METHODS, SYSTEMS AND DEVICES FOR DETERMINING A NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS ENTERING A PREMISES UTILIZING COMPUTER VISION AND A GROUP OF ZONES WITHIN THE PREMISES
Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, obtaining a group of images associated with a premises during a first time period, and demarcating a group of zones on each of the group of images. A first zone of the group of zones indicates an interior of the premises and a second zone of the group of zones indicates a doorway of the premises. Further embodiments include identifying a group of potential customers within the first zone of each of the group of images resulting in a plurality of potential customers, and determining a number of customer from the plurality of potential customers associated with the group of images for the first time period. Other embodiments are disclosed.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MARKET CONNECTIVITY ASSESSMENT
Systems and methods for market connectivity assessment are disclosed. In an example method, population data and distance data for a plurality of geographical areas may be input to a model to determine predicted population migration data indicating predicted population migrations between the plurality of geographical areas. An indication of a first geographical area of the plurality of geographical areas may be received. A second geographical area may be determined based on the predicted population migration between the first and second geographical areas and the connectivity metric associated with the second geographical area.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR IDENTIFYING MEDIA CONSUMPTION MARKETS
Geographic identifiers and television network affiliate data may be received. A primary local affiliate station for each of the plurality of national television networks may be determined for each geographic identifier. The geographic identifiers that have the same primary local affiliate for each of the plurality of national television networks may be grouped together to form a first plurality of markets. The markets from the first plurality of markets that have the same primary local affiliate for a first subset of the plurality of national television networks may be merged together, resulting in a second, smaller plurality of markets. Each of the geographic identifiers may be assigned to a market from the second plurality of markets, and a report indicating the second plurality of markets may be output.
Method for Facilitating Venue-mediated Social Interactions
A method for facilitating venue-mediated social interactions has a group of user accounts that are associated with a computing device and a remote server. The method provides a set of activity modes, a set of user interaction processes, and a set of geofenced activity zones. A local user is prompted to select a desired activity mode and then the method gathers raw environmental data to form a curated user group of remote users that align with the local user's location and preferences. After the curated group is created, the user is prompted to carry out one of the user interaction processes. Thereby enabling the local user to view and interact with a receptive group of remote users who happen to be within a given geofenced activity zone. The users are able to send and receive vendor services and messages in an attempt to initiate positive social interactions
LOCAL TREND AND INFLUENCER IDENTIFICATION USING MACHINE LEARNING PREDICTIVE MODELS
In some implementations, a trend prediction system may identify, using a machine learning model, one or more consumers having a historical tendency to adopt one or more trends near a beginning of one or more trend adoption curves. The trend prediction system may predict, using the machine learning model, a consumer trend near a beginning of a trend adoption curve based on a subset of consumer data associated with the one or more consumers having the historical tendency to adopt the trends near the beginning of the trend adoption curves. The trend prediction system may determine, based on the consumer trend that is near the beginning of the trend adoption curve, local trend information in an area associated with a client. The trend prediction system may provide, to a device associated with the client, the local trend information.
BID-OFFER CONDITION DETERMINATION APPARATUS FOR ELECTRICITY TRANSACTION BY MOBILE OBJECT
An apparatus, for a mobile object, that determines a bid-offer condition on an electricity transaction market: acquires information on sell-buy prices for an electricity amount presented by electricity demanders on direct transaction markets, where a contract is executed for electricity that the mobile object directly supplies to or procures from an electricity demander; determines, based on the sell-buy prices, an optimal condition that maximizes a profit from an electricity transaction for the mobile object; and determines, as the bid-offer condition, to place an offer or a bid on an electricity transaction market at a sell or buy price for a to-be-discharged or to-be-charged electricity amount that are determined for each time period in the optimal condition. The sell-buy prices for the electricity amount presented by the electricity demanders on the direct transaction markets are acquired through prediction, or notification from the individual electricity demanders.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR RECOMMENDING OPTIMAL MARKET
Proposed herein are an apparatus and method for recommending an optimal market. The method for recommending an optimal market includes: collecting and storing transaction information for each type of agricultural/marine products in a plurality of markets in which agricultural/marine products are traded; receiving the production information of the agricultural/marine products of a user, including the type, quantity, and production area location information of the agricultural/marine products, from the user; searching for transaction information corresponding to the production information of the agricultural/marine products of the user, and selecting one or more markets to be recommended to the user based on the found transaction information; and recommending the selected markets to the user by providing information about the selected markets to the user.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR FORWARD MARKET PURCHASE OF MACHINE RESOURCES
Systems and methods for automatically soliciting the purchase of a first or second machine-related resource in a forward market, wherein the first resource and the second resource are distinct instances of the same type of resource, are described. A sample system may include a fleet of machines, each having a resource requirement comprising at least two of: a compute resource, a spectrum resource, or a network bandwidth resource. The system may include an circuits to aggregate data corresponding to the machine-related resources from at least a behavioral data source, to determine a substitution cost of a second resource; to determine a machine-related resource acquisition value; and to automatically solicit a purchase, in a forward market, of one of the first resource or the second resource in response to the determined substitution cost of the second resource.
Method of power user classification based on distributed K-means, storage medium and classification device
A method of a power user classification based on distributed K-means, a storage medium and a classification device are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by N load aggregators, power consumption data of power users managed by respective load aggregators; performing, by each load aggregator, a normalization operation on time series load data of the power users managed by the load aggregator; forming a N×N dimensional adjacency matrix A; performing K-means clustering on normalized time series load data, to obtain the respective centroids and user groups characterized by the respective centroids; sharing, by the respective load aggregators, the centroids and the number of users under the respective centroids based on the adjacency matrix A, and obtaining consistent centroids by multiple load aggregators; after an overall iteration ends, obtaining, by the respective load aggregators, the consistent centroids consistent with the K-means centroid based on global data, to realize user classification.
Intelligent processing of broken or failed ATM transactions
Aspects of the disclosure relate to intelligent processing of broken or failed ATM transactions. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive transaction data associated with a pending transaction initiated on a mobile computing device and generate hash information corresponding to the received transaction data. Then, the computing platform may identify ATMs previously visited by the user. Based on performing analytics on those previously visited ATMs, the computing platform may identify, from those previously visited ATMs, one or more alternate ATMs for completing the pending transaction. Next, the computing platform may send a notification to the mobile computing device that includes navigation information. Thereafter, the computing platform may cause the alternate ATMs to await input from the user by sending the generated hash information. In response to receiving a message indicating completion of the pending transaction, the computing platform may initiate clearing of a pending status of the pending transaction.
