Periodic Fraud Checks
According to one embodiment, a system includes a memory comprising instructions; an interface; and a processor communicatively coupled to the memory and the interface. The interface is configured to receive an indication of a trigger event associated with a user account. The processor is configured, when executing the instructions, to select one or more transactions of a plurality of transactions associated with the user account, determine, for each of the selected transactions using one or more rules, whether the transaction is potentially fraudulent, and generate, for each transaction identified as potentially fraudulent, a notification comprising an identification of the transaction.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR FACILITATING PROVISION OF EXPOSURE MANAGEMENT BASED ON STREAMING DATA FEEDS VIA MACHINE LEARNING AND LOW LATENCY MODELING
A method for expediting speed and enhancing accuracy of debit limit determinations based on streaming data feeds may include monitoring event data for an event trigger that, when received, directs a call to determine a debit limit for a customer, receiving streaming data from a plurality of arbitrary sources, the streaming data including features evaluated by a business logic module to determine the debit limit for the customer, employing a machine learning module to extract the features from the streaming data and supply the extracted features to the business logic module, and determining the debit limit based on the extracted features via the business logic module responsive to the event trigger.
System and method for providing real time financial account information using event driven architecture
A system and method of providing real time account information for financial accounts is disclosed. The system includes an event based architecture including an event stream. Financial transaction processing systems publish transaction events to the event stream. A transaction service listening to the event stream detects new transaction events. The transaction service takes action to enrich transaction data. A middleware system reconciles existing transactions and persists transaction records in long term storage. The system can retrieve real time enriched transaction data to calculate account summary information, including current account balances and projected future account balances. The system can also be used to provide real time notifications to customers using enriched transaction data.

Various embodiments are directed to processing and executing digital asset transfers between two users. An example method includes receiving a data object defining a digital asset transfer, and the data object may be a query from the first user to initiate an outbound transfer to a second user or an approval of a request for digital asset units from the second user. The method further includes retrieving account balance data objects associated with the digital asset accounts for the first and second users. The method further includes, responsive to determining that the digital asset transfer satisfies one or more transfer conditions, executing the digital asset transfer by executing a closed-loop debit from the first user and executing a closed-loop credit to the second user. The method further includes updating the account balance data object to reflect the resulting balances of each digital asset account.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TARGETED MARKETING AND CONSUMER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Systems and methods are described for providing an enhanced rebate and marketing program which may automatically enroll a consumer in a loyalty programs after the consumer completes rebate form; filter consumer information to provide to customer relationship management campaigns; capture real-time consumer responses to queries; provide real-time and dynamic, targeted offers and other communications to consumers and recipients; and provide bonus added value to consumer received rebates.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING AND BILLING USING A WIRELESS VEHICLE COMMUNICATION SERVICE
A vehicle charging station for use in transmitting charging power to an electric vehicle for use in charging the vehicle is configured to communicatively couple to the electric vehicle via a network connection to a wireless network provider and electrically couple to the electric vehicle via a connector. Vehicle charging station is further configured to receive a unique identifier from the electric vehicle via the network connection, deliver a quantity of electrical charging power to the electric vehicle via the connector, and meter the quantity of electrical charging power delivered to the electric vehicle
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR TARGETED MARKETING AND CONSUMER RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
Systems and methods are provided for providing targeted marketing to goods and services provides and consumer resource management services to consumers. An example system and method for targeted marketing comprises collecting transaction data from point-of-sale (POS) terminals and using a consumer identifier in the transaction data to access stored information about the consumer. This information may be used to target offers and advertisement to the consumer. In an example system for consumer resource management, a consumer may configure a consumer account on the enterprise infrastructure via a web-site. The consumer may use the consumer account to purchase and configure gift cards that may be used for purchasing goods and services. A universal transaction identifier may be associated with the consumer account and used to purchase goods and services from more than one selected goods and services providers.
Public transit system fare processor for multi-balance funding
An implementation of a system and method for processing transfer rides associated with at least one public transit network is provided. The system and method preprocess transactions to consolidate or eliminate unnecessary transactions with a financial institution clearing and settlement network.
Electronic payment restriction
Methods and systems are provided for facilitating control of a child's purchasing of products from a merchant using a credit card, debit card, gift card, secure token, mobile device, or the like. A payment provider, such as Paypal, Inc., can authorized the purchase of a product from the merchant if both the child and the parent are checked in with the same merchant via one or more social networks (thereby indicating that the child and the parent are in or near the same store). This requirement for proximity between the child and the parent can provide the parent with an opportunity to more closely monitor purchases made by the child.
FRAUD PROTECTION SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAMS FOR BLOCKCHAIN FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
Systems, methods, and computer programs for detecting and preventing fraud or criminal blockchain transactions which allow a payer or payee in a blockchain financial transaction to request fraud, anti-money-laundering or credit check screening as part of an on-chain payment. The screening is performed off-chain and employs SaaS solutions to perform the analysis, and, using a smart contract, stops the payment before it is settled if the screening fails.
