System and method for observability, dashboard, alerting and pro-active action mechanism
A system and method for observability, dashboard, alerting and pro-active action framework for card authorizations application are disclosed. A receiver receives a payment authorization request message having a predefined first format via a communication protocol TCPIP socket including an application process called socket manager corresponding to a card transaction. A processor operatively connected to the processor via a communication network collects application data from the message in connection with the card transaction; aggregates and stores the application data onto a dynamically allocated shared memory; reads the aggregated application data from the shared memory; stores the application data in an individual transient data queue attached to the socket manager; converts, in response to reading, the predefined first format of the payment authorization request message to a predefined second format suitable for publishing onto a desired messaging platform; and publishes the converted message onto the desired messaging platform.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR VERIFYING DIGITAL PAYMENTS
Embodiments of the disclosure provide systems and methods for verifying digital payments for a payment platform. The system includes a communication interface configured to receive service data associated with a transaction from a terminal device associated with a user of the payment platform. The system further includes at least one processor configured to automatically determine whether an authentication is waived for the transaction based on the received service data and a blacklist generated using a machine learning model. The blacklist includes a list of suspicious users and transaction behaviors. The at least one processor further configured to approve the transaction without requesting user authentication information from the terminal device when the authentication is waived. The at least one processor also configured to request the user authentication information from the terminal device and validate the user authentication information when the authentication is not waived.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPLEMENTING INTEGRATED FINANCIAL SERVICES FUNCTIONALITY IN A CASINO ENVIRONMENT
A system for implementing integrated financial services functionality in a casino environment may comprise a channel that integrates with casino devices and systems. The financial services system may comprise or implement an exchange relative to the casino environment and one or more external banking networks. Each patron may have a personal exchange which represents funds associated with account at an external bank. The system permits a patron to associate funds with their exchange and to utilize funds associated with their exchange at touch-points throughout a casino (including both gaming and retail locations), such as for funding wagering activities or paying for goods and/or services on the retail side. The financial services system may be accessed by a patron in various manners, including by an application running on the patron's computing or mobile device, via kiosks or other service devices, via a casino cage or cashier, or via other touch-points.
Voice Analysis Platform for Voiceprint Tracking and Anomaly Detection
Aspects of the disclosure relate to voiceprint tracking and anomaly detection. A computing platform may detect voice information from a call management system. The computing platform may establish voiceprints for employees and clients of an enterprise. The computing platform may detect a call between an employee and a caller attempting to access a client account. The computing platform may identify a first voiceprint corresponding to the employee and a second voiceprint corresponding to the caller. The computing platform may compare the second voiceprint to a known voiceprint corresponding to the client. Based on the comparison of the second voiceprint to the known voiceprint, the computing platform may determine that the second voiceprint does not match the known voiceprint. The computing platform may identify that the second voiceprint corresponds to another employee of the enterprise, and may send a security notification indicating potential unauthorized account access to an enterprise computing device.
Digital passport with verified data provenance
Systems and methods for accurately and securely assembling, storing, and leveraging travel data are provided. A method may include detecting a travel event of a user. The method may include recording the travel event in a travel map that is stored in a database. The travel map may be a temporal- and spatial-based record of one or more travel events of the user. The travel map may be stored as a blockchain ledger. The method may include tokenizing sensitive information associated with the user in the database, and calculating a hazard vector. The method may include updating, based at least in part on the hazard vector, a status index associated with the user, and providing the user and a system administrator access to the travel map and the status index. Access may be provided via an online portal configured to be viewed via an application running on a mobile device.
System and method for transactional data acquisition, aggregation, processing, and dissemination in coordination with a preference matching algorithm
A method for determining customer lifetime value for a cohort of customers using an incentive system to provide for geographically limited rewards earned for transactions includes tracking payment card transactions between enrolled payment cardholders and enrolled merchants, creating a database of rewards eligible transactions, instructing a virtual payment card issuer to apply the rewards amount for each rewards eligible transaction to an account, receiving transaction authorization requests from the virtual payment card issuer corresponding to enrolled cardholders requesting to spend rewards within their corresponding account, if the transaction is occurring within a prescribed geographic area in which rewards can be spent, transmitting an authorization for the virtual card issuer to complete the transaction using the rewards, an enrolled payment cardholder attribute database, and applying a matching algorithm to the attribute database resulting in prediction based on similarity between one or more attributes with one or more other enrolled payment cardholders.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AUTOMATED FRAUD DETECTION AND ANALYTICS USING AGGREGATED PAYMENT VEHICLES AND DEVICES
Systems and methods are disclosed for automated fraud detection and analytics using aggregated payment vehicles and devices, at the individual and/or household level. One method includes receiving an authorization request for a payment transaction originating at a merchant, using a first payment vehicle; receiving device information of a first device used in the payment transaction; retrieving transaction data and identifying information associated with the authorization request before the authorization request is routed to a financial institution; searching and determining payment vehicles and devices associated with the individual using the retrieved identifying information; aggregating transaction data associated with the payment vehicles and devices from the transaction database; retrieving reported fraudulent activities pertaining to the payment vehicles and devices; and generating a profile data for the individual according to the identifying information associated with the authorization request, personally identifiable information (PII), the aggregated transaction data, and reported fraudulent activities.

TRANSACTION COMPLIANCE DETERMINATION USING MACHINE LEARNING
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for determining compliance of a transaction using machine learning. A transaction compliance system automatically determines whether a requested transaction is in compliance with a set of compliance rules associated with the requested transaction. The set of compliance rules may be regional rules and regulations established by a governmental body and/or rules defined by a merchant. The transaction compliance system accesses the set of compliance rules corresponding to the transaction and determines whether the requested transaction is in compliance with the set of compliance rules. The requested transaction may be completed or denied based on the resulting output.
