The operations also include a request for a transaction for redeeming rewards of the cardholder, approval of the transaction, and granting access to accumulated incentive program rewards for use in a P2P service system.

METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING TRANSACTIONS

A method and a system for processing transactions is provided. A terminal device executes a terminal action analysis on a transaction initiated at the terminal device by way of a transaction card. The terminal device compares a fraud count of the terminal device with a threshold fraud limit. If the fraud count exceeds the threshold fraud limit, the terminal device selects a first action from a set of actions for processing the transaction. When the first action is to authorize the transaction online, the terminal device transmits transaction details of the transaction to an acquirer server. The transaction details are indicative of a result of the terminal action analysis. The acquirer server generates an authorization request including a fraud indicator and updates the fraud indicator from a first value to a second value. The acquirer server communicates the authorization request, including the updated fraud indicator, to an issuer for authorization.

Stored-value card agent

A stored-value card agent includes a database and a card processor. The card processor is configured to receive from a wallet client a deposit request identifying a deposit amount, effect an electronic funds transfer of the deposit amount to a first account maintained by a computer server, and in the database configure a ledger with the deposit amount. The ledger is uniquely associated with the wallet client in the database. The card processor is configured to receive from the wallet client a withdrawal request identifying a withdrawal amount, confirm that the current balance value in the ledger is at least equal to the withdrawal amount, reduce the current balance value by the withdrawal amount, and initiate an electronic funds transfer of the withdrawal amount from the first account to a second account associated with the wallet client by transmitting to the computer server a transfer request identifying the withdrawal amount.

Computing the payment schedule includes computing priorities for each of the financial liabilities, and reordering the financial liabilities according to the priorities. Computing the payment schedule further includes determining suggested payments for each of the financial liabilities using minimum payments specified for each of the financial liabilities. Computing the payment schedule further includes determining a repayment timeline for the set of financial liabilities using the suggested payments. The method further includes displaying, by the processor, the payment schedule via a user interface.
