A system and method are disclosed for receiving a request to track data of an area of interest (AOI). The system receives a plurality of geolocation data records corresponding to a plurality of mobile devices. The system determines which mobile devices of the plurality of mobile devices have visited the AOI. For each mobile device determined to have visited the AOI, the system determines a path of the mobile device. The path including a prior location of the mobile device and a next location of the mobile device. The system transmits for display by a client device, a report including the path for each mobile device determined to have visited the AOI. The path indicating an identification of additional AOIs based on the prior location and the next location.

Systems and methods for location recommendation
The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for recommending locations. The systems may receive data related to a plurality of historical service requests, generate a plurality of feature matrices based on each of a plurality of candidate points of interest (POIs) associated with the plurality of historical service requests, generate a set of sample POIs from the plurality of candidate POIs based on the plurality of feature matrices, train a preliminary POI recommendation model using the set of sample POIs with associated feature matrixes; and determine at least one target POI based on a trained POI recommendation model.

Systems and methods for optimizing a pickup location are provided. A network system receives a request for transportation service from a device of a rider, whereby the request includes a requested pickup location. Based on the requested pickup location, the network system determines one or more candidate pickup locations that optimize for the pickup location. The determining the one or more candidate pickup locations includes determining an actual location of the rider, accessing index scores associated with the actual location, identifying dwell point and hotspot candidates based on corresponding index scores, and selecting one or more dwell point and hotspot candidates as the one or more candidate pickup locations. The network system then causes presentation of the one or more candidate pickup locations on a user interface on the device of the rider.

Aspects are disclosed that facilitate integrating hydrology data into subsequent analyses. In a particular aspect, hydrology input values associated with a plurality of hydrology parameters corresponding to a hydrology analysis are received from a user. Hydraulic parameters corresponding to a hydraulic analysis are then auto-populated with hydrology values retrieved from the hydrology analysis. In another aspect, a range of acceptable input values entered by a user are limited based on a desired jurisdictional standard. At least one of a hydrology analysis, a hydraulic analysis, or a low-impact-design (LID) analysis is then performed based on the acceptable input values received from the user.

In one aspect, a system for analyzing a route traveled by an item carrier is disclosed. The system comprises a memory circuit and a hardware processor. The memory circuit is configured to store location data points and acceleration data points received from sensors. The hardware processor is configured to receive the location and the acceleration data points from the sensors, store the location and acceleration data points in the memory circuit, and filter the stored location data points to remove a subset of location data points that represent or indicate scatter. The hardware processor is configured to identify the route traveled by the item carrier, filter the stored acceleration data points, identify a state of the item carrier for each of the filtered acceleration data points based on an analysis of the filtered acceleration data points, and verify the identified state of the item carrier.
