Systems as described herein may include predicting item level data based on merchant advertisement information. A transaction pattern may be detected. The merchant advertisement information may be retrieved and parsed to generate a price list. A number of transactions that each shares a common payment amount may be determined and the number may reach a threshold value. Items from the price list may be matched with the common payment amount. The transaction records may be updated to indicate likely item level transaction information. In a variety of embodiments, the likely transaction information may be presented to a user.

A method for providing information based on geographic parameters is disclosed. The method includes providing a map. A user-defined position on the map is received. Data of a first type, wherein the first type data relates to the user-defined position on the map, is provided.

A variety of techniques for assessing visitor composition to a location in conjunction with one or more events are disclosed. Traffic associated with the presence of a set of devices at a location is received. The devices can be segmented based on a status—including into “recent” visitors and “re-engaged visitors.” A determination can be made of which additional events a given device was present at. A determination can be made as to how much time passes after an event before a given device returns to a location. A determination can be made as to the number of times a device visits a location during the event.

A region division includes: determining a plurality of merchants in a target region, and constructing a merchant relationship network of the target region according to merchant information of the plurality of merchants, the merchant information including geographic information of the merchants, and the merchant relationship network being used for identifying an association relationship among the plurality of merchants; determining business districts corresponding to the plurality of merchants based on the merchant relationship network; and determining a business district boundary of each business district according to the geographic information of the merchants included in each business district.

Computer-implemented systems and methods for providing secure exchange of confidential data including: a user database including a user profile that includes user identification data including user biometric data; a verification module that compares biometric data received from a computing device being used by a user attempting to access the system against the stored user biometric data to verify the user's identity; a legal database including data useable according to requirements of a specific legal jurisdiction; a geographical engine that uses geographical location data associated with the computing device being used by the user to tag the user as being associated with the specific legal jurisdiction; and a compiler that, in response to an inquiry received from the computing device being used by the user, compiles a legal document compatible according to specific legal standards of the legal jurisdiction associated with the user and sends the legal document to the user.

The present application discloses an improved wait time optimization system, and corresponding methods and computer-readable media. According to disclosed embodiments, the wait time optimization system generates a customized wait time period for a provider computing device that has arrived at a pickup location associated with a matched transportation request. Upon the expiration of the customized wait time period, the wait time optimization system selectively enables a cancellation option for the provider computing device that enables a user of the provider computing device to cancel the transportation request, thereby releasing the provider computing device for a new transportation request match.

Techniques for detecting and presenting rewards for presence are disclosed. Presence of a mobile device within a building is detected based on a plurality of triggers including a degradation of a first signal and a concurrent improvement of a second signal. The triggers are identified by a client-side application of the mobile device or a corresponding server-side processor with which the client-side application is in communication and from which the client-side application is configured to automatically receive available rewards. In response to detecting presence within the building, the server-side processor determines that a user of the mobile device is eligible for a reward, and the reward is provided to the user via the client-side application at the mobile device.

A method for providing economic information based on geographic parameters is provided. The method includes providing a map for display on a device. A user-defined area on the map is received. Data relating to the user-defined area is provided.

A proximity coupon donation system is provided. The system includes a computer server having a memory storing business data and user data, a business computing device coupled to the computer server, and a user computing device coupled to the computer server. The computer server may be programmed to receive from the business computing device a signal to activate real-time coupon distribution and automatically establish a proximity zone around the business computing device. The server may further be programmed to receive a signal from a user computing device that the user computing device is within the proximity zone and automatically establish a connection between the server and the user computing device. Further, the server may be programmed to automatically generate and send for display on the user computing device a real-time coupon associated with the business operating the business computing device.

A process for generating a real estate valuation, the process including providing a server integrated with a multiple listing service database, a real estate transaction standard, and an internet data exchange, providing adjustment values for a property by input of a user, selecting a geographical location, preparing and executing a query of properties in the geographical location with similar adjustment values, weighting results of the query according to pre-determined metrics selected by the user, converting results into a linear algebra problem, using a weighted linear regression to determine adjustment values, determining if the adjustment values are reasonable, and generating a graphical user interface displaying the results.
