INTEGRATED PAYMENT TRAVEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Methods, systems, and computer program products for implementing a payment integration process for travel management systems. A payment integration request associated with a payment identification from a travel provider system is received. Payment transaction data associated with the payment identification from a payment gateway using the payment identification is obtained. Travel records data associated with the payment identification from a reservation system is obtained. Payment integration data associated with the payment identification is determined by performing a sanity check of the payment transaction data and the travel record data, validating the payment transaction data and the travel record data, and generating the payment integration data based on the sanity check and the validation of the payment transaction data and the travel record data. Payment integration data to be integrated into the travel record is provided.

PROVIDING IRREVOCABLE EVIDENCE OF PHYSICAL PRESENCE USING PROXIMITY TECHNOLOGY AND A DISTRIBUTED LEDGER
20220374902 · 2022-11-24 ·

Aspects described herein include using proximity technology such as beacon devices or geofences to detect physical presence at a physical location. Presence information may be generated and included in a non-fungible token (NFT). The NFT may be provided to a digital wallet. The identity of an individual associated with the digital wallet may be authenticated. A distributed ledger may record the transaction that provides the NFT to the digital wallet.

PROXIMITY-BASED TOKEN ISSUANCE SYSTEM
20220374903 · 2022-11-24 ·

A token issuance system receives a first purchase request for at least one of a good or a service from a merchant at a merchant location. The system generates a payment token based on the purchase request such that the payment token is associated with a proximity condition. The system then determines that a location of a user device that is associated with the purchase request satisfies the proximity condition. In response to the determining that the location of the user device that is associated with the purchase request satisfies the proximity condition, the system provides the payment token to the merchant.

AUTOMATIC INVENTORY TRACKING IN BRICK AND MORTAR STORE BASED ON SENSOR DATA

A brick-and-mortar (BAM) store control system uses sensors and wireless transceivers to track customers, merchant representatives, devices, and/or objects within a BAM store area. The system can identify and track product and/or service inventory within the BAM store area and/or in individual's personal inventories, for instance by detecting movements of objects by individuals in sensor data. The system can generate inventory replenishment schedules, for instance based on inventory quantity patterns. The system can provide recommendations to customers and/or merchants, for example recommending products that customers have interacted with. The system can identify individuals and/or objects using a machine learning algorithm, which can learn based on feedback. The system can generate temporary identifiers for unrecognized individuals or objects, which it can merge or convert into long-term identifiers as more information is received. The system can recognize sensitive information based on secure identifiers generated based on the sensitive information.

ADJUSTMENT OF CARD CONFIGURATIONS FOR FLIGHT INTERRUPTIONS

Systems, apparatuses, and methods are described for adjustment of card configurations for flight interruptions. Past flight interruptions that users experienced may be determined. Transactions conducted via the users’ payment cards during the past flight interruptions may be determined. The data may be used for determining customized metrics for adjusting card configurations of the payment cards during current flight interruptions. Default metrics for adjusting card configurations of the payment cards during current flight interruptions may be determined. Current flight statuses may be monitored for the users. Current flight interruptions may be detected for the users. Card configurations of the payment cards may be adjusted during the detected current flight interruptions.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING A VIRTUAL SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX FOR REMOTE ACCESS TO STORED DIGITAL AND VIRTUAL CONTENT

Described are systems and methods for providing virtual and remote access to virtual content in a virtual safebox. A computer system includes a virtual vault database for storing a plurality of virtual safeboxes storing digital/virtual content provided by a user. The stored content includes image content representing personal identification documents of the user. The computing device includes at least one processor configured to receive an access request message from a first safebox access computing device and, in response retrieve, from the virtual vault database, the first virtual safebox. The processor is further configured to generate an inventory list identifying each content item and transmit an inventory message to the first safebox access computing device. The processor is further configured to receive a content retrieval message from the first safebox access computing device and transmit a content message to the first safebox access computing device.

System and method for pushing messages to a mobile communications device
11587060 · 2023-02-21 · ·

A method disclosed herein provides for pushing messages to a mobile communications device. An application on the mobile communications receives a pushed message including a set of instructions which when executed cause the mobile communications device to connect to an application server associated with the application executing on the mobile communications device. The pushed message is sent to the mobile communications device by a push mechanism that is one of a plurality of push mechanisms selected by a push service system in response to the push service system receiving a message send request from the application server. Once the mobile communications device is connected to the application server, the mobile communications device receives information messages from the application server.

System, method, and computer program product for predicting payment transactions using a machine learning technique based on merchant categories and transaction time data

Provided is a computer-implemented method for predicting payment transactions using a machine learning technique that includes receiving transaction data, generating a categorical transaction model based on the transaction data, determining a plurality of prediction scores including determining, for one or more users, a prediction score in each merchant category of a plurality of merchant categories for each predetermined time segment of a plurality of predetermined time segments, where a respective prediction score includes a prediction of whether a user will conduct a payment transaction in a merchant category at a time associated with a predetermined time segment associated with the respective prediction score, determining a recommended merchant category and a recommended predetermined time segment of at least one offer, generating the at least one offer, and communicating the at least one offer to the one or more users. A system and computer program product are also disclosed.

Systems and methods for automated fraud detection and analytics using aggregated payment vehicles and devices
11587089 · 2023-02-21 · ·

Systems and methods are disclosed for automated fraud detection and analytics using aggregated payment vehicles and devices, at the individual and/or household level. One method includes receiving an authorization request for a payment transaction originating at a merchant, using a first payment vehicle; receiving device information of a first device used in the payment transaction; retrieving transaction data and identifying information associated with the authorization request before the authorization request is routed to a financial institution; searching and determining payment vehicles and devices associated with the individual using the retrieved identifying information; aggregating transaction data associated with the payment vehicles and devices from the transaction database; retrieving reported fraudulent activities pertaining to the payment vehicles and devices; and generating a profile data for the individual according to the identifying information associated with the authorization request, personally identifiable information (PII), the aggregated transaction data, and reported fraudulent activities.

Enabling secure internet transactions in an unsecure home using immobile token
11502843 · 2022-11-15 · ·

This specification discloses devices and methods for a security concept that includes an immobile hardware token (e.g., a “wall token” that is fixed within a wall) which ensures that the more sensitive actions of electronic banking (e.g., money transfers of large sums to foreign bank accounts) can only be done from the account owner's home, but not from a remote place. However, other less sensitive (and lower security risk) actions can still be done from anywhere else. In some embodiments, the hardware token includes sensors to ensure that the token is not moved or tampered with, interfaces to provide distance bounding, and a crypto-processor to provide secure authentication. The distance bounding can be used to determine if the authentication device is in close proximity to the hardware token, which can in turn ensure that the authentication device is within the account owner's home.
