Other related embodiments are disclosed.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR AUTOMATED STAGING AND CAPTURE OF REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATIONS

The present disclosure is directed to systems and methods for intelligently staging, capturing, and facilitating real estate negotiations. In one example aspect, a proposal may be submitted by a first party. The proposal may be locked to capture the state of the proposal terms at that point in time. The proposal may also be cloned, wherein the cloned proposal may be editable by a second party. The system may provide intelligent suggestions to include in the counter-proposal to the second party based on historical transactional data related to the first party, property characteristics, and/or current market data. The intelligent suggestions may be approved and integrated into the cloned proposal. Once the cloned proposal is updated accordingly, the cloned proposal with the updated terms may become a counter-proposal that is then transmitted back to the first party. The system may then receive an acceptance or rejection indication from the first party.

METHODS AND APPARATUS TO ADAPTIVELY COLLECT MARKET RESEARCH DATA

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to control auditing devices, comprising a communications interface to transmit first auditing instructions to the auditing devices, a sampling frequency determiner to collect sampling information corresponding to a first number of stores at a first time, a sample size determiner to calculate a second number of stores to sample based on the sampling information, and when a difference between the first number of stores and the second number of stores satisfies a threshold, improve an accuracy in the sampling information by calculating second auditing instructions having an updated sampling frequency.

METHOD, APPARATUS, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM PRODUCT FOR CALCULATING A SUPPLY BASED ON TRAVEL PROPENSITY

Provided herein are systems, methods and computer readable media for managing a sales pipeline, and in some embodiments, calculating supply based on travel propensity. An example method comprises identifying a total demand for a promotion tuple at a geographic location, determining, using a processor, a promotion area for the promotion tuple, the promotion tuple comprising at least a category, price information and a geographic area, identifying one or more promotions offered by a promotion and marketing service that comprise at least the category and the price information of the promotion tuple, determining whether the total demand for the promotion tuple at the geographic location is satisfied, wherein the total demand is satisfied in an instance in which the geographic location is within the promotion area for the one or more promotions, and identifying a demand gap in an instance in which the total demand for the promotion tuple at the geographic location is not satisfied.

Facilitating use of select hyper-local data sets for improved modeling

Methods, systems and computer program products for facilitating use of select hyper-local data sets for improved modeling are provided. Aspects include receiving customer data associated with a customer by a workbench platform and determining an accuracy of a customer model using the customer data. For each of a plurality of hyper-local data sets, aspects also include determining an increase in model accuracy based on use of the hyper-local data set and the customer data. Aspects include identifying at least one group of hyper-local data sets of the plurality of hyper-local data sets that result in similar increases in model accuracy. Aspects also include facilitating use of a selected one or more of the hyper-local data sets of the at least one group of hyper-local data sets in generating an improved accuracy customer model.

Automated relationship management between creative entities and venues

Techniques for facilitating reservations between a first creative entity and a first venue. Digital audio data for a first creative entity is analyzed to determine acoustic attributes. A plurality of potential venues are determined. A machine learning model is used to calculate an estimated demand metric for the first creative entity for each of the plurality of potential venues, based on a venue profile for the respective venue and acoustic attributes for the first creative entity. Two or more venues are selected and a proposed itinerary is created. A digital order is generated based on the proposed itinerary. User profile data for the first creative entity is updated, upon successful completion of the digital order, and a digital transaction is generated to automatically charge a determined first amount to an account for the first venue and to transfer a determined second amount to an account for the first creative entity.

WEB BASED INTERACTIVE GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS MAPPING ANALYSIS AND METHODS FOR IMPROVING BUSINESS PERFORMANCE INCLUDING FUTURE SCENARIO MODELING

A web based interactive geographic information systems mapping analysis and methods for improving business performance including future scenario modeling are provided. The system uses a radical efficiency model to increase profitability since competitiveness can be improved by the radical efficiency model that allows businesses to reduce money wasted on bad initiatives. The system also gives businesses competitive intelligence on how to find new markets (expanding the pie) and to capitalize on competitors' inefficiencies and weaknesses to capture the competitors' market share (eating the competitor's slice of the pie). The system also shows businesses how to make more money by maximizing their strategic advantages against competitors and by identifying the best places and recommended strategies for business growth. The system also expands the list of potential vendors and customers a business can buy from and sell to. The system also provides advertisement recommendations for the business.

Intelligent Processing of Broken or Failed ATM Transactions

Aspects of the disclosure relate to intelligent processing of broken or failed ATM transactions. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive transaction data associated with a pending transaction initiated on a mobile computing device and generate hash information corresponding to the received transaction data. Then, the computing platform may identify ATMs previously visited by the user. Based on performing analytics on those previously visited ATMs, the computing platform may identify, from those previously visited ATMs, one or more alternate ATMs for completing the pending transaction. Next, the computing platform may send a notification to the mobile computing device that includes navigation information. Thereafter, the computing platform may cause the alternate ATMs to await input from the user by sending the generated hash information. In response to receiving a message indicating completion of the pending transaction, the computing platform may initiate clearing of a pending status of the pending transaction.
