of the plurality of transactions in one of the plurality of regions based on the respective current stage of completion. Generating a visualization representing a first transaction includes determining a likelihood of the first transaction completing a stage associated with the first transaction. The likelihood may be determined by selecting attributes associated with the first transaction and identifying prior transactions with similar attributes. The system may compute the likelihood of the first transaction completing the stage based on completion rates associated with the prior transactions, and select the visualization based on the computed likelihood.
