20230274250 · 2023-08-31 ·

Systems and methods for the of use information from application programming interfaces on wearable devices in third party applications are provided. A system comprising a user device, data storage, an application programming interface and an application is provided. In this system, there is a user device that includes a health monitor. The health monitor includes sensors and associated software that enable it to obtain health information about the wearer of the user device. In this system, there is data storage on the user device that stores the health information as user health data. In this system, there is an application programming interface on the user device that enables the health monitor to share the user health data with other applications executing on the user device.

Authentication at ATM and handshake between customer and driver

Systems, methods, and apparatuses described herein relate to a method for providing authentication with respect to a cash delivery request made by a customer using a customer user device of the customer. The method includes receiving at least one of security information or a first cash authentication code (CAC) from a cash dispenser machine. The cash dispenser machine obtains the security information or the first CAC from a first user device of a driver or the driver. The method includes authenticating the driver based on at least one of the security information or the first CAC. The method includes generating a second CAC. The method includes transmitting the second CAC to the first user device of the driver. The method includes authenticating the driver and the customer based on at least one of the security information or the second CAC.

PREDICTIVE CONTEXTUAL TRANSACTION SCORING

In one embodiment, a predictive contextual transaction scoring system receives transaction review data associated with person-to-person transactions from a marketplace, the transaction review data including feedback information relating to the person-to-person transaction. The system identifies contextual characteristics of the person-to-person transactions by analyzing the feedback information related to the person-to-person transactions. The system pairs a first party requesting a service to a second party providing the requested service by matching a contextual characteristic of the first party to a contextual characteristic of the second party. The system also predicts a transaction score for a new person-to-person transaction involving the first party and the second party, and provides the predicted transaction score to the marketplace to facilitate pairing of the first party requesting the service.

Systems and methods for personalizing payment cards

A first communication channel is established between a contactless blank IC (integrated circuit) payment card and a mobile device. The mobile device is in proximity to the contactless blank IC payment card. A second communication channel is established, via the mobile device, between a remote personalization server computer and the contactless blank IC payment card. Payment card personalization data is received and stored in the contactless blank IC payment card. The data had been downloaded from the remote personalization server computer to the contactless blank IC payment card via the second communication channel.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PREDICTING ON-FILE PAYMENT CREDENTIALS
20220148004 · 2022-05-12 ·

Disclosed herein are systems and methods for predicting on-file payment credentials. The methods can include obtaining, from a financial institution, transaction data comprising one or more transactions conducted at one or more merchants. For each respective merchant of the one or more merchants, the methods can include parsing each of the one or more transactions at the respective merchant to create a merchant profile for the respective merchant, the merchant profile comprising merchant behavior data for the respective merchant. The methods can determine a likelihood of a respective associated merchant having the payment credential information on file by calculating a score for the merchant based on the merchant profile. The score can represent that the merchant profile is indicative of the associated merchant having the payment credential information stored on file.

TRANSFER VIA TRANSACTION APP

Systems and methods may generally include sending an executable application, which when executed, automatically causes a monetary transfer. An example method may include performing, at a first user device, a handshake with a second user device, receiving, during the handshake, an operating capability of the second user device, and configuring, based on the operating capability of the second user device, an executable application, which when executed, automatically causes a monetary transfer to occur. The configured executable application may be sent to the second user device for execution.

Automated enrollment of a user in an automatic updating program

An auto-enrollment billing updater (AEBU) computing device for enrolling enrollees in an automatic updating program is provided. The AEBU computing device is configured to receive, from an acquirer computing device, an account update request for updated account data for a set of account identifiers including an input acquirer identifier and an input merchant identifier, perform a lookup within a transaction database using a combination of the input acquirer identifier and the input merchant identifier, wherein the transaction database includes transaction data involving a plurality of cardholders and a plurality of merchants, identify as a merchant enrollee the merchant included within the transaction database having a stored acquirer identifier and a stored merchant identifier combination that matches the input acquirer identifier and the input merchant identifier combination included in the request, and automatically enroll the merchant enrollee in the automatic updating program when the merchant enrollee is identified.

Methods and systems for a reliable payment transaction

Embodiments provide method and systems for determining connectivity information of payment network for a reliable payment transaction. The method includes receiving a connectivity information request before performing a payment transaction via payment network. The method includes generating a connectivity check message including a plurality of connectivity status flags associated with payment entities in payment network. The method includes sending the connectivity check message to the payment entities in a predefined sequence of a payment transaction flow in the payment network. The method further includes facilitating setting up the plurality of connectivity status flags based on a successful communication of the connectivity check message between the payment entities in the predefined sequence. The method includes determining if each of the plurality of connectivity status flags is set with the success state. Upon determining the success state, the method further includes generating a successful connectivity information for performing the payment transaction.

System and method for dynamic knowledge-based authentication

The present disclosure relates to knowledge based authentication whereby a user is authenticated through third-party linked accounts. The method includes receiving an authentication request from a merchant computer, assessing one or more data fields to generate an authentication challenge for the user, connecting to one or more third-party account service provider to extract user-related data, generating the authentication challenge based on the extracted user-related data from the third-party account service provider, posing the authentication challenge to the user on a user device, receiving a response to the authentication challenge, and returning the authentication response to the merchant.

COMPUTER-BASED SYSTEM FOR SECURE CURBSIDE BANKING
20230252446 · 2023-08-10 ·

Techniques discussed herein describe an example system for verifying the identity and location of a customer in a bank branch parking lot. A server determines whether to provision a service for a vehicle based on telemetry data received from a telemetry module on the vehicle in a fleet of vehicles. The telemetry data includes a first location and status information of the vehicle. The server identifies a vendor to provide the service and directs the vehicle to a second location of the vendor from the first location of the vehicle. The server provides authorization to the vehicle for an on-board transaction module to initiate a request for the service when the vehicle is at the second location of the vendor.
