Systems and methods for real-time processing of audio feedback
Embodiments discussed herein are directed to systems and methods for processing audio feedback on a business, product or service offered and providing the feedback to an associated company in a way that enables the appropriate actors within the company's organizational hierarchy to analyze and take action with respect to the feedback. Customers or employees can interact with a virtual assistant platform or other voice recognition platform to access a feedback service that enables customers or employees to provide feedback to or have a conversation with any business about their product or service. The feedback service can be accessed at any time using a mobile phone or internet connected speaker device using a digital assistant platform.
Mobile Commerce Framework
A subscription-based system for providing commerce information for one or more mobile devices for one or more merchants. Some techniques employed feature a subscription-based method for presenting commercial resources to a mobile device. The method involves receiving mobile device user information relating to a geographic location to locate one or more merchants within a subscription-based shopping network, and receiving mobile device user information relating to a merchant type within the subscription-based shopping network. The method also involves receiving, from a database over a communication network, information for one or more merchants associated with the mobile device user information for the geographic location and the merchant type, and presenting the associated merchant information on the mobile device. The associated merchant information can include a merchant name and address, a merchant telephone number, a merchant advertisement, a merchant coupon, or a merchant product or service offering to subscribers of the shopping network.
Dynamic product suggestions and in-store fulfillment
In one implementation, a system for providing product suggestions to provide to a customer during a checkout process at a retail store includes a checkout configuration that includes a point of sale terminal, a scanner to scan products, a scanning preparation area where products to be scanned are positioned, and a customer-facing device. The system can further include one or more product sensors to capture and transmit product signals. The system can also include a product identification system that is programmed to identify the products contained in the scanning preparation area. The system can further include a product recommendation engine that is configured to identify contents of a customer cart from the products contained in the scanning preparation area; determine product recommendations based, at least in part, on the contents of the customer cart; and transmit the product recommendations to the customer-facing device for display to the user.
Web-based dashboard system for multi-scale, multi-regional visual and spatial economic analysis with integrated business outreach
An interactive data visualization dashboard visualizes a super-region economy and allows a user to identify companies of interest. The dashboard includes a main region chart portraying main regions in a super-region; a sub-region chart representing sub-regions within the main regions depicted in the main region chart; an industry sector chart of industry sectors that can be drilled down from more generic to more specific levels of industry sector codes; a financial stress chart depicting a financial stress index for the selected region; and a material change chart depicting a material change score for the selected region. The charts are interactive and linked so that a selection of an element in one chart automatically triggers all other charts to redraw based upon the selected element. The selection and redrawing occurs iteratively, and the user interacts with the dashboard to focus and refine until satisfied with the information displayed.
Stochastic Bidding Strategy for Virtual Power Plants with Mobile Energy Storages
Systems and methods for allocating energy including distributing and receiving energy using a mobile energy storage (MEES) system at locations of a power supplier in an energy market system by a user. Determine allocating amounts of energy for the MEES system and for each time interval for all time intervals for an upcoming operating time period based on a set of uncertain parameters using an optimization model. Base on calculating an objective function using uncertain parameters. Update the objective function using constraints. While optimizing the objective function for a value hierarchy associated with energy and reserve bidding scenarios for the user and delivery scheduling for the MEES system based upon the stored user risk preferences. Control scheduling of the MEES system between the locations of the power supplier, according to allocating of the amount of the electrical energy for the MEES system at the locations of the power supplier.
VEHICLE SYSTEMS FOR DYNAMIC CROWDSOURCED DELIVERY
Embodiments described herein relate to a storage system for implementing crowdsourced delivery of a parcel. In one embodiment, the storage system includes a communication system configured to communicate wirelessly with an external server to receive an access setting, a storage locker, secured by a primary electronic locking mechanism, including a plurality of inner compartments each secured by respective secondary electronic locking mechanisms, one or more processors, and a memory communicably coupled to the one or more processors and storing: a locking module including instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to set the primary electronic locking mechanism and at least one secondary electronic locking mechanism to open in response to, respectively, a primary code and a secondary code based at least in part on information received in the access setting.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DYNAMIC CROWDSOURCED DELIVERY
System and methods described herein relate to crowdsourced delivery, including receiving a delivery request, selecting a plurality of participants, determining a delivery route including at least one transfer of the parcel between a first participant and a second participant of the plurality of participants, with at least the first participant operating a vehicle having a secure storage locker that includes at least one secure compartment to hold the parcel, generating access keys including at least a first access key that enables access to the secure storage locker and a second access key that enables access to a secure compartment in the storage locker, transmitting the access keys to the second participant, distributing delivery tasks, based on the delivery route, to the plurality of participants, wherein completion of the delivery tasks results in delivery of the parcel to the delivery destination, and monitoring completion of the delivery tasks by the plurality of participants.
MONITORING INFORMATION PROCESSING SYSTEMS UTILIZING CO-CLUSTERING OF STRINGS IN DIFFERENT SETS OF DATA RECORDS
An apparatus includes a processing device configured to obtain first and second sets of data records, each data record comprising a string associated with an attribute. The processing device is also configured to generate a similarity matrix, wherein entries of the similarity matrix comprise values characterizing similarity between respective pairs of the strings comprising a first string from a data record in the first set and a second string from a data record in the second set. The processing device is further configured to construct a graph network based on the similarity matrix comprising edges connecting pairs of the data records based on values of entries in the similarity matrix, perform a clustering operation on the graph network to identify clusters, and to initiate remedial action responsive to identifying a given cluster comprising at least one data record from each of the first and second sets of data records.
Artificial Intelligence Based System and Method of Tracking Travel Patterns of Mobile Shoppers
A method, system and computer-usable medium are disclosed for deriving a region in which brand awareness is supported. Shoppers are detected in the region where brand awareness is to be supported, where such shoppers can be brand ambassadors. Items used for brand awareness are determined as to the brand ambassadors. Items are offered to the brand ambassadors, where the items can promote brand awareness.
OPTIMIZATION OF MARKDOWN SCHEDULES FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS AT PHYSICAL RETAIL STORES
Methods and systems are described for optimizing markdown schedules for clearance items at physical retail stores. For example, price sensitivity of a current inventory item at a physical retail store may be modeled using techniques that account for differences in operating behavior and data availability at physical stores versus online channels for selling items. When the current item is placed on clearance at the physical retail store, a request for a markdown schedule, including goals for the clearance, may be received. The forecasted price sensitivity of the current item may be adjusted based on actual price sensitivity of one or more past clearance items (e.g., based on actual clearance sales data) determined to match the current item. An optimal markdown schedule for the item may then be determined based, at least in part, on the adjusted price sensitivity of the item and clearance goals.
