INTERLEAVED SEQUENCE RECURRENT NEURAL NETWORKS FOR FRAUD DETECTION

A process for handling interleaved sequences using RNNs includes receiving data of a first transaction, retrieving a first state (e.g., a default or a saved RNN state for an entity associated with the first transaction), and determining a new second state and a prediction result using the first state and an input data based on the first transaction. The process includes updating the saved RNN state for the entity to be the second state. The process includes receiving data of a second transaction, where the second transaction is associated with the same entity as the first transaction. The process unloops an RNN associated with the saved RNN state including by: retrieving the second state, determining a new third state and a prediction result using the second state and an input data based the second transaction, and updating the saved RNN state for the entity to be the third state.

Self-cleaning autonomous store

An autonomous store that tracks shopper movements and actions, and performs store cleaning actions based on analysis of shopper activity. Cleaning actions may include disinfecting the store or regions within the store using radiation, fogging or spraying, or ventilation. Cleaning actions may be targeted; for example, zones where shoppers linger or congregate may be cleaned more frequently or intensively, or shelves or items that shoppers touch may be cleaned after these interactions. Shopper activity information may be used to limit the number of shoppers in a store at once, for example by denying entry when the store is at capacity. The density of shoppers in regions of the store may be communicated to shoppers so that they can limit their interactions with other shoppers. Shopper activity history may be used for contact tracing by identifying other shoppers that may have been exposed to an individual who was in the store.

Locking system for exchange of items, services, and/or facilities
11100738 · 2021-08-24 ·

One or more techniques and/or systems are provided for facilitating the exchange of an item. For example, a containment component is configured to receive one or more items. A locking component is configured to selectively restrict or allow access to the item. A code generation component is configured to generate and provide an unlocking code to a requestor (e.g., based upon payment by the requestor that requests access to the item). A code entry component is configured to receive user input of a code. The code entry component either retains the locking component in a locked state if the code is not validated as the unlocking code or transitions the locking component into an unlocked state if the code is validated as the unlocking code.

Physical card enabling utilization based on location
11100493 · 2021-08-24 · ·

There are provided systems and methods for a physical card having one or more location detection modules for location-specific card reading. A physical payment card may include one or more components to limit card reading of card data stored to the card using a location detection chip. The location detection chip may receive power from a source when inserted to a card reader, and may then determine a location of the card, such as a coordinate location of the card or nearby detected device. The location detection chip may determine if this location or device matches authorized locations stored in a memory of the card. If it does, power may be provided to a card chip of the card. The card chip of the card reads card data from a memory of the card and may then output the card data to the card reader.

Systems and methods for analyzing consumer spending using geofencing

A geofence computing device, in communication with a user device and a payment processor, includes a memory and a processor in communication with the memory. The geofence computing device processor is configured to receive, from the user device, geofence data including a first user defined geofence zone having a first geographic area within a first geographic boundary, store the geofence data within the memory, receive, from the payment processor, from authorization request message transaction data representing a payment transaction initiated with a merchant by a cardholder associated with the payment processor, determine a geographic location of the merchant and a residence of the cardholder, compare the merchant geographic location and the cardholder residence geographic location to the first user defined geofence zone, and alert the user of the payment transaction based on the comparison. The transaction data includes at least one of a merchant location and a merchant identifier.

Computer architecture and method for single and consolidated real-time processing of event data in a complex computing network

A computer system for single and consolidated real-time processing of event data relating to VAT tax refunds requests. The system communicates with multiple retailer systems and multiple user devices in connection with the processing of that event data in accordance with an adaptive processing rules schema. The system includes a distributed system interface that receives the event data from the plurality of distributed retailer networks in the form of event data transactions. The system is operated in accordance with a rules schema database that contains tax models applicable to various event data transactions. An event data processor receives the event data transactions and applies the tax models in the rules schema database and is then operable through a payment gateway processor to direct electronic transactions to occur in responding to the processing of the event data based at least in part on rules stored in the rules schema database in communication with the event data processor. The computer system further includes a compliance system that is operable to communicate electronically with user devices to determine whether VAT refunds have been validly claimed and whether all conditions precedent and subsequent to the VAT refund request have been fulfilled.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR CONDITIONALLY GIFTING FUNDS

Described herein are examples of gift card management systems that provide gift cards that must be activated prior to being used in a transaction. In some examples, a purchaser may be refunded some or all of a purchase price for the gift card when the gift card is not activated. In some examples, the activation may additionally include certain safeguards to prevent fraud.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EFFECTING A SECURE EVENT

Systems and methods for effecting secure transactions are described. A processing device, when executing computer-executable instructions: receives from a requesting entity computing system a transaction request for a payload. The transaction request is transmitted to delivery entity computing system associated with a delivery entity identifier and geographic location. An encryption key, random number and a unique request identifier are generated and transmitted to requesting and delivery entity computing systems. In response to receiving a delivery transaction confirmation from the delivery entity computing system, the processing device verifies the secure transaction. After receiving a requestor transaction confirmation from the requesting entity computing system (indicating a verified transfer of the payload), a payload reimbursement is transferred to a delivery transaction account from a requestor transaction account.

SERVER, INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM, CONTROL APPARATUS, MOBILE STORE, TERMINAL APPARATUS, MEDIUM, AND OPERATION METHOD OF INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEM

A server includes a communication interface and a controller that transmits and receives information to and from other apparatuses via the communication interface. The controller receives information on a cruising range from each mobile store among a plurality of mobile stores selling different types of products and transmits an instruction to the mobile stores to circulate as a group along a circulation route travelable by a first mobile store having the shortest cruising range.
