Systems and methods for aggregating transactions and optimization data related to energy credits are disclosed. An example transaction-enabling system may include a resource requirement circuit to aggregate an energy credit requirement for a fleet of machines to perform a task, a forward resource market circuit to access a forward market for energy, and a controller. The controller may include an artificial intelligence (AI) circuit to configure a transaction on the forward market for energy in response to the aggregated energy credit requirement; a machine resource acquisition circuit to automatically solicit the configured transaction on the forward market for energy; and wherein the AI circuit is further structured to iteratively improve the configured transaction to improve a task outcome of the fleet of machines.
TRANSACTION-ENABLED SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR APPORTIONING ROYALTY WITH IP LICENSING
A transaction-enabling system may include a smart contract wrapper, wherein the smart contract wrapper is configured to: access a distributed ledger comprising a plurality of intellectual property (IP) licensing terms corresponding to a plurality of IP assets; interpret an access request value for the plurality of IP licensing terms, and, in response to the access request value, provide access to at least a portion of the plurality of IP licensing terms; and commit a royalty generating entity providing the access request value to at least one of the plurality of IP licensing terms; and a royalty apportionment wrapper structured to apportion royalties from the royalty generating entity to a plurality of owning entities in the distributed ledger in response to the at least one of the plurality of IP licensing terms.
TRANSACTION-ENABLED SYSTEMS AND METHODS WITH LICENSING SMART WRAPPERS AND IP LICENSING CHAINS
A transaction-enabling system is disclosed. The transaction-enabling system includes a smart wrapper structured to aggregate one or more intellectual property (IP) assets into an aggregate stack of IP, wherein the aggregate stack of IP is owned by a plurality of owning entities; and a smart contract wrapper configured to: access a distributed ledger comprising a plurality of intellectual property (IP) licensing terms corresponding to the aggregate stack of IP; interpret an IP description value and an IP addition request; and in response to the IP addition request and the IP description value, add an IP asset to the aggregate stack of IP, commit a party to at least one of the plurality of IP licensing terms, and adjusting the plurality of owning entities, wherein adjusting comprises at least one of adding an entity, changing an entity, or removing an entity from the plurality of owning entities.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FORWARD MARKET ENERGY PRICE PREDICTION AND MACHINE FORWARD ENERGY PURCHASE
A transaction-enabling system includes a machine having an energy requirement for a task; and a controller, comprising: a resource requirement circuit structured to determine an amount of an energy resource for the machine to service the energy requirement; a market forecasting circuit structured to predict a forward market price on a forward resource market based on the determined amount of the energy resource and at least one external data source; a forward resource market circuit structured to access the forward resource market; and a resource distribution circuit structured to execute a transaction on the forward resource market in response to the determined amount of the energy resource and the predicted forward market price.
SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR A GEOGRAPHICALLY BASED SCHEDULING SYSTEM
A system for providing a geographically based scheduling system includes a central processing system for receiving scheduling data from one or more service providers. The scheduling data includes an address where a service will be provided, a date of the scheduled service, and a geographic boundary area associated with the address. The central processing system interacts with a remote device to provide a list of available service providers to the remote device if a user's known geographic location is within the boundary area of the address where the service will be provided on the scheduled date of service. If a service provider is displayed to the remote device, the user is given the option to send a service request to the service provider for the date when the service provider will be at the address for the schedule service.
COMPUTERIZED IMAGE ANALYSIS FOR AUTOMATICALLY DETERMINING WAIT TIMES FOR A QUEUE AREA
A computer-implemented method allows a wait time to be determined automatically for a queue area. The queue is part of an environment and includes defined entrance and exit areas. A series of images showing the environment are received over time. A wait time associated with the queue area is determined by detecting a location of a object corresponding to a person in a first one of the images; associating the object with an identifier uniquely identifying the object in the first one of the images matching objects in later images; and determining the wait time based on times associated with an image in which an object associated with the identifier enters the queue area through the defined entrance area and later one of the images in which an object associated with the identifier exits the queue area through the defined exit area. An indication of the wait time is output.
Systems and methods for product placement optimization by sensing customer traffic in stores
The disclosed embodiments generally relate to in-store customer traffic analysis systems and methods. The system includes at least one sensor positioned within a retail store, at least one display associated with the at least one sensor, one or more memory devices storing instructions and one or more hardware processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations include receiving a sensor signal indicating that a user device is within a proximity to the at least one sensor in the retail store, extracting a user device identifier from the sensor signal, correlating the sensor signal to the at least one display, generating a foot traffic record associated with the user device identifier and the at least one display, based on the received sensor signal, and storing the generated foot traffic record.
System and method for mediating representations with respect to user preferences
System and methods are provided to create representations of geographic areas. Such representations enable users to search for items and services of interest and to quickly locate and utilize such items and services. Representations are created using user preferences thus reducing the amount of information presented to a user, i.e., user preferences control the contents of a representation. Control APIs contained within a representation may be used to control devices represented in a representation or to manufacture them using 3-D printing technologies. Methods to learn user preferences via his movements and other actions and impose a user's preferences upon an environment are shown. Some details of the invention are described by applying the invention to problems in retail marketing and figures depicting an implementation illustrate certain aspects of the invention.
