Graphical user interface (GUI) within CRM solution enabling layer views for connected devices
A geo-analytical program is integrated into a customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Via the geo-analytical program, users are able to define layer configuration settings for a layer for plotting on a map-based GUI. Layer configuration settings for a respective layer comprise an indication of a data object type serving as a base object type for the respective layer. A method involves receiving from a user user-defined configuration settings for a first layer, electronically receiving, at a geospatial computer system, geospatial data for a plurality of connected devices; electronically receiving, at the geo-analytical program from the geospatial computer system, real-time geospatial data for the plurality of connected devices; and utilizing, by the geo-analytical program, the user-defined layer configuration settings for the first layer to plot the first layer on the map-based GUI based on the received real-time geospatial data for the plurality of connected devices.
Systems and methods for parent-child relationship determination for points of interest
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for determining parent-child relationships. The systems may obtain a first location name of a first point of interest (POI); perform a word segmentation operation on the first location to obtain a plurality of portions of the first location name; determine a first portion from the plurality of portions by comparing to a first portion name database, the first portion indicating that the first POI is a child POI; and determine a second POI based on a second portion of the first location name and that the second POI is a parent POI of the first POI.
DIFFERENTIAL BID GENERATION USING MACHINE LEARNING
Disclosed are systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable media for differential bid generation using machine learning. A bid management system generates an input based on features of a content item and. The bid management system uses the input to determine acceptance probability score distributions for a set of candidate users. The bid management system uses the acceptance probability score distributions along with user attributes describing the set of candidate users along with campaign parameters to determine a subset of the candidate users to receive an offer to view the content item along with bid values to offer to each candidate user.
Market analysis system
A method, a computer system, and a computer program product for predicting changes in market dynamics for a geographic region. A computer system identifies human resource data regarding employees of organizations. The human resource data comprises geolocation data based at least partially on a geolocation of the organization and geolocations of the employees. The computer system generates a plurality of location aggregates for different combinations of dimensions of the human resource data across a plurality of different geolocations. The computer system identifies a set of matched markets for a particular geographic region based on similarities among facts for the different combinations of dimensions among the plurality of location aggregates. The computer system identifies a predicted change in market dynamics for the particular geographic region based on a change in market dynamics for the set of matched markets. The computer system digitally presents the predicted change in market dynamics for the particular geographic region.
Merchant Advertisement Informed Item Level Data Predictions
Systems as described herein may include predicting item level data based on merchant advertisement information. A transaction pattern may be detected. The merchant advertisement information may be retrieved and parsed to generate a price list. A number of transactions that each shares a common payment amount may be determined and the number may reach a threshold value. Items from the price list may be matched with the common payment amount. The transaction records may be updated to indicate likely item level transaction information. In a variety of embodiments, the likely transaction information may be presented to a user.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGEMENT OF PARKING SPACES
A system and method for management of parking spaces is provided. The system including a server configured to receive the geolocation of a motorist and generate a live interactive map depicting available parking spaces configured to be occupied by the motorist either immediately or within an upcoming period of time. The server further configured to establish a secure connection between computing devices associated with the motorist and a current occupier of an applicable parking space allowing an opportunity for the occupier to preserve the applicable parking space until arrival of the motorist at the applicable parking space.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING POTENTIAL REAL ESTATE BUYERS
Systems and methods for identifying a potential buyer of real estate from real estate transaction public records, comprising identifying two or more real estate transaction public records that include matching buyers and different property addresses; identify real estate listings having at least some transaction attributes matching those of the two or more real estate transaction public records; and identifying the buyer included in the two or more real estate transaction public records as a potential buyer of property associated with the real estate listing(s). Systems and methods for identifying a potential buyer of real estate from real estate transaction public records and matching the potential buyer with an available real estate listing, comprising identifying contact information for a potential buyer selected from a plurality of real estate transaction public records; and notifying the potential buyer of available real estate listing(s) having matching transaction attributes.
VIDEO PROCESSING AND MODIFICATION
Methods and systems to process video data and modify at least the image portion of the video data real time to alter the image content. In one method, providing a multimedia signal to a processing module; identifying a replaceable area of an image taken from the multimedia signal with a context information; matching, by a client server, a user profile with the context information of the replaceable area; fetching, from an advertising database, a selected advertising content, based on the user profile and the context information; placing the selected advertising content on the replaceable area of the image; and providing a customized multimedia signal to a selected channel, wherein the customized multimedia signal comprises the selected advertising content overlapping, at least in part, an original content of the replaceable area of the image.
Travel Services with Different Rate Categories
Systems and methods are disclosed for providing a subscription-based travel service that includes one or more processors that perform operations comprising: receiving, by a subscription-based travel service, search criteria comprising a travel period for a user; determining that a subscription of the user with the subscription-based travel service corresponds to a first travel service rate category; identifying, based on the search criteria, a list of travel services associated with the first travel service rate category that are available for consumption during the travel period; presenting the identified list of travel services to the user; and reserving a given travel service of the travel services on the list in response to receiving a selection of the given travel service.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR CUSTOMER TRACKING IN DATA MANAGEMENT PLATFORM FOR CONTACT CENTER
A system of customer tracking is provided. The system includes: a data management platform (DMP) configured to receive personally identifiable information (PII) data of a plurality of customers and generate non-PII data using the PII data; and an intelligent database to store the non-PII data. A method of customer tracking in a DMP is provided. The method includes: providing ads or songs to a customer while the customer is on hold during an interaction with an agent of a contact center; tracking data regarding selections by the customer pertaining to the ads or songs; and generating statistics based on the selections and the data.
