Multi factor authentication rule-based intelligent bank cards

System, method, and computer program product to implement four factor authentication rule-based intelligent bank cards, by receiving valid authentication information for a card associated with an account, capturing an image of a person presenting the card, applying an algorithm to the image to determine that the image capture was successful, and the image can be used by a facial recognition algorithm, verifying that the image matches an image of an authorized user of the account, analyzing image data of the image with a facial emotion recognition algorithm to detect an emotion expressed by the person in the image, identifying an emotion rule associated with the account and the emotion, providing, by the processor, an alert to a person associated with the account, wherein the alert is specified as part of the emotion rule, and restricting access to the account.

Systems and methods for device and user authorization

Systems and methods are described for authorizing users and/or devices. An example method may comprise receiving, from a user device, a request to access a function associated with a service account. The request may comprise an identifier of the user device. The example method may comprise determining, based on the identifier, a primary authority holder of the service account. The example method may comprise determining that a first record on a first distributed ledger associated with the primary authority holder indicates that the user device is associated with the primary authority holder. The example method may comprise determining that a second record on a second distributed ledger associated with the user device indicates that the user device is associated with the primary authority holder. The example method may comprise granting, based on the request, the first record, and the second record, the user device access to the function.

MERCHANT LOGO DETECTION ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) FOR INJECTING USER CONTROL TO ISO BACK-END TRANSACTION APPROVALS BETWEEN ACQUIRER PROCESSORS AND ISSUER PROCESSORS OVER DATA COMMUNICATION NETWORKS

Logo candidates for a specific ISO data can be identified from external resources based on the enriched merchant data. Low quality images of the logo candidates are filtered out with image analysis including entropy ratio evaluations of the logo candidates. Also, the logo candidates are processed with high quality filtering including classification of the logo candidates with a deep learning classifier for distinguishing logos from non-logos. A logo from the logo candidates is selected to associate with the ISO data packets. A display having the selected logo associated with a transaction of the ISO data packets can be generated for display to users.

IN-VEHICLE PAYMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GENERATING AUTHORIZATION INFORMATION USING THE SAME

An in-vehicle payment system and a method for generating authorization information using the same are provided. The in-vehicle payment system includes an authentication number input device including an interface of a vehicle configured to receive an input from a user, and generate and output input signals corresponding to a manipulation pattern of the interface, a code display device configured to display a code table in an array form including a plurality of code values based on received code information on a screen, and an authorization information generator configured to generate the code information and transmit the code information to the code display device, and recognize an authentication number input by the user using the code information and preset matching information to generate authorization information corresponding to the authentication number when the input signals are received from an authentication number input device.

MULTI-DEVICE AUTHENTICATION

Systems and methods are disclosed for multi-device authentication. In one implementation, a transaction request initiated with respect to a first device and a second device is received, each of the first device and the second device being associated with a user account. One or more transaction completion criteria associated with the user account are identified. A determination is made as to whether the one or more transaction completion criteria associated with the user account are met with respect to the first device, the second device, and the transaction request. Based on a determination that the one or more transaction completion criteria associated with the user account are met with respect to the first device, the second device, and the transaction request, the transaction request is completed.

User registration based on unsupervised learning classification
11847624 · 2023-12-19 · ·

Aspects described herein may relate to methods, systems, and apparatuses for applying machine learning techniques as part of registering, for a user, a payment card with at least one account of a merchant. The machine learning technique may be an unsupervised learning classifier that is configured to determine classifications of merchant groups and/or user groups. Based on a classification, the user may be able to select which merchants to register the payment card. Based on the selection, the payment card may be registered with the user's account at the selected merchants. Further, the registration may be performed based on virtual payment card information configured for use with the merchant. The virtual payment card information may be configured to initiate transactions only with the merchant.

System and Method for Processing Card Not Present Transactions

A method for processing card not present (CNP) transactions includes: receiving an authentication transaction request including authentication transaction data associated with a CNP transaction, receiving an authorization transaction request including authorization transaction data associated with the CNP transaction; in response to receiving the authorization transaction data and the authentication transaction data, determining an authorization decision for the CNP transaction; and communicating the authorization decision. Systems for processing CNP transactions are also disclosed.

CLIENT DEVICE AUTHENTICATION USING CONTACTLESS LEGACY MAGNETIC STRIPE DATA
20210105621 · 2021-04-08 ·

A technique for generating a diversified encryption key for a contactless legacy magnetic stripe card is disclosed. The diversified key can be generated using a master key, a key diversification value and an encryption algorithm. In one example embodiment, the key diversification value can be provided by the user as a fingerprint, numeric code or photo. The user can provide the key diversification value to the card or a cellphone. The card can generate the diversified key using the user provided key diversification value. The card or the cellphone can transmit the user provided diversification value to the server and the server can regenerate the diversified key using the user provided diversification value.

SYSTEM, METHOD, AND COMPUTER-ACCESSIBLE MEDIUM FOR BLOCKING MALICIOUS EMV TRANSACTIONS

An exemplary system, method, and computer-accessible medium can include, for example, storing on a first device an applet configured to generate a digital tag; receiving a request at the first device for information; configuring the digital tag to be associated with at least one of (i) an application or (ii) an input on a second device, such that receipt of the digital tag by a second device causes the application to launch on the second device; and emitting from the first device a digital tag.

AUTHORIZATION CONTROL NETWORK AND METHOD OF VALIDATING AN AUTHORIZATION REQUEST

An authorization control network includes an attribute control server and an authorization server. The attribute control server is configured to receive from a communications device a credential and a modification request that includes an account identifier, determine a cardholder attribute from the credential, determine an account attribute associated with the account identifier in a card profile database, determine that the cardholder attribute matches the account attribute, and transmit the modification request to the authorization server. The authorization server is configured to update a limit value with the account identifier in a limit profile database, receive from a POS device an authorization request that includes the account identifier and an authorization value, determine the limit value associated with the account identifier in the limit profile database, generate an authorization response indicating whether the authorization value exceeds the limit value, and transmit the authorization response to the POS device.
