MANAGING TRANSBOUNDARY WATER USE USING A DISTRIBUTED LEDGER AND MACHINE LEARNING

A trans-boundary water resource usage detection method, system, and computer program product, including predicting an estimated water usage by an upstream administrative region using a machine learning model and a tracked water usage, detecting an excess water usage when the estimated water usage exceeds a contracted usage value by more than a threshold value by executing a smart contract on blockchain, and penalizing, via a token exchange in blockchain, the upstream administrative region for the excess water usage by executing the smart contract on blockchain.

According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a driver management platform may be configured to do the following: receive a multi-restaurant request, the multi-restaurant request comprising a request of one or more food items associated with a plurality of restaurants from at least one customer; analyze, via the multi-restaurant request, the following: location data of the restaurants, food parameters, prioritize, based on the analysis, the following: pickup times of the one or more food items, and delivery times to the at least one customer; request at least one delivery provider, the request comprising: an availability to arrive at the plurality of pickup times and the plurality of delivery times, and at least one prerequisite item relating to the multi-restaurant request; and schedule, upon an acceptance of the at least one delivery provider, with the at least one delivery provider, the pickup times and delivery times.

Residence Provisioning Platform

Systems and methods are described for provisioning physical residences to and from users of a residential provisioning platform. The residential provisioning platform assigns a platform unit value to each of a plurality of physical residences. A residence provisioning app is provided to a user for implementation on the user's device and for displaying selections corresponding to the plurality of physical residences. The residential provisioning platform may include a residence tracking app that receives a user selection from the residence provisioning app corresponding to a particular physical residence, updates a particular residence dossier of the particular physical residence to assign the particular physical residence to the user, and updates a residence profile of the user to indicate a remaining platform unit value of the particular physical residence attributable to the user. The residence tracking app transmits a digital access pass to the provisioning app allowing access to the particular physical residence.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR MERCHANT-INDUSTRY MAPPING BASED ON AMBIENT NOISE

Embodiments provide a method and a system for conducting merchant-industry mapping based on ambient noise. The method includes receiving a payment transaction request and an audio signal comprising ambient noise in surrounding of a merchant terminal of a merchant. The ambient noise is recorded by the merchant terminal and includes a plurality of sounds. The method includes determining whether the merchant is an aggregated merchant or a non-aggregated merchant. The method includes processing the ambient noise to determine a type of the merchant upon determining that the merchant is the non-aggregated merchant. The method includes mapping the merchant to an industry from a plurality of industries available in the server system based on the type of the merchant. The method further includes storing the mapping of the industry and the merchant in a database associated with the server system.

An example operation may include one or more of providing a viewable content to the at least one recipient node; determining a time period of a content viewing by the at least one recipient node; calculating a reward amount to be awarded to a user of the least one recipient node based on the time period; ranking the user based on the reward amount; and executing a smart contract to transfer the reward amount to the user over the blockchain network.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INITIATING TRANSACTIONS DURING INTENDED WINDOWS BASED ON DETECTED DEVICES
20210256523 · 2021-08-19 ·

Methods and systems for improved transaction initiation and processing are presented. In one embodiment, a method is provided that includes detecting a mobile device entering a merchant venue. In response, communication may be established with the mobile device and a transaction associated with the mobile device may be identified. The transaction may be pre-authorized for a predetermined time period and a pre-authorization determination may be transmitted to the mobile device. The transaction may then be processed based on the-pre-authorization determination.

Offline authentication

Techniques for enhancing the security of a communication device when conducting a transaction using the communication device may include using a limited-use key (LUK) to generate a transaction cryptogram, and using a signature key to generate a signature. The transaction can be an offline data authentication transaction, and access can be granted based on authentication of the signature prior to verifying the transaction cryptogram.

SELF-SERVICE MODULAR DROP SAFES WITH TECHNOLOGY SHELF REPLACEMENT CAPABILITY

Novel modular smart management devices in the form of drop safes include the modular components of a chassis, door and technology cabinet. The drop safes enable retailers to make cash deposits quickly and safely within or near their own facilities. Various technology, including RFID readers, RFID tags, and other equipment allow the drop safes to identify each deposited bag. Employees utilize specialized apps on their mobile devices to facilitate deposit creation and other tasks. Novel methodologies for accessing the drop safes for emptying employ single-use, time-expiration type authorization codes along with other security measures to minimize risk and to provide other benefits. Novel structures along with methodologies for replacing, on-site, modular components with auto-detection of functionality during initialization and re-initialization enables for efficient replacement and upgrading of components, including the upgrading of safes to provide additional functionality.
