Multi-page online application origination (OAO) service for fraud prevention systems
A fraud prevention system that includes a fraud prevention server including an electronic processor and a memory. The memory includes an online application origination (OAO) service. When executing the OAO service, the electronic processor is configured to determine whether the OAO service is enabled and whether a website configuration includes a list of multi-page placements for an online application, determine that input data needs to be stored in the memory and combined into multi-page input data, determine a fraud risk score of the online application based on the multi-page input data and an online application origination (OAO) model that differentiates between a behavior of a normal user and a behavior of a nefarious actor during a submission of the online application on a device, and control a client server to approve, hold, or deny the online application based on the fraud risk score that is determined.
System and method for generating notifications based on digital wallet pass data
A server computer system comprises a communications module; a processor coupled with the communications module; and a memory coupled to the processor and storing processor-executable instructions which, when executed by the processor, configure the processor to receive, via the communications module and from a computing device, a signal including digital wallet pass data; store the digital wallet pass data in association with an account; monitor location data and data associated with a value card account to identify a notification event; responsive to identifying the notification event, generate a notification based on the digital wallet pass data; and send, via the communication module and to the computing device, a signal causing the computing device to display the notification.
SECURE TRANSACTION TERMINAL GATEWAY
A secure transaction terminal gateway device is provided. The gateway device includes a single motherboard. The motherboard includes an application processing environment and a security processing environment. Peripheral connections and communications are directly processed and authenticated directly on the security processing environment and indirectly communicated from the secure processing environment to the application processing environment. Communication between the application processing environment and security processing environment is made via an on-motherboard wired secure connection between an application environment port and a security environment port. In an embodiment, the single motherboard is an automated teller machine (ATM) motherboard.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SECURE REPROVISIONING
Systems and methods for authentication may include a first device having an association with a first account, including a memory containing one or more applets, a counter value, and transmission data, a communication interface, and one or more processors in communication with the memory and communication interface. The first device may create a cryptogram based on the counter value, wherein the cryptogram includes the counter value and the transmission data. The first device may transmit, after entry of the communication interface into a communication field, the cryptogram, and update, after transmission of the cryptogram, the counter value. The first device may receive, via the communication interface, one or more encrypted keys and one or more parameters. The first device may decrypt the one or more encrypted keys and, after decryption of the one or more encrypted keys, switch an association from the first account to a second account.
System, method, and computer program product for predicting a specified geographic area of a user
Systems, methods, and computer program products are provided for predicting a specified geographic area of a user. An example system includes a processor configured to determine a verified geographic area associated with each user, and determine a feature vector associated with an account of each user. The processor is also configured to receive transaction data and determine a value of each parameter of the feature vector for each user based on the transaction data to produce a training matrix. The processor is further configured to train and validate a geographic area prediction model based on the training matrix. The processor is further configured to repeatedly generate a prediction that a user will conduct a transaction in a geographic area, communicate an offer to the user based on the prediction, receive new training data, and update the geographic area prediction model based on the new training data.
Using a third party dynamic QR code on a personal mobile device to complete a transaction at an ATM
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for using a third party dynamic QR code on a personal mobile device to complete a transaction at an ATM. The customer may stage a transaction using a mobile application on a mobile device. Upon the staged transaction being authenticated and approved, a machine-readable image may be transmitted to the mobile device. When the customer visits the ATM, the machine-readable image on the mobile device may be captured by the ATM and sent to an application server from the ATM. The application server may associate the ATM with the staged transaction that is staged using the mobile application, and send instructions to the ATM to dispense cash according to the staged transaction.
Online application origination (OAO) service for fraud prevention systems
A fraud prevention system that includes a client server and a fraud prevention server. The fraud prevention server includes an electronic processor and a memory. The memory includes an online application origination (OAO) service. When executing the OAO service, the electronic processor is configured to determine a fraud score of an online application based on an online application origination (OAO) model that differentiates between a behavior of a normal user and a behavior of a nefarious actor during a submission of the online application on a device, and control the client server to approve, hold, or deny the online application based on the fraud score that is determined.
Stage-specific pipeline view using prediction engine
Techniques for displaying a stage-specific pipeline view with a prediction engine are disclosed. A system displays a plurality of regions representing various stages of completion for a plurality of transactions. The system determines a stage of completion for each of the plurality of transactions at a first point-in-time, and generates and displays visualizations representing each of the plurality of transactions in one of the plurality of regions based on the respective current stage of completion. Generating a visualization representing a first transaction includes determining a likelihood of the first transaction completing a stage associated with the first transaction. The likelihood may be determined by selecting attributes associated with the first transaction and identifying prior transactions with similar attributes. The system may compute the likelihood of the first transaction completing the stage based on completion rates associated with the prior transactions, and select the visualization based on the computed likelihood.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR A GENERATIVE ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE MODEL WITH PROACTIVE CONTENT GENERATION
A provider computing system can include at least one processing circuit having at least one processor coupled to at least one memory device. The at least one memory device can store instructions thereon that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processing circuit to detect initiation of a session to access an account by a user device of a user, detect correlations between an event and one or more previous occurrences of one or more events similar to the event, generate a plurality of actions to address the event, transmit one or more signals to cause the user device to display a user interface including selectable elements to indicate the plurality of actions, receive an indication of a selection of a selectable element of the selectable elements, and implement an action to address the event.
Person-based authorization for shared account systems
Disclosed are various embodiments for person-based authorization for shared account systems. In one embodiment, a service receives a user request from a client device associated with an account to perform an action using an application. The service then identifies a user originating the user request. The service generates a token that includes an account identifier corresponding to the account and a person identifier corresponding to the user. The service sends the user request and the token to a provider of the application.
