System and method for targeted marketing and consumer resource management
Systems and methods are provided for providing targeted marketing to goods and services provides and consumer resource management services to consumers. An example system and method for targeted marketing comprises collecting transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) terminals and using a consumer identifier in the transaction data to access stored information about the consumer. This information may be used to target offers and advertisement to the consumer. In an example system for consumer resource management, a consumer may configure a consumer account on the enterprise infrastructure via a web-site. The consumer may use the consumer account to purchase and configure gift cards that may be used for purchasing goods and services. A universal transaction identifier may be associated with the consumer account and used to purchase goods and services from more than one selected goods and services providers.
Processing electronic payments using at least two payment tools for a transaction
Embodiments of the present application relate to a method, apparatus, and system for operating an account. The method includes receiving a selection of a plurality of payment tools from a terminal, determining a plurality of payment servers corresponding to respective ones of the plurality of payment tools based on the received selection, sending one or more funds deduction commands to the plurality of payment servers associated with corresponding ones of the selected payment tools, receiving one or more notifications of successful funds deduction from any of the plurality of payment servers associated with the selected payment tools, and in response to receiving the one or more notifications of successful funds deduction, updating funds data in a third party payment account.
Payment Control Device, Payment System, and Control Program for Payment Control Device
A server as the payment control device includes an acquisition unit, a determination unit, an instruction unit, and a storage unit. The acquisition unit acquires transaction information including store information, amount information, and customer account information from a transmission source of the transaction information. The determination unit checks a customer account status corresponding to the customer account information, and determines whether or not to establish a transaction between a customer and a store based on the amount information and the customer account status. In the case of determining to establish the transaction by the determination unit, the storage unit accumulates and stores transaction information related to the established transaction. The instruction unit instructs a financial institution system to withdraw a transaction amount indicated as the amount information in the transaction information accumulated in the storage unit from the account of the customer based on an instruction of the customer.
TRANSACTION METHOD AND SYSTEM BASED ON CENTRALIZED SETTLEMENT AND BLOCK CHAIN STORAGE
A method includes receiving, by a designated member node of a plurality of member nodes, a transaction request comprising a paying user identifier of a paying user, a designated resource amount, and a receiving user identifier of a receiving user, the paying user paying the designated resource amount, and the receiving user receiving the designated resource amount, wherein a blockchain network comprises the plurality of member nodes, and a virtual resource account of the paying user is registered with the designated member node; performing, by the designated member node, transaction feasibility verification on the transaction request off the blockchain network, and performing, by the designated member node, an account balance modification operation off the blockchain network after the verification is successful.
DEVICE, COMBINATION OF DEVICES, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR PAYING TRANSPORTATION FARES
Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for paying transportation fare. One of the methods includes: communicating to a toll terminal based on near field communication (NFC) technology, for paying a fare of using a transport system associated with the toll terminal; deducting, through a user account, the fare from an account balance associated with the user account; recording a remaining account balance associated with the user account after the fare is deducted; determining that the remaining account balance is less than a predetermined threshold; and providing the remaining account balance to a second mobile device over the NFC in response to determining that the remaining account balance is less than a predetermined threshold to trigger a request from the second mobile device to a transaction server to add balance to the user account.
BLOCKCHAIN-BASED REMITTANCE METHOD AND APPARATUS
One or more embodiments of the present specification provide blockchain-based remittance methods and apparatuses. One method comprising: receiving, from an account of a remitter, a transaction for a remittance to an account of a remittee, wherein the transaction comprises a remittance amount of the remittance and at least one reserved amount corresponding to the remittance amount allocated by the remitter from a reserve fund list to the transaction; performing verification of the transaction, wherein the verification comprises determining whether a total amount of the at least one reserved amount comprised in the transaction is greater than or equal to the remittance amount; and in response to determining that the verification is successful: deducting the remittance amount from the balance of the account of the remitter, and adding the remittance amount to a balance of the account of the remittee.
POST-PAID TRANSACTION DATA PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE, PROCESSING APPARATUS, AND SERVER
A post-paid transaction data processing method includes: receiving risk search information via a wireless or wired interface, the risk search information including a transaction amount and a transaction user identifier of a post-paid transaction; acquiring, according to the transaction user identifier, a payment channel corresponding to the transaction user identifier; determining a predictive affordable value of the payment channel for the transaction amount based on the payment channel and the transaction amount; and determining a default evaluation result of the post-paid transaction according to the predictive affordable value.
BLOCKCHAIN METHODS, NODES, SYSTEMS AND PRODUCTS
Proposed is a scalable and computationally light approach to validating blockchains called the Catastrophic Dissent Mechanism (CDM). CDM uses anonymous actors who are free to join and leave the system as they please. The mechanism gives all actors strong incentives to behave honestly, both as individuals, and as members of coalitions who might benefit in compromising the integrity of the blockchain. As a result, CDM offers users Strategically Provable Security (SPS). CDM provides a foundation to create an ecosystem of federated chains which can share heterogeneous tokens using different business logic. As a result, new instances of chains can be created to serve as inexpensive, scalable platforms for a wide variety of blockchain applications and to provide a path for existing instances to be upgraded or altered without the use of hard forks or breaking the rule that code is law.
REVERSE BID AUCTION
A method for implementing an electronic auction includes receiving, from a first electronic device, an auction submission including an identification of a desired item and an account identifier corresponding to a buyer account associated with a user of the first device, posting, on a graphical user interface accessible via a web browser or mobile application installed on a second electronic device, an auction entry corresponding to the auction submission, the auction entry including the identification of the desired item and an amount of funds contained in the buyer account, receiving, via the graphical user interface, a request to initiate a sale of the item for the amount of funds contained in the buyer account, the request including an auction entry identifier and an identification of a seller making the request, and, in response to receiving the request, crediting the amount of funds to a seller account associated with the seller.
EMPLOYER MARKETS
The present disclosure relates generally to payment methods. In one example, the systems and methods described herein may integrate three separate infrastructures to provide payment for medical services: the employer's benefits and compensation platform, the health savings account provider's platform, and the financing platform.
